I visited this establishment on 12/03/2019 at about 5:30 pm with about 8 colleagues from work for our annual Christmas Party. The organizers are huge golf fans so this ended up being our spot. I've always loved golf but never really found the game approachable until this night. Topgolf is top notch in almost every category except one (more on this later). The facility is amazing. Well lit and beautifully decorated. Everything just feels well made and high end. Large screen tvs adorn the walls everywhere they need to be without being a distraction to the gaming area. I ordered two craft beers and the three mini hotdogs from the menu which were good (not great) but definitely on par with any other place that serves bar food. I was pleased overall. The golf part of Topgolf is fun. There are several versions of games to play with your party that keeps things interesting and each one is geared towards different skill levels. Believe me when I tell you Topgolf is an experience that you have to see for yourself. We had an absolute blast for the little over a hour that we were there. Now for the one category that I mentioned earlier...VALUE! This is NOT the venue for you if you are on a budget. Got a couple buddies who can share the cost of bay rental then this wouldn't be a bad deal. My opinion is $27-$50 per hour per bay (plus the cost of food ad drinks) is expensive for casual fun. For example, I would love to take my two sons with me here but on a Sunday between 5pm-close the bay is $47 plus approximately $12 times 3 people for food and drink would equal $71. Now by the time I add an adequate tip I am pushing $80 for 1 hour of Topgolf. This is just not reasonable for what I would consider the average family outing. It's not so much the price for me but the time limit that is the problem. I just cannot see a value for 1 hour at the current price. Great establishment! Great time! But unfortunately for me this is a once in a very rare event. I would go more but I can't afford it! LOL! Alas this is not the fault of the fine people at Topgolf. Arrived at 1040 thinking they were open until 3am but they just changed the hours to close at 1am but no one ever told us that. There was a 1.5-2hr wait so we said we would wait. Got our booth at 1155 and they told us we only had 30 minutes to play. I asked why and they finally just told us they close at 1am. So we waited over an hour to play for 30 minutes? We ordered drinks and an appetizer. A few minutes later we asked to add an item and they said kitchen is closed. I said just a few minutes ago we ordered an item and now it's closed? They apologized and said that's policy. Don't think we'll come back. Ive been to several other locations but they have issues at this location. read more

Service from bays is great. While waiting for a bay at the bar not so great. They don't have enough help to serve tables individually for drinker orders and you have to take your whole table's order to the bar in order to get a drink even at close to midnight when there aren't many occupied tables. read more

Wait times are absurd, we tried to make reservations online but website said no availability. Tried to get on the waitlist online, that was down, was told to come in so I could get on waitlist, just give me a time to be there! So went in at 6:00 pm and got on the "waitlist". Well it is 9:00 pm and still waiting, I think the ploy is to get you to eat and drink while you wait which I get but with several open bays why am I still waiting? Provides great entertainment and friendly competition. The food was not the best, but it also wasn't bad. I found it a bit silly that their golfbag drink that's meant to be shared between two or more was a regular size and it cost $16. I get that it's mostly $16 because you get to keep the mug but in my opinion, it was not worth it. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and patient. Clay was great! He gave great recommendations. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something fun to do with a couple friends/family. read more

I took my wife's 30th birthday with friends. We had great time. Before we leave that restaurant, we asked our waitress to take a picture of us. She was kind of rude for not giving us time to take pictures of us then stormed out so fast. Even we gave her a good ass tips. From now on, we would give tips before we leave. Platinum customer treated badly. Refused to give women and men's Galloway clubs, yelled at entering establishment having a cup of water! Told we needed to leave due to people waiting even though we still had a pitcher of beer. Pushy manager waiter! Hot, hot, hot those fans do not do much to cool down on a hot day! I spend plenty of money and rethinking why. New management is needed, kids running the place. We are 50+ and they treat you with no respect. read more

This place is top notch FUN!!! Had a blast tonight! We all really enjoyed the drinks and the food. The music is fun and the service was really good! We loved that no matter where you sit, you have a server. Three levels to play golf and the roof top areas are neat too!! With the kids and grandkids here for Christmas this seemed like an awesome family outing. It was indeed! We'd never been before but enjoyed the venue. We had ample opportunity to chat with each other and enjoy the available refreshments. This is an amazing concept. First time at this Topgolf and I wasn't even going to play. I was in town for work and I needed a place that would be playing my basketball game. Heard this place had lots of channels and TVs. Came by myself and sat down at the bar. Great service by bartenders Addis, Jared, and Emily. They stayed on top of everyone and even helped me out when my order took too long and was wrong. I'm giving it 1 star because they don't have a 0. TERRIBLE SERVICE. LIMITED MENU because they shut down their "fry" side. Bartender is about a smart as a block of concrete. Ordered drinks. Top golf has to be one of my favorite places! It's like you can't get away or want to leave lol. But seriously it's a awesome place that I constantly recommend, even to my customers I think this is the best place that came to the upstate. Only thing I have to say not positive is that the Vegas location is breath taking haha but will be going back every chance I get. Our second time here. Our bay manager Darlene was super friendly and gracious. We brought our friends who had never been here before and I'm sure they will return because of Darlene and our server Kat. They were relaxed and easy. Such a fun place and great atmosphere. Went there on a Monday night and it was very busy. There was a bar, free pool, foosball, and a shuffle board table to play with while you wait. Golfing itself was also a lot of fun as there are many different games to play. read more

