Basic bar food that was clearly thrown in the microwave to quickly reheat. The drinks were pretty bad. The skinny margarita was all ice and batched mix, no fresh lime juice. The old fashioned was watered down and tasted like dirt (not smoked which would have been good). The servers were nice and attentive. Always a good time at the Top Golf. Service can be hit or miss at this location, thankfully our waitress was a nice young lady. It was a cold evening but the heaters were a nice addition to have while playing. The couch was also heated, bonus! We always enjoy the food from here, this was our 3rd trip to this location. We always try to order new things - can't go wrong with the lemon blueberry martini & s'mores skillet cookie cake! A fun time with friends, I do wish they had a call button for our server because it was so cold towards the end of the evening we didn't see her as much - an easy widget that could be added to the computer system would be a nice touch. This was our first time at this Topgolf location and it was generally good for us. We came late after dinner (maybe around 10pm), so it was pretty lively in there. DJ posted in the corner of the bar area had a good mix and session of songs playing while we waited for a bay - we walked in, so we're placed on the list for getting a bay, but it only took maybe 10 minutes before the notification told us the bay was ready for us. We initially were assigned one of the bays on the lower level, but requested to switch to the top level which they did pretty easily and smoothly for us. Because we ate beforehand, we just ordered drinks - they were ok. There was one drink from the margarita flight that was really good! Overall, a good time and we plan to come back again. read more

The staff , super friendly and helped you if you had any questions. The place was beautiful, I recommend going at night. It's beautiful for pictures. O man this experience was a mixed bag and I'm not talking about one with irons and woods! I came here for the first time with two of my buddies and one of us went to order the golf bag drink which we were informed you can only order if you have two people drinking it as it has two and a half shots in it? By my count there were three of us in our party, so what was the issue exactly? Also, FYI - there are no prices listed on any of the alcoholic drinks lol. I wasn't drinking on this occasion but after two drinks each for my friends and an order of nachos and a burger the bill along with 90 minutes of Topgolf ($15 removed as I had put down a deposit) was $165 without tip! On to the activity portion of my review. Biggest pet peeve was you have to waive a club in front of a sensor for the ball to come out, now in theory this is a great idea and makes it more fun than pushing a button, right? Well, when you waive the club, the sensor was taking forever to acknowledge that we were asking for the ball. There are many games you can choose from including sonic the hedgehog virtual display and it incorporates where you hit the ball on the rage to get coins. They also have an angry bird game, and many more. Important note, the ball is not a legit golf ball I was informed from someone in my party, it is not as hard thus does not travel as far. That is fine as the furthest you can hit the ball is approx. 200 yards, but I feel this should be mentioned for those of you that actually want to practice your golf stroke at the range. All in all, it was a fun night out and you have the valley forge casino right next door if you want to get some gambling action nearby. If you have a group of friends and are looking for an activity on par with bowling, axe throwing, or something fun for a group this could be in your wheelhouse. We celebrated my friend's birthday here and it was my first visit. The layout was wonderful!! It was a lot of people, but didn't feel crowded. We purchased the Flex Package which gave us 2 bays, which 11 of us shared. It came with $250 of food/drink. I thought it was genius to have games for your group to plan, not just hit the ball far. came here on my lunch break was directed to go upstairs to order. while walking towards the bar two women bra tenders and a male server were standing at the bar all three saw me walk to the bar. the male was waiting for his drinks for his table didn't tell one of the women to stop talking to him and help me with my order. i waited all of 7 mins before anyone acknowledged me when all three made eye contact with me multiple times. the blonde finally came over to take my order the brunette was very rude and had her face balled up when she turned around. i've come here many times before for golfing or ordering food/drinks to go. this is the first time i've had this situation happen and it was pretty distasteful, retrain your employees and have group meetings before they work their shifts to review their work ethic my order was completely wrong and the person who bought it to me and the waitress didn't try to fix it just stayed that they were new as if that helps! read more

Having now done Topgolf a few times at different locations I've got a pretty good handle on how this thing works. While this is by no means the worst of the four locations I've been to, it's still not what it could/should be. What works: Even though the temperature was in the mid-40's both times with rain, the overhead heaters were doing their best to keep things toasty. Sure, if the wind changed directions, you would get sprinkled on while standing at the tee, but I suppose that's part of the experience. Making a bay reservation is also extremely easy. Go the website, choose a location and a time, pay the deposit and you're done. This does cut down the need to stop by the desk downstairs as you should get a text/email telling you what bay you're in before you get there. The games are fun and varied enough that if you want to do more silly kid-centric Angry Bird things you can or if you want to do things like aiming at the targets "for points" you can do that as well. No