She told us how to save money in the kitchen by the design and finally, we had a great deal from her, much cheaper than Home Depot. We had just bought new major appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, range) and a granite-composite sink.... Pacific Craftwork's crew installed everything PERFECTLY!!! They even mounted our new microwave/range hood, straight out of the box. I couldn't be happier with how the project went!

In late March 2026, I paid a 75% deposit of nearly $10,000 for 6 custom Acacia doors through Pacific Craftworks after their broker told me March 26 was the last day to secure a spot on a shared container arriving the week of May 27. Only after signing the contract did I learn that the broker does not actually work for Pacific Craftworks -- the agreement was with his separate company (Studio Pacific). In text messages on March 26 and April 8, the broker confirmed the doors were estimated to arrive at the end of May and stated that my order had been "processed and scheduled for production." Immediately after those messages, communication collapsed. He stopped providing meaningful updates and began sending long, vague responses that contained no useful information about production or shipping status. After 14 weeks, I still have not received confirmation of when the order was actually submitted to the manufacturer in Vietnam, nor any reliable ship date. I followed up multiple times directly with Pacific Craftworks, including sending a formal demand letter. Despite being made fully aware of the situation, Pacific Craftworks has taken no meaningful action to resolve the issue or hold their broker accountable. I was told they could not assist. This experience has caused significant delays to my condo renovation. Even while in Vietnam, only about an hour from the factory, I was not permitted to visit to check on the order. I am still hoping to receive the doors, but after 14 weeks with no confirmed timeline and Pacific Craftworks refusing to take responsibility for their broker's conduct, I felt it was important to share my experience publicly.

You don't have to worry about their standards and honor when it comes to providing the service agreed upon. They even go above what most will do!! 7 years ago they did a wonderful job refacing my 1950s kitchen cabinets with glossy white laminate (still love them!!). After constant use with 2 rough growing boys a few of hinges were a little off. I called them and they stand by their work even though honestly it's our fault for yanking the cabinets open and close. They repaired the hinges and left some for future replacements. Who does that anymore? Stand by their work and quality products! On a Saturday morning too! Furthermore I asked them to replace some shelving and they helped me reinstall the sliding baskets which I planned to do but so thankful they did it for me! Their level of quality, service, and friendliness is sadly hard to find these days. They lay down blankets and clean up every spec of debris (plus some, as they helped wiped down my cabinets while they were working on the hinges!!). They are worth more than their quotes price. Trust me. I trust them 100%. 7 years later and they still do not cut any corners and have very reasonable prices for their quality services. Highly recommended!!!

It may be because we also ordered the bathroom renovation, but either way, the value was excellent. Our kitchen was transformed into a modern and much more spacious space. The renovation contractors who worked on our project were not very fluent in English, but they were extremely considerate, communicated patiently through gestures, and never showed any frustration. The company as a whole has a warm and thoughtful culture, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind. Overall, this is a company I would highly recommend.