It looked super fun, but the check-in was really disappointing. We showed up at 2pm and asked if there were any open bays. They said there was a 3-3.5 hour wait and that we could join a waitlist. I asked if we could just make a reservation for 5 or 6pm and they said "no, we don't do reservations here at the desk." They said they would text us when the lane would be coming available so that we could have time to drive back. So we decided to go bowling while waiting. We got to the bowling alley and paid for our lanes exactly 18 minutes after leaving Topgolf, at which point we got a text that our lane was ready... There's a big difference between 18 minutes and 3.5 hours. I would love to try this out, but there's got to be a better way to manage waitlists/reservations. read more

I lunched there with three colleagues! My three colleagues enjoy golfing, I do not! Ergo, I went for the food. First let me say that going into the facility, I found it very spacious. We waited for our spot on the 2nd floor in the main bar/restaurant downstairs. Service was exceptional. Since I am handicapped, I wondered how I would fare!!! It was wonderful. We ordered lunch on the 2nd floor while my colleagues popped some balls!! Food was terrific. Service outstanding. We will return and SOON!!! read more

Came here for the first time today to celebrate my husband's birthday and the staff made this visit memorable. Our waitress and the manager went out of their way to give us a birthday Sunday and made sure we were having a good time. We love how easy it was to make a reservation for a bay along with the check in process. I also recommend the Mac and cheese bites cause they are delicious. read more

Fun place. Nice staff. But they will get you on your bill. No itemization. $210 (before tip) for four people each having a burger or wings, 5 beers and 2 crown drinks for 2 hours of play, and only one of us was a first timer ($5 membership fee). First visit to the new Topgolf in Greenville SC. While the golf was fun, the service in our bay was atrocious!! 35 minutes to get a beer and over an hour for food. All this in a bay that we paid to be in!!! Very disappointed!! read more

I'm giving 3 stars because the golfing part was fun and I enjoyed being with my friends. After saying that I must say I experienced the worse service ever. 2 of us had never been there before and the 3rd person had only been there once before so of course we had questions. I have never been in a restaurant where a server made me feel as if she was being bothered. One person ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and it took 30 minutes to get her food and she only got it then because she had to stop another server and asked her to check on it. Our game was cleared out because a question was asked and then the person that had to wait on her food was being rushed so the server could clear the area. Friendliness was not in the equation at all. We were there at 10:30 a.m. so I can't say it was her busiest time. Considering I work for a business that likes to plan and host client events I'm not very comfortable planing something here after experiencing such lousy service. read more

Very enjoyable time but had a issue with reservations. Made an appointment on the app and pre paid then got to the top golf and had to pay again. Apparently we paid $50 to "get put at the top of the list" but still waited 20 minutes before even getting a bay. Didn't have good service either. My children were having a good time and the manger rudely came over and got on to them which ruined the experience. They need to make it clear on the app that you're paying $50 to just get put on a waiting list. That's ridiculous! we will not be returning to this top golf and we will make it clear to everyone even thinking about going here about this terrible experience. read more

Manager and bartenders seem to have a superiority complex and harass and make assumptions over customers. Will be writing to corporate. AWFUL! Came on a relatively unbusy Monday and service was MISERABLE. Food ordered never delivered, multiple odd food items showed up randomly. Waitress so unhelpful. Check was incorrect. Food which was ordered took nearly 40 minutes to arrive. They still have a lot to work out. read more

Went as a group of 6, early morning, had an amazing time. Staff was friendly even though very busy. The whole scenario is perfect. We had group of kids, beginners and experienced and all had the same wonderful experience. Definitely in rotation as a regular outing. Great location for the area it is in. read more

Topgolf is just amazing. I have only gone to here 3 times and ever time I go me and my friends have a great time. It's a very fun activity to do with your friends and just pass the time. The whole building is beautifully built. And the service is always a pleasure. Me and a couple friends had gone here for Halloween and whoever served in our section was attentive and fun to chat with. Sucks that I don't remember his name but I'm sure we'll be seeing him again next time. Overall Topgolf is the place to go to, especially if you are a first timer. read more