problem on being able to fill up your allotted time with these. More than enough parking. I guess if the whole place is full, maybe this is an issue, but on a Friday morning and Tuesday afternoon this was no problem. What doesn't work: As a few others have mentioned, the technical aspect of certain things here is lacking. Multiple balls were hit that never registered or if they went into one of the targets on a bounce wherever the ball hit the ground is where the reading on it stopped versus where the ball actually....stopped. Again, no biggie, but it's still not accurate. Here's the nut I can't seem to crack...why you are not allowed to extend your time when there are multiple empty bays around you and the app shows that you could make a reservation at any time that day? Last Tuesday the host, (who spent most of his time hiding in the hallway by the restrooms on his phone since I guess he would melt if the rain touched him?) said that our bay had a reservation on it, so our time was up. Again, that's wild because I counted five other bays down the left side of the 2nd floor with no one on them and the app showed we could make a reservation, immediately, for another two hours. When I asked him why, he said they're short staffed which is why only the 2nd floor was open at that time. If you say so dude but my conspiracy theory is that once you stop ordering food/drinks/etc., I think your time is up versus if you keep spending then you would be allowed to hang out longer as doing that benefits the bay host far more than if you're only playing golf. Again, I don't know, just a tin foil hat idea. For us, the couch seating here versus the bar stool high tops at the NE Philly location makes for a much better experience. The games are what they are which is also fine. Like others have mentioned, the service was glacial and the explanation about not being able to stay longer when you have open bays/entire floors not being used/available times on the app truly defies any form of logic. But whatever, rant over. It's fun enough and I'm sure we'll be back at some point. read more

He kept us all well hydrated and was great dealing with all ages we had present. We had a corporate event here on a Tuesday. I think it was the 50%off promotion day so there were lots of people and lots of kids as well. We were on the second floor towards the end with the sofa. Really good setting- cozy and warm. We ordered a lot of food, from pretzel bites to nachos to sandwiches and tacos. I had the shrimp tacos. They were pretty good - very tasty and a bit spicy. So this is my second time tonight coming to top golf. Wow is all I can say. We played golf and ordered food. We got there at 7:42 and did the hour long shift. A server came over right away and started the timing and took our drink orders. Well she didn't ask me what type of tequila I wanted I told her reposado and sprite. She dropped drinks off. Mind you my drink was $15. No garnish. My son loves it and started playing. I noticed 15 mins went by and she didn't ask us for food. I went inside at the bar and asked if someone could help us order food since we only have 45 mins to play. One server told me to order food on the app. She finally came over and took are order. We got are food. Food is reasonable. Never once did we get asked if food was ok. I did over hear my server say to the table next to us she was tired and there all day. Our time was up for golf. Got check and left. Well when I came home I was charged $4 for a side that was supposed to be to be in the kids meal. And a $6 charge for a membership ? What is a membership? This is a fun place to go with a group of people. You can make a reservation for your lane beforehand. It is cheaper to go with more people because you are paying for the lane, not per person. There are different golf games you can pick to do, but both times I have been here we've just done the standard one. They serve food and drinks here as well. The food is surprisingly decent. Service has always been good. Overall, Topgolf makes for a fun night and is a good place to come for a date night or with friends. Just be ready to pay for the experience. I've joked to my husband we could go out to a really nice steakhouse for the same price as a night at Topgolf. What a great first time at Topgolf!!! My workplace hosted an event here so I can't really write a review based off of my personal experience but the overall experience I had with my company. First off, I will say that Topgolf is a great thing to experience in general. Whether you want to play competitively or casually, it is a great setting to do so. There are games you can play such as Angry Birds or other point system games and I thought wow what a pretty great concept. The food was okay, typical of what you would expect from a golfing place. We didn't order anything ourselves but had a buffet style set up when we entered the bays. The food included a charcuterie board, buffalo chicken style cauliflower bites, donut bites that you could inject jelly or vanilla custard into with a syringe, and spinach dip with tortilla chips. I would say pretty standard American and nothing over the top razzle dazzle type food. I will say though that the service can do better. I saw a lot of the bar staff chit chatting away while orders were coming in and people were waiting at the bar. Someone told me that a server would be coming around to take our drink order and we had to flag them down every time whenever we wanted to order drinks. My sister asked for a water and we didn't end up getting that for a while so we went to the bar and got it ourselves. Service could definitely be worked on and I don't usually read reviews before writing mine, but I was surprised as to why the KOP location was so low in rating. Based off of what I read, service seems to be a commonality as to what can be improved on to make everyone's experience better. We visited this location for date night. Upon arrival we were greeted and told there was a wait. Cool no problem since we