I don't get all the hate. We ordered online from yelp, originally projected delivery time as an hour, received our food hot within 30 minutes. Everything was super delicious - I ordered general tao's and was so impressed by the quality of chicken - none of those nasty little burnt crispy pieces, everything had great flavor! Toss is right across the street from the hotel where I am an On Site Attendant, meaning I live there. Would you believe that these amazingly friendly people will deliver to me! And they always have a smile. The food is wonderful every time and the portions are very large. I usually have leftovers. My friend swears by the soup, my husband, he likes the fried rice with shrimp and me the sweet and sour....anything or the Mongolian beef. Our first time eating from here and it was pretty good. Placed our order online around 6:40 on a Friday night. It was ready as soon as I got there just after 7pm. Everything was packed very nice so no leaks! Got the extra sauces I asked for plus soy sauce and hot mustards, they were not stingy with the condiments like some places. Two women working the front counter had their masks on and were very polite and quick. I got a laugh when I got home and opening the Summer Asian rolls, wow! They were like burrito size! I included a pic with one their Vietnamese rolls in between the Summer rolls so you can see how giant they are. Portions are very generous on the Pad Thai and Szechuan Chicken. I didn't care for their style of Vietnamese egg rolls but they weren't bad. I think their strength might be the actual Chinese dishes. Looking forward to trying them again. The food tastes pretty good, they are friendly enough, and they deliver fast, but I have two words for you: food poisoning. I tried 3 times because I really like Chinese food and there aren't many good options in this area, the first two tries resulted in an upset stomach for 12 hours each, the third try knocked me off my feet for 2 whole days. I've been ordering from Toss-Asian for 16 years. Good family owned spot tucked away in the industrial part of town in the corner of a strip mall. I don't know if it's because I've been ordering from them for so long or what- but there always seems to be something extra in our order. It's nice, sometimes it's egg rolls, sometimes it's homemade donuts, this last time it was an amazing hole made cake type dessert. The food is consistent, accurate, and the vegetables are very fresh. She seemed bothered that we came in a disturbed her nap. She took her time getting our order and then when she served the soup she gave my wife's to me and mine to her. Called to order food after we saw a co-worker order their food and looked good. Called to place another order and was overcharged for food because "we were just there". Woman told us that they had to charge us a delivery fee that they dont normally charge because they have to come back. Our friends - the Mogren's suggested Toss and since we had never eat eaten there we decided that our family of 5 would give it a whirl and I'm glad we did! The food was excellent, service was great and our entrees came out way faster than we expected. The atmosphere is the former place of Mr. Manners about 20 years ago so even though the restaurant is little dated, it's clean and comfortable. Serves food, takes orders, counts money. We get the family dinner. The won ton soup was so salty it was like I was choking on sea water. Got the fried rice with meal. It is not fried rice. It is white rice with brown flavoring. Nothing else..No pieces of egg or vegetables bits nothing but rice that had an aroma of bleach. Put that to the side. Lemon chicken had zero flavor. Usually it is tart and lemony. It was yellow tasteless sauce. Had a pork dish that had to search for pork pieces through the vegetables. Hardly any meat. As you go into the bathroom it hadn't been cleaned in a while. While in there I had flashbacks of being in a dive bar in Mexico. So pretty much wasted a bunch of money on food we kept pushing too side. Can't get the 5 star ratings...Even when it was ok I would have given it only a 3. read more

I've eaten there before, even back when the restaurant was twice the size it is now. Always one of my family's favorite places to go. The food was just as good as I remembered, but it took 3 hours and 3 phone calls for our food to be delivered. It was the first time ordering through GrubHub and I wouldn't recommend it.
