I have very thick, wavy Asian hair that I find difficulty in managing, and Lori was great in following everything that I asked for in a cut! I love the layers and blowout she did for my hair. A little background about me, cutting hair has always been a hobby of mine. I used to cut my own hair, my kids hair, and my brothers' hair, so I'm really picky when it comes to fades and detail work. Cindy has been my go to for a while now, and she's amazing at what she does. I get a haircut about every 10 days, and every time I leave feeling like a brand new person. A fresh haircut really does make a difference, it's basically makeup for guys I walk out looking like I suddenly have my life together. She listens carefully to what you want and always gets it right. She's also very easy to talk to, which makes every visit enjoyable. Honestly, half the time it feels like I'm getting therapy with a fade, no judgment, just clean cuts and emotional support. Zheng is also excellent. I used to get my hair cut by her before she went on leave, and both of them are incredibly skilled. The haircut was fine but she shaved the right side of my beard bald and left the left side almost bald. I asked her not to touch the beard but to blend it in. She was rough with the clippers which is a bad sign. When I asked her why she cut my beard she stated that the left side was shorter than the right. She didn't make sense but I didn't make a big deal out of it. It's kind of funny because I knew I was risking it when I came here. I'll just have to fix it when I get home. I definitely won't return here. Looks like they have a lot of satisfied customers I just picked the wrong barber today.