didn't have reservations. We decided to wait at the bar on the 2nd floor. We sat ourselves and waited 15, minutes ,,,,still no one came to take out order but the bartenders both made eye contact several times. My husband finally asked a server from outside for help.She mentioned to the bartender that we needed assistance but she got an attitude and said she was busy. The server did come back and took our drink order(they were out of the drink my husband wanted) but we decided not to order food. It took an additional 20-30 for our drinks to come out.We are really disappointed by the TG establishments in this area so far. Two months prior we experienced similar treatment at the Mount Laurel location. The customer service is lacking at both. While the golf is fun, make sure to eat before hand. First, way to expense for what you are getting, both in amount and quality. The nachos are a waste; soggy and mushy. Ordered with chicken, basically none to be found. The boneless chicken wings were dry with very little sauce on them. Ordered a side salad which came in a tiny metal bowl that spilled out all over the place when I attempt to cut up the large lettuce leaves. The price for a beer was okay, but on the high side. The service was okay, but they don't seem to get you need silverware to eat with. I have enjoyed TopGolf much more than I thought I would. A quick overview: it's a three level driving range with individual hitting bays, but each shot is tracked by laser range finders that track distance, height, ball speed, etc. You can configure the computer in each bay to play many different games from simulated golf courses to various target type games. You reserve the bays in two hour blocks, and they always ask me if I want to extend my time. While you can certainly use TopGolf to work on your game (which I have through the offseason), think of it more like an upscale bowling experience. There is loud pop music playing all the time, and each bay has a table and chairs. They offer a full bar and food along with waiters who will take your order while you play. TopGolf is trying to appeal to non-golfers, and it seems to be working. They have clubs at each bay you can use, and I have seen many non golfers giving it a try and having fun. Depending upon the time you go, you may see birthday parties, corporate, and charitable events taking place, but in my experience none of that ever affects my enjoyment of my time there. William scolded someone in the second bay we reserved for going to the bar for a drink because they didn't want to wait for service. Apparently customer service is not prioritized or taught here, and this would easily be a 5 star review if the staff was considerate and friendly. Having a poor demeanor does not make people want to come back here and it makes customers feel unwelcome even though they are paying $600 for 5 people... We all loved the idea of the minigames they had and enjoyed competing with each other, and the food was surprisingly good for how fast it came out. 6/25/25 UPDATE I have reviewed the business' response and accept this resolution. I received a full refund of $225 paid for the Summer Fun Pass. However, the lack of transparency on the scheduling of those that purchase the Summer Fun pass is still an issue as it is not disclosed in the "fine print". Top Golfs decsion not to respond to my question regarding deceptive advertising (offering 50% off mon-thursday ALL day AND the ability to make a reservation was offered soon after the Summer Fun pass started. Thus making the benfits and value significantly less) and the use of a scheduling algorithm which "flags" Summer Pass users is an admission of guilt confirming that Summer Pass users are placed in undesirable locations with limited availability. I would encourage others that have purchased a Summer Fun Pass and have had a similar expierence to request a refund and demand an explanation of the lack of transparency with the scheduling BIAS against Summer Pass Holders. TOPGOLF CORPORATE: Can you comment on my observations of the scheduling algorithm "flagging" Summer Pass users, placing them in undesirable locations and limiting there acess? The bays are generally located at the end of each floor making them less desirable and there are limited slots available. The advertising for the Summer Fun Pass goes way beyond deceptive as it is not disclosed that there are a limited number of slots for those customers and undesirable bay placement. Good for you Top Golf Corporate for creating a Scheduling Algorithm that maximizes your profits at the expense of your customers experience in an obvious deceptive and unethical manner! Walked into top golf today (6/9/25) and was welcomed. They asked to see my ID, so I showed my California ID and the red shirt manager dude checked it but went above and beyond to check my ID. I did not mind because I have never had a problem with my ID. The red shirt dude pulls out his Iphone and uses its flashlight to check it. He said there was a yellow tint on my California ID so they were not able to service me and my group. Never seen that protocol ever in my life, but he said thats how he was trained at ID checking school. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am of age by the way I am 22. read more

Great new facility and pleasant/attentive service for drinks and food. Feel that there's deceptive design going on with how payment for game time is handled that's unfair to servers and customers. Instead of being handled in a straightforward way, game time is put on your table service tab and apparently, gratuity is expected on any game time. Time at Topgolf is already expensive (you know that going in) but our server (who was great) was noticeably disappointed when we tipped 30% on our single pitcher of beer and soda but declined to factor in the $80 of game time when calculating tip. We felt bad and she felt bad - but if the already high game prices aren't enough to clear sustainable wages for the staff - raise them another 20%. read more
