On Saturday I ordered a Starbucks and was curious to check this place. I decided to walk in and was pleasantly surprised. It reminded me of Paris Baguette or 85 degrees. They have a large variety of breads, pastries and desserts. The prices are very reasonable and closer to 85 degrees. I got a croquette and a blueberry cream cheese bread for under $6 out the door. They were both really tasty! The croquette was filled with what looked like glass noodles, some vegetables and not sure what else since I didn't read ingredients. Regardless, it was very big and tasted good. The blueberry cream cheese was sweet but not too sweet, the perfect balance. The location was very clean and they had the trays, papers, and tongs to use for your pastries. I live around the area and charge my car here. I will for sure be back and get something small and quick to eat while I charge. read more

Love this place for all things pastries and coffee. Recently had the cloud bagel and egg bites. Tasty! The tiramisu latte was also delicious. My husband got the honey lavender matcha and it was pretty good - looks like they make a matcha concentrate for it. Overall great and quick service. Stopped by for their soft opening and LOVED everything about this brand new location. Their official opening date is on 01/10/25 but it was already pretty packed today. I bought a few of their pastries to try (Twisted Donut, Cream Puff, Chocolate Tuxedo Cake, Portuguese Egg Tart, and Vanilla Soft Bread) and it was ALL very delicious. It's a beautiful small shop that has more options and selections than others that are not free standing. Plenty of tables and chairs and a larger beverage selection. Savory selections are on the light side so while you could eat a meal here, be aware portions are small. Staff were friendly and helpful and the prices aren't beyond reach. I went in for the first time. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was definitely almost like a 85° experience. They have a lot of bread options. Personally, my favorite was the croquet bread. It was so good in the stuffing inside was absolutely delicious. I even took two home. We also tried their hotdog brand and miniature and full size. Those are pretty delicious and the apple danish. We will definitely come back.! It is self serve unless you want any of the drink drinks. The service from the workers coworkers work quick and fast. My sister got me some items to try from here, so though I didn't get to see what this popular store originating from Korea is like in-person, I wanted to write this review for the food which were all really good! I tried the kimchi croquette, curry croquette, and the strawberry jam roll cake. I had both croquettes later in the day when it wasn't warm, and they still had a nice crunch to them on the outside. Starting with the kimchi croquette, this is the first time I have ever heard of a croquette having kimchi filling, so I was both curious and hesitant about the taste of it. To my surprise, I liked this more than the curry (though this was delicious too) and it was slightly bigger in size. The kimchi in the croquette had good flavor and wasn't that spicy to me. The curry croquette had potatoes and carrots inside, so I liked this filling. I definitely think having it warmed would make it much better, but even with it not warmed was good too, which says a lot about it. My only critique is regarding the filling to bread ratio. It took me quite a few bites before getting to the filling. Though the bread itself was good, most croquettes I have tried have a lot of filling. The strawberry roll cake was fluffy and had the right amount of sweetness. I appreciate that the cake itself came in its own packaging aside from the box to keep it moist. Overall, I'm glad I got to try all of these items. I would definitely come back again. I hope to also try their drinks/lattes. read more

The indoor decor is so chic with outdoor seating available in the plaza as well. What better way to kick off 2025 with a review for a highly reputable bakery like Tous Les Jours? My family has frequented their Amerige Heights locations over the years and was thrilled to see one open up so much closer to us! When I found out they were open today on New Years Day, I had to check it out before they got busy! I had initially planned to get one or two pastries max but ended up getting much more than expected. I also ordered an Iced Tiramisu Latte for myself and it was pretty good. The latte portion was on the sweeter side but the tiramisu on top had a bitter note so mixed together, it wasn't too bad and had a nice balance of flavor. Although they had just opened up very recently, all the staff were very welcoming and professional. Every single person I interacted greeted me with smiles. This place will definitely get busy due to the already busy Brea Gateway Center. With many Korean bakeries in the area, there's a lot of competition but I feel like this place is a little cheaper than most other spots. read more

Soft opened but already a hot place for people to experience this well known French Korean bakery and cafe. I must say this is the largest Tous Les Jours branch I've ever seen. They have a bakery and a cafe where after you pick up your items, you can hang out while enjoying the sweets and drinks. Both areas are very clean, stylish and charming that you might not to leave. Their various cakes, pastries, drink selections are not only exciting to but also unique. They are very attractive and entertaining to watch and try. Also, don't forget their cute and practical souvenirs. It is too hard to pass. The staff are very welcoming and joyful. When you bring the baked goods to the counter, they pack them with great care in a nice box and kindly assist you with payment. I haven't tried their drinks yet but the baristas were working hard getting the drinks out quickly, which was pretty impressive. Looking forward to spending more time at this place! ​I really want to love this place because the pastries are great and the shop is always clean, but the service is consistently a letdown. I've been here a few times and there's a persistent lazy vibe from the staff. Most recently, I asked for coffee and the cashier's first response was 'we don't have that right now.' When I asked if they stopped brewing, he admitted they could make it, it would just take 5 minutes. It's strange to be told 'no' to a basic menu item just because the staff doesn't want to take the time to brew it. The food is good, but the attitude and lack of effort really don't match the quality of the products. Hopefully, they can work on the customer service. read more

