This was my first time at Touch To Heal Spa. I chose the Tropical Escape because it was a 90 minute package that, most importantly, included a body scrub which I do on occasion when focusing on relaxation. Most spas don't offer it and those that do only seem to offer it as a standalone service or they have no frills like oils or fragrances with the combo scrub + massage. The Tropical Escape package was so much more because it includes a Swedish massage with oil and they wrap your hands and feet in hot towels before massaging them. To top it off it includes a facial. (I'm a typical guy and don't take very good care of my face so this is a rare treat.) Sam T was my massouse. She is very communicative both before and during the massage to check in with you. I''ve had head to toe massages many times, even internationally for far more money, but nowhere have I experienced the level of total relaxation! When it was over I almost asked if I could just lay there for a few extra minutes - but I know they need to prepare the room for the next client. Last comment is about getting your money's worth. I was brought back a couple minutes before my appointment so it could start on time and when I got up to change at the end, it was 1 minute past my 90 minutes. This weekend I got my 2nd couple's massage at this location. The customer service and masseuses are phenomenal. I also got to lounge in their reception area before and after my massage. The deep tissue massages were perfect. The smallest women gave my husband and me the best deep tissue massages ever. Seriously. The facials were crafted specifically to our skin features. My facial required significant modifications and it was perfect. My husband who had never had a facial before is significantly impressed by the concept. I had one of the best spa experiences yesterday. Tina was the massage therapist and did a wonderful job. I felt so relaxed when I left I went home and took a nap. I did the 75 minute mango/coconut back scrub and massage. The ambiance was very appealing with nice calming music, very clean and nice scent coming from the diffuser. They have a cute waiting area with tea, water, nuts, granola bars, books. It is about 20 minute drive from my home but I would definitely go back to this location again. read more

It's been 6 hours since we had our couple's massage and IR sauna, and I am still in this relaxed state of happiness! Elizabeth made it so easy to book and was very friendly and welcoming when we were checking in. I will only speak for myself, so I am grateful to Samy, who did an amazing job! I came here for a birthday treat months ago and got one of their signature treatments: DETOX & DE-STRESS. I called in and asked about their shower beforehand I was instructed by the friendly and professional receptionist that when booking, write that in the notes section. The day of treatment, the business was easy to find. I wasn't expecting there to be no designated parking so I ended up parking on Rincon Ave which has plenty of street parking! The shower room was clean, spacious and bright and reminded me of the type of bathroom in nice hotels. You get a basket to put your items in. Once the shower is complete, the front desk receptionist met me promptly to usher me to their waiting area. It was so cute, bright and quiet :) The waiting room had refreshments: fruit infused water, energy bars and fruit. They also had 2 very plush seats to relax and decompress right before the treatment. My favorite part is the waiting area has a notebook to write what your grateful for :) The treatment started promptly that started with a dry brush and one of the most RELAXING massages I've had in a long time!! My masseuse (Tina!) gave the most relaxing yet therapeutic massages every by using pressure points and stretching which are eastern massage techniques. After the massage, I definitely felt de-stressed!! I can't say what part of the service was my favorite. Whether if it's the shower, waiting room or the treatment itself. I definitely will return! They also carry Eminence facial products which they use on clients during facials. The hard part is deciding which treatment I want nex time! Can't wait to return! read more

I love coming to this spa! It is very relaxing, clean, and peaceful. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. My husband and I have been coming here for a couple years. We have done the couples packages (massage, facial, infrared sauna), separate massages, and facials. My personal favorite is to get facials from Carolina. I have done the custom facials (where they tailor it to you skin concerns), the tropical facial, and the Gua Sha facial with her before. Carolina is very kind and attentively listens to your concerns with your skin to customize your treatments. She does a thorough job, with excellent facial massage techniques and additional technologies like microcurrent. At other spas I had been to before I found Touch To Heal, I had facials that were painful or left me looking red/inflamed after it's done. Carolina's are totally the opposite - there is no discomfort and she leaves you glowing. Her facials are so relaxing that I have even fallen asleep during them before. For massages, my husband regularly sees Tracy for deep tissue and loves it. She is very friendly and gives an excellent massage. My mother in law, who was fearful of getting a facial due to previous bad experiences at other spas, went to Jun [while I was with Carolina :)] and really enjoyed her relaxing experience as well and wanted to come back. I got my prenatal massage there and it was the best experience ever. It's little pricy but worth of money

