Refusal to Refund & Confusing Offers * After two months without a usable product, I requested a refund for the $300 wig construction fee. * Refusal: Gia refused the refund, claiming the time spent was on "modifications made at no charge." This time was spent correcting her original professional errors (poor sizing, loose tracks, and wrong color). * Misleading Resolution: She also insisted her offer to remake a new unit was strictly a "model promotion" and not a resolution for the faulty wig. This contradicts her prior text messages, where she offered to remake the unit as she stated in texts "when I'm able to make the new unit with my hair and the color you want, we can move forward with that and there's no charge if you still want to do the promotion." * The initial product was faulty due to her sizing error, the quality failed within 48 hours, and the resolution process was unacceptable. I received a defective product, wasted the installation fee, and spent two months chasing updates. I would not recommend this service due to the lack of accountability, respect for the client's time, and the refusal to offer a reasonable refund for a failed custom product.
