She told us how to save money in the kitchen by the design and finally, we had a great deal from her, much cheaper than Home Depot. We had just bought new major appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, range) and a granite-composite sink.... Pacific Craftwork's crew installed everything PERFECTLY!!! In late March 2026, I paid a 75% deposit of nearly $10,000 for 6 custom Acacia doors through Pacific Craftworks after their broker told me March 26 was the last day to secure a spot on a shared container arriving the week of May 27. Only after signing the contract did I learn that the broker does not actually work for Pacific Craftworks -- the agreement was with his separate company (Studio Pacific). In text messages on March 26 and April 8, the broker confirmed the doors were estimated to arrive at the end of May and stated that my order had been "processed and scheduled for production." Immediately after those messages, communication collapsed. He stopped providing meaningful updates and began sending long, vague responses that contained no useful information about production or shipping status. After 14 weeks, I still have not received confirmation of when the order was actually submitted to the manufacturer in Vietnam, nor any reliable ship date. I followed up multiple times directly with Pacific Craftworks, including sending a formal demand letter. Despite being made fully aware of the situation, Pacific Craftworks has taken no meaningful action to resolve the issue or hold their broker accountable. I was told they could not assist. This experience has caused significant delays to my condo renovation. Even while in Vietnam, only about an hour from the factory, I was not permitted to visit to check on the order. I am still hoping to receive the doors, but after 14 weeks with no confirmed timeline and Pacific Craftworks refusing to take responsibility for their broker's conduct, I felt it was important to share my experience publicly.

It may be because we also ordered the bathroom renovation, but either way, the value was excellent. Our kitchen was transformed into a modern and much more spacious space. The renovation contractors who worked on our project were not very fluent in English, but they were extremely considerate, communicated patiently through gestures, and never showed any frustration. The company as a whole has a warm and thoughtful culture, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind. Overall, this is a company I would highly recommend.

I have attached photos of each project with more details below. We are and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the cabinets and work. The cabinets are thick pieces of wood and have lasted for over 6 plus years now. FYI, their showroom is filled with options and ideas for various types of projects. As you will read from my review l, we have used OCG Building Supply for so many various types of projects. So many options to choose from and the staff is so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. Project 1: We did a full kitchen remodel on our home. The process with OCG was a breeze. OCG helped us bring our vision to life through a very detailed planning process. My wife and I really loved our customizable our cabinets and counters could be. OCG completed a fully kitchen demo, complete kitchen install to include counters and tile work. Each day the workers cleaned up and made sure we were updated with the next days plans. When we ended up selling this home, not only did the kitchen become to focus during the open houses, but this OCG kitchen added so much more value to our home. Project 2: This project included brand new flooring for our whole home. All we can say is WOW. Once again the quality and work exceeded our expectations. Our flooring is rugged and comfortable. We have four dogs and we have had ZERO issues with scratching, chipping, shifting, fading, etc. everyone we have people over, they always comment about our flooring. OCG even added wood under the steps and painted them white to make them even pop more. Love it! Project 3: This was one of our biggest projects with OCG. Not only did we convert a studio area but we also had OCG cut a hole in a bedroom wall and hang a barn door to add a bedroom. OCG sealed up our existing bedroom door and even built a closet system inside the bedroom. You could see in the before and after in the side-by-side photo. Everything from the flooring, wall take down, wall building, barn door, closet, and full kitchen with waterfall counter is AMAZING! OCG has helped our Ohana move into a BEAUTIFUL 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a full kitchen. We had options for cabinet color and decided to go with a very nice grey color. Project 4: This is our most recent project. We added some upper cabinets to our laundry room. Andre was our designer and he really focused on how we can maximize storage space while matching our existing kitchen cabinets. Jerry showed up prior to his worker Jianyi Lin to do a walk-through. Once the team arrived, Jerry was assisting his worker to install the cabinets and help clean up. Jianyi was super professional, clean, and respectful. Ask for Jianyi for your next project! They tried to accommodate my travel which was also good. What fell apart is they did not provide many things I requested and installed a new garbage disposable that messed up my AC and dishwasher. Instead of listening to me and fixing the garbage disposal, they told me I needed a new dishwasher. They do not pay attention to details. The pull out for the garbage was never done and later installed cheap thing to pull out. No spice rack as promised and the floor patch was done where it did not go with the flow of the floors. They installed tiles without communicating they were the wrong colors. They moved our telecom wires when I specially asked them not to.. lots of stuff., It felt like they didn't care about what I wanted and that I should be grateful for what they did. It was not a good experience. They stopped returning my texts and basically walked away from the job. Do not pay them in full. If you use them, you need to have someone home at all time because there is no project manager and very bad communication efforts. We chose to go with a melamine because of color blends. It has not been 2 years since installed, and have noticed these chips on several doors not only on the inner door but noticed it on some of the outer edges also, although not as noticeable, yet. I contacted Bekin but was told, that when using laminate, this happens and nothing can be done about it and laminate doesn't last long. After spending 30k, I was in disbelief to hear this. I didn't expect within 2 years we would be experiencing something like this. I don't use harsh chemicals or don't abuse them. I contacted and sent pictures to the supplier of this laminate and a couple other companies to see if this was a common problem with laminate, they claimed it is not if proper equipment and technique was used. Others that I know that have used Bekin had good results with other materials. Just be careful what material you choose and be sure to ask what problems you may encounter with them.