First of all, props to Touch to Heal Spa for accepting Spa Finder cards, since it was pretty hard to find a place with good reviews that accepts them. You can pretty much use as many Spa Finder cards to pay for your session, but the tips can't be paid with the cards. Also they have lots of availability for appointment so I was able to make an appointment just a day ahead! Parking around the area would be a bit hard to find if the streets were busy, but luckily I got a street parking spot right in front. The spa itself is very clean and smells really nice. Each client gets their own private room where the massage therapist/esthetician will do their work. Before and after your massage you can also enjoy some refreshments in the waiting area. At first, since the facility was so nice and the price was really high, I was expecting a great massage and super excited to come here. However, I'd say the deep tissue massage was worse than average. I feel like I could've gotten something better with a massage chair. Generally, I expect feeling some soreness during the massage and the next day when I get a deep tissue massage. I feel nothing today. I requested strong pressure, and it started out good since the massage therapist was using her elbows, but anytime she switched to massaging me with her fingers, the pressure was close to nonexistent. It was like I was being touched and not massaged. Even though pressure was ok with elbow use, it didn't feel very pinpointed to my muscles and pressure points. It often felt like my bones were being pressed instead. I was also asked about focus points at the beginning of the massage, but I got maybe 5 minutes of attention on my neck, which is one of two areas I requested. Overall, this was really disappointing. I felt like the massage therapist is not experienced at all; she used her elbows and hurt my back and shoulders; her strokes were NOT connected and it did not feel relaxing at all; she also was not present while working, and that's also did not help me to relax; the other thing was she put lots of pressure around the kidneys which is NO NO if she knew the body anatomy well. on she doesn't know body anatomy at all; that's how I felt. Positives: I like the ambiance of this spa, the Eminence products they used, and my esthetician communicated throughout the service what she was doing throughout the facial and provided product recommendations at the end of the service. The spa was clean and I felt safe considering COVID. Constructive feedback: My friend and I had booked appointments slots at the same time, but unfortunately, it took 25 minutes to be seen by my esthetician. The front desk let me know after 5 minutes of waiting that my esthetician would be late. After 25 minutes passed and I had decided to reschedule the appointment, my esthetician arrived. To improve customer service, I would recommend that the front desk tell the client how long they will be waiting so the client can decide whether it's worth waiting or if they should reschedule. Not everyone has the flexibility to be seen 25 minutes after their scheduled appointment. read more

Needed a quick spa day before a wedding and a friend suggested this place. Booking is very easy and the staff are nice and the space is very clean. I think that's what saved this review from being 2 stars. Unfortunately, the body scrub with massage was not a relaxing experience for me. I wish I had just gotten the scrub without the massage because I felt like the masseuse was not very experienced. She was pinching me very hard in some places. So hard, I received a few small bruises and I felt the effects of the massage the following days after. The facial was actually very enjoyable and the girl seemed very knowledgeable. If I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!Sooo this is place is ridiculous. I had a terrible experience trying to book massages (4 to be exact) for my birthday earlier this month and they were NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL! I didn't care to go back because of their poor customer service but my sister asked me to book a massage for her and my parents so I did online, under my account and they called me to cancel. In their words, "We've saw that you left a negative review and so we feel this is not the Spa for you" instead of making things right with a repeat customer they doubled down on their terrible customer service. I have been going to Touch to Heal for about six months and enjoy every visit. The facility is very clean and comfortable, definitely a nice place to relax and get away from it all for a while. In addition to a waiting area with beverages and snacks, there is a separate quiet room where people can wait for the start of their appointment with their massage therapist. I really want to try the sauna next. I have had several therapists, and while can go wrong with any of them, I have to say that Natalie is my favorite. She is the first one that worked with me, and I have gotten Sports, Deep Tissue, and Swedish massages from her. She can vary pressure and techniques to suit one's needs, which, having had lower back surgery, I find very helpful for dealing with various levels of pain depending how my back is feeling. She's also very personable and professional and works hard to provide a great experience every time. Definitely going back as often as I can! read more

Unfortunetly, this spa does not know how to run a business or communicate with customers. Apparently, a group of four is too big for logistics. My friends and I scheduled months in advance yet treatment times were changed without notice leaving one gal with a 45min gap and another finishing 30mins after the group (due to an error in treatment type). We all received different requests ahead of the appts- leave a cc on file, buy a gift card bc cc machine is down, can't receive email bc of "password issue". One gal was required to complete a docusign-- others were not. She was also told via vm- "you must call back within an hour or we cannot guarantee the appts". Treatments are overpriced and language barriers are an issue (in terms of ensuring massage etc. is correct pressure). I could go on but not spending additional time, energy, money with this place every again! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

I love this spa!! My go-to massage therapist, Danijel (pronounced Daniel) takes care of me every month. He makes me feel very comfortable; actually listens and works through my problem areas; introduces new techniques every session; and most importantly, spends time with me after each session on what he noticed or recommends stretching exercises, if needed. My most loved technique that he does is after he is working on an area, he takes a fresh hot towel and gently wipes off the oil. If y'all never had a hot towel wrapped around your foot - it's divine! That said, it's not cheap. It is a luxury spa - you really do get what you pay for. The reception staff and the owner, Haleh is very accommodating and friendly. I love their waiting area with hot tea, water, and snacks. Additionally, the spa is very clean and aesthetically pleasing; and parking is no problem for me with an underground parking garage.
