This Total Wine location is the cleanest and most organized stores of its kind. They carry products here that I cannot find anywhere else. I was born and raised in Michigan and they even sell Michigan made soda that I cannot find anywhere else. The staff is very helpful and if the products you want are not available they will try their very best to order it for you. The rewards program isn't the greatest, however, the prices are very reasonable so there isn't much need to save much more. read more

Best place to pick up your spirits and beers in the valley by far. The selection here is incomparable and if you can't find it here, the only other option is online. Here, they have tastings for different types of liquors and wine and that's a nice little treat. Plus, all staff on hand are very knowledgeable about their product and always willing to give their expert suggestions; never been led wrong yet. This store is SO intimidating. So many aisles and so many bottles to choose from! If you can't find something to drink here, there may be no hope for you! This place is large, but not quite as big as Lees, which is good. I've only ever been here to by beer. They allow you to buy mix and match six packs so that you can try different brands/types of beer. The only downfall is that you don't get any break for buying the six pack, because you pay for each beer individually. That is understandable because there are so many choices and some of the beers are much better quality and higher alcohol percentage. The staff seems friendly, although I've not ever needed any assistance while in the store. It does look like they offer wine tasting and other events in the store. I just wish there was a location a little bit closer to my house, but that is asking for too much. :) read more

Love this place for all my alcohol needs! I used to go to one right over the border in Delaware when I lived in Pennsylvania because of the restrictive alcohol laws in PA (beer only from bars and distributors; wine and spirits only from state owned shops, etc.). This place was a gift from god in Delaware. Now that I'm not living in a state with such strict alcohol sale laws, I STILL think this store is incredible. Great prices, amazing selection and free wine/beer/liquor tastings all the time! I love this place. I used to be a Lee's guy but I haven't been back to one since this place opened. I'm a big Bourbon drinking and my friend and I buy Pappy Van Winkle. Total Wine has two kinds of Pappy/Rip that I haven't ever seen at Lee's. The prices are better than Lee's as well. I love the mix and match beer option as it allows people to try different types without being stuck with a whole case of something you don't like. The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff are great as well. I went on a Saturday one time where they had 4 or 5 different tasting stations set up. Wine, Vodka, Chambord, etc. It was great! Whenever I go eat at Sweet Tomatoes I ask my wife if we can stop by. She only says yes every so often. ;) read more

I discovered this place while searching for somewhere to go wine tasting, thanks to all of you fellow yelpers, this place caught my eye when i read "FREE wine tasting" on many reviews. And yes, new yelpers... you read right... FREE! Nothing is better than "free" :) The free wine tasting events are friday-sunday... Its 12-6 on Fri/Sat, and 12-4 on Sun. If i could have one wish right now, it would be to have a Total WIne & More in North Las Vegas! I'm not a fan of driving through Las Vegas, but this place is most definitely worth the drive! They didn't have as many selections during their wine tasting event as they have at the other Total Wine store in Summerlin, but they still had quite a few selections to try and it was well worth it. Who needs to go to a liquor store when there's Total Wine & More? Everything was so organized and the staff were friendly and attentive. I discovered that I liked German wine, and to my luck... they have wines categorized by Country. How awesome is that!? I cant wait to make another trip here! Oh, and even better... they have coupons so you save even more on some products that they sell during the wine taste event. Their prices are pretty good to begin with as well. Surprisingly enough you can order anything in stock online & put someone else's name for pick up. I died and went to booze heaven! Move over Lee's, this place is about to steal your customers and for good reason! They have a lot of wine. I'm not a huge Vino, so I could care less. BUT I love beer, specifically microbrews and this place is the mecca for every kind of beer imaginable. Now that I live in the land of microbrews (Pacific NW) I have become a beer snob and a half, so I like the fancy expensive beers. This place has them all and more plus the people that work there know their beer and they can recommend lots of different beers if you ask. Plus their prices are really great. An absolute wonderland of adult libations. This place has everything you could ever want and everything you thought you could not get. I went in and got Calvados, French apple brandy only made in Normandy, and Pernod, The French successor to Absinthe from the 1800's. What can't you find in this place. I recently went to England and had a cider that I really liked and guess what, they have it at total wine. I wine is on the menu and you cannot decide what to get, since there are so many options, try and find Clair he really knows his stuff and i have never been disappointed in what he has recommended. This place way out classes Lee's and Bevmo. This is the place to go for any beverage you could ever want, they even have locally brewed root beer. read more

Went here for our first time today and was very surprised at how big it was, its Saturday so they have tastings and we tried a couple... It would've gotten 5 stars but the place is so big if you've never been there before you don't know where to find certain things. We tried asking for help but there was only ONE person working the floor for this Huge store, he tried to help but he seemed to know nothing about the beers but had a good idea where all the liquor's were located. Next time we will be a little more prepared to just spend time looking and searching. Found out they have wine, beer and spirit classes so we got a schedule for those and are definitely interested in trying one or all of them... Overall a good experience and beautiful store, plus the cashier was friendly, which kinda makes up for lack of employees... Only other complaint was the entire time we were there they had a large cart of beer to stock in the middle of the isle blocking things and making it hard to get by without breaking things, not a good thing to be left unattended on a busy Saturday afternoon. read more

