Brutal. Limited bar space, servers don't seem to care. Nor do the bartenders. This is my third time here, trying to give it a chance cause it's right down the street from my house. Stay away from this location. We waited for almost an hour for our food and once we finally get it, everything on it just came from the fridge as all the tacos we ordered were cold. Can't wait for MOD next door to open up which I'm hoping will give better service than this spot. read more

We ordered to-go and the food was stellar! Only a couple of complaints.... The queso is SPICY. I ordered it without hot sauce and my mouth was on fire The salad was exceptional. Normally I don't order salads from Torchy's but I was on a week long taco binge and needed a break. My only qualm was the shrimp was NOT fresh. When I order grilled shrimp, I expect a char. Nothing. Also, salads need more than a 1 oz portion of dressing! Please include a few of the chipotle ranches, not ONE. Lastly, one of the salads was missing a dressing which was a huge disappointment because no one wanted to share theirs. We'll be back to try it again. read more

Excellent food, staff is always friendly, the app works well for pick up. The only thing I will say is double check the sauces on pick up / Togo orders. Other than that this place is awesome and I'm glad they are here. read more

Really disappointed. I was so excited that Torchy's was opening a store out here. I LOVE the Alabama Shake fish taco. Guess what. No fish taco on the menu which seems super stripped down. They do have a salmon taco. Who ever heard of a salmon taco? Fish tacos should be a staple for any taco joint. Also one person taking orders and a huge line that made me want to give up. But I really wanted my fish taco so I stayed. And you know the rest. By the time I could read the menu from where I was in line, it was too late to turn back. Won't be back. The super long wait for a chicken taco isn't my idea of time we'll spent. read more

This is the same as any other torchy's tacos. There's no frills about it, you just get good tacos and they have excellent drinks. I think people complain about the wait time however, I think that's past since they've been open for a bit. read more

Tacos were ok, but way overpriced. We ordered 4 fajita taco and a small drink...bill was over $25! For a few dollars more, we could have gone to to Dos Salsa's, had basically the same thing, gotten free chips and salsa.....and been waited on at our table. At Torch'y's we ordered at a counter and when paying were asked if we wanted to give a tip....the least suggested tip Was 18%.... needless to say, did not tip. read more

I do not recommend this particular Torchy's they really really need to get there staff in order the kitchen was so far behind on their orders that we waited for 1.35 hours just for 2 tacos. Ended up asking for them to go. There was at least a dozen more people doing the same thing because it was taken them so long to get the orders out. We had finished all of our chips and did refills on our teas and still no food. By the time we got our food to go the chorizo and egg was COLD cheese wasn't even melted mine was too mushy couldn't even eat it fell apart. Not enough caramel for the churros that were over fried. Long wait to order & more than an hour to receive food (they just opened so there's grace there). We asked three different employees for the WiFi password and they all said "I don't know people keep asking me". We finally tracked down someone who knew. Common sense would be to ask a superior if you keep getting the same question---? Or properly train your staff. Food was just ok. Need more than 3 high chairs- we had to be aggressive when a family left or we wouldn't have gotten one. Probably won't be back for 6+ months for the new resturant problems to get worked out. I'd drive an extra 40 mins to visit an established location. Or the gas station next to HEB has same quality tacos. I'd recommend informing patrons of an hour wait prior to ordering. read more

Bartenders need to do a better job of working there, their bar and not spending so much time, talking to their customers and flirting with people. Two of us sat there with empty beers. Nobody even offered to give us another beer. I know this place is new and they're still working out the kinks so we'll give it another try but somebody needs to talk to the bartenders about working the whole bar read more

I placed an order on line. I immediately realized they were going to use corn tortillas instead of flour. So I called them right then. I listened to VERY LOUD music for 20 minutes. So I called another location and was treated with great respect. He told me he would cancel the order for me at the other store and get me a refund. I called the Ronald Reagan store this morning and talked to GUS who said he is the manager. I asked why they didn't answer their phone. He smarted off and told me they were busy. I called on a Thursday at 2:45 and it was raining. I told him I was sure they were not that busy. Gus informed me that I did not work in the industry and did not know, This is was terrible service and horrible treatment. Hopefully I will at least get a refund. read more

We tried this Torchy's Tacos' new location here in the Liberty Hill area. Since it's new, we expected it to be pretty busy which it was. It was good that we went in with that expectation because it was very busy. Took at least 30 min to get to the counter to order our food and then another 30+ min to get our main course. It's a good idea to order some queso and chips if you're really hungry because those came out within 5 min of being sat down. All of our food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and we were able to find seating with no problem despite how busy it was. I would say come and try but be prepared that since it's new, a lot more people are going to also be trying so it will likely be busy with a bit of a wait. read more

I sat at the bar with my wife and we waited for a long time to get any type of service. Several bar staff personnel were standing around taking to each other but not waiting on customers. Finally got a drink and menu and then waited a long time to place my order. Waited 30 minutes just to get our chips and salsa. Continued to wait for our food for another 30 plus minutes. Several new customers came in and sat at the bar and got their food in no time. I asked a bar staff person to please check on our food and the manager came out and taked to the bar staff and then told me They had to cook more beef but my order would be out shortly. Waited another 15 minutes and told the bar tender that we were leaving. He went and got the manager again and he told us we could it to go and it would be free but he still seemed confused has what we ordered. We ordered 3 tacos. We said forget it and left . It is sad because the Torchy Taco in Cedar Park is great. I just read the reviews from when this location opened and it it all the same poor service and long, long waits for the food to be served. No improvement over time. Management needs to go and get someone in there that can turn this place around before it is too late. read more

Service was good overall. We asked for a side of sour cream that never came. The tacos are tasty but way too spicy. The salsa and chips are super hot along with the taco sauces. If the heat is toned down a few notches we could enjoy the flavors of the ingredients much better. Restaurant is clean. Staff is too eager to take your plates away. I felt rushed to eat. Food brought to table quickly and it was hot. There was a high pitched sound coming from the tv system or A/C that was very irritating to our ears.
