And guess what when he left and was all done there was no heat coming out of the dryer and called the so called good company back and they told me they wouldn't get to come back till Sunday and they said it could be my pipes. I said Bologna there was never anything wrong with my pipes, so I called another company called fixes Appliances and thank God they solved my issue. People watch out who you hire for your services some of these companies are just there to make more problems for you so that could benefit their pocketbook like this sorry company!

After exchanging some basic info on the project they were able to provide me with a detailed and honest quote. We scheduled the date/time and Ruslan and Michael showed up just as we planned. They were polite, friendly, & professional. Ruslan explained the process as they were working and even captured some images of the ducts before and after they finished each area. They were very clean and they did not try to up-sell me in anything. They did show me my current air filter, and how dirty it was. He offered to replace it at just the cost of the filter. Which he went above and beyond to go to Home Depot and buy because he didn't have the specific size in their work vehicle.