My elderly Aunt and I were at this store on Monday, April 9th around 3:30. The women who was ringing people up was so rude to my Aunt. They are supposed to price match so my aunt informed her that the wine she was getting was $9.99 at Lees discount liquor the women at the register very rudely said I will have to call, we waited and waited as she rang other customers up, we asked her if she had called and again very rude she said no. After this, we decided to leave as no one wants to be treated in such a disrespectful way. We asked to speak to a manager and she informed us that she was manager we decide to leave, as we were leaving she followed us out speaking in a sarcastic voice have a nice day. Great visit to this store on Jan. 20. I am an ex Jersey guy and during the Christmas was reading an on line click bate story on popular beers in America. One was Molson and been looking for this close to one month now. Well, I found it at the Total Wine and More in Henderson. And it is the beer that is the better one. They did not have Golden on the visit but will go back again. At first, could not find. So asked an employee who was on a ladder dusting shelves. How novel, did not know people still cleaned stores. Well they take pride in customer service here. The lady got off the ladder and was happy to help me. So went back to the beer aisle, and lost the lady in the walk. In the meantime, found some Molson Beer. Went to look for her to apologize, and she had no issue. Was more that happy to help me. I find this to be an exceptional level of customer service and a willingness to help a patron. I also love wine, from California and Italy and will be returning again in the near future. It was Saturday, the parking lot was jammed with customers at the strip mall. And I just avoid crowds and traffic when I can. My recommendation. If you want to be treated like a king as a customer shop here. And if you like wines from almost any nation on Earth this is the place to visit. read more

When I am checking out I have heard him (his name is Ken) speak to the staff like they are dogs beneath him. How did he ever get his postion? I would rather shop and pay more than support him treating people like that.The poor cashier who was trying to look up an item for should have walked out when he spoke to her like that. I came to this location to purchase a couple of gifts for Christmas with a friend. As it turns out, I had forgotten my wallet with ID but didn't realize until I was at the check out. The manager Ken was called over and provided not only the worst customer service I've experienced in a while, but he was argumentative and had a seriously bad attitude about the whole thing. He actually told me to go ahead and go to another location or another establishment. I was happy to go get my ID and return, since it was completely my fault for not having it, however after the way we were treated, I'm not sure I'll ever want to return to a Total Wine. I had never been to a Total Wine before, but they certainly didn't provide me with any reason, at all, for coming back. I recommend for anyone to go anywhere else. Liquor World is one of my favorites, or Lees Liquor even. Ken definitely needs a new job, or maybe just a class on customer service. **UPDATE** I returned to Total Wine with my ID an hour after to prove a point and to get the gift I wanted to get. My friend and I checked this place out the first month it had opened and we stood in the doorway and I swear to God that we heard Angels from Heaven singing! They have every type of wine you can possibly think of. I found a couple bottles from the Finger Lakes Region in NY where I grew up and I was ecstatic to get a taste of home! Huge selection of case beer, individual bottled microbrews in case you want to try a single bottle instead of buying a six pack and finding you do not like it. They have nice holiday gifts like wine openers, racks, decor, etc. The best part, tastings every day. I may just have my bachelorette party here in the future and call it a "wine class". read more

I have been to this store a number of times and I would rate them as A-OK based upon selection and prices. On the other hand, I don't like the location because of the parking lot and the customer service experiences I have had are underwhelming. For example, today people in front of me bought stuff on sale and the cashier has to call over the manager and manager has to ask the customer how much each and every item is. I am next in line and experience exactly the same thing and I actually could have told the cashier any price. This waste of everyone's time is inexcusable. Also, I think it would be cool to have a kiosk in the store to pull up your shopping list from their website. I mentioned this on a previous visit to one of the workers and she just looked at me like I was crazy and offered no reply or comment. If you want to provide good customer service you have to have workers who can positively engage with the customer. However, they may feel more like a warehouse or super store and that good customer service is not a necessary in order for them to be successful. read more

Sorry Lee's! I only visited this store for the first time recently but wish I had sooner!! The supply of wines and spirits will boggle your mind. I never knew there were so many different kinds of everything and it is all separated into sections that are nicely labeled, gins, vodkas, wines by regions etc. I have tried some new things I never heard of and love the fact that I can buy almost any beer by the can to try it out first!!! I could spend hours in this store just looking at everything! They also sell mixers, sodas, barware, snacks, and the little bottles of spirits can be bought by the dozen for a discount. Easy parking out front too! Great prices. they have bargain priced bottles up to the fantastically expensive, all price ranges to suit anyone. read more

I would give more stars if I could. My girlfriend and I came into total wine. I asked a stock man a question about the seasonal Sam Adams beers and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding what I wanted. I asked the cashier Amy about the email program and she signed me up. When my girlfriend and I got home she realized that she didn't have her purse. I called the store and Amy was so helpful and asked if her manager Larry could go out and look for it in the carts outside. He immediately did and to our amazement it was still there.