Stopped by Tous Les Jours and ordered an iced coffee and a mango smoothie. The smoothie was really good. My kids loved it! The iced coffee, though, had way too much ice. I also didn't see it on the menu, so I'm guessing they gave me an iced Americano instead. It definitely tasted more like espresso and water than regular iced coffee. Overall, the drinks were decent, but I'd love a little more clarity on the menu and less ice in the coffee. I'd definitely go back for the smoothie, though! read more

My family and I had a great experience at Tous Les Jours. The biggest standout to us was the customer service. The employees were incredibly kind, gave great recommendations, and the manager even gave my son an extra treat to try! The pastries were delicious we order the chocolate avalanche, the egg tart, and the cream bun. Each of those pastries was unique and really tasty. The chocolate avalanche is similar to like a pop tart with croissant dough and a ton of delicious chocolate inside. The egg tarts are my personal favorite and the cream bun had the perfect vanilla custard filling. Stumbled upon this place when picking up food from Pokeolgy next door. WOW! I'm always a fan of French Asian pastries - it's next level in terms of quality ingredients, and flavors. The selection here is quite vast, whether you want savory or sweet. Don't come hungry or else you'll be like me and leave with a dozen pastries that you just have to eat in a few short days I got a milk bun, the pineapple bun (they called it something else here but I forgot,) pain Au chocolate, a few ube items, and a red bean bun. What I really want though is one of their cloud cakes! Omg I may just come get a cake for no reason. Who cares?! Hahaha treat yo self. On Friday morning, right when the store opened first thing in the morning, COLE answered my call and was incredibly accommodating. I was in a rush to pick up two cakes for work--without having placed a prior order--and Cole went above and beyond to make it happen. He immediately set one cake aside for me, then personally spoke with the bakers to make sure a second cake could be ready in time for my arrival. Since there wasn't a large enough cake available at that moment, he confirmed with them directly that they could have one prepared for me just in time. His quick thinking and proactive approach saved the day. When I tried to tip him directly for all his help, he graciously directed me to the tip jar instead, explaining that "it's a collective effort" and that everyone on the team deserves to share in the appreciation. That alone says so much about his character and teamwork mindset. Cole turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless, positive experience. Visited the new location the day after opening in the afternoon. Wasn't too crazy, but was full of customers. Everything looked clean and the setup was beautiful. We weren't really greeted upon arrival, but that's fine. The cashier was friendly but seemed a tad impatient when we were thinking of anything additionally for our order. There was no one behind us in line, but it felt like they were trying to be fast, therefore causing us to feel a bit rushed. The food is consistent with other locations I've tried and tastes fine. The mini cookies were free because of a coupon in the app. The app makes it sound like you are going to get a single fresh cookie but instead I got a container of mini cookies made out of chemicals (first ingredient is prepared edible fat) imported by CJFoodvilleUSA of Compton. It expires on Feb 6 - the cookies not the coupon. Not a good first impression for a bakery. The other items were just ok. The pecan flat croissant tasted burnt but some people like that. read more

this weather was beautiful and i decided to treat myself to an iced matcha, and i'm glad my friend and i finally tried this spot! we've wanted to try their matcha for a while. walking in i'm immediately shocked by the amount of pastries they had. you can mix and match your choices on a tray, then bring to the counter. you can even order cakes whole or by the piece! they looked so delicious, i will definitely be back to try some desserts. the staff was kind, and promptly room our order. both drinks came out at a decent time, considering we were the only ones who ordered. my only (slight) concern was that my name wasn't taken, and my order was not called out when it was ready. since i was in a conversation with my friend, we had no idea our drinks were ready. however there was a lots of staff working on preparing fresh desserts, so it seemed busy behind the counter! i didn't at all, considering we were the only ones who ordered drinks, but it would've been nice to have been called out. maybe it was a one time things, hopefully it's different when it's busy! overall, the staff was kind, the place was cute and neat, and the atmosphere is the perfect aesthetic with good seating to catch up with friends. i'd definitely come back, especially for the desserts! read more

If I could give zero stars for customer service today I would. A few weeks ago I purchased a whole cake as well as a few pastries. I decided to come back today to get a piece of cake for my birthday & the service was horrible. There were five customers in line and only one cashier, meanwhile a worker was taking her time adding more pastries to the cases even when she saw the line was taking forever & no one was browsing the cases so restocking the cases shouldn't have been the main priority. The guy that rang me up was annoyed with the customer ahead of me who was extremely picky and took it out on me. He wasn't really listening to what I was saying & then gave me attitude for using a birthday coupon & didn't even give me a bag. The last time I was in this bakery I spent $60 on cakes but I will never return to this bakery due to the lack of respect from staff. Also, I got a slice of the tuxedo chocolate cake & it was extremely dry, it should also be noted that I noticed the cake container was wet & had a lot of condensation on top. It's really sad that this bakery is charging expensive prices for cake that is most likely frozen, I could get something similar & cheaper at the grocery store. read more

The space is expansive with plenty of seating and great natural lighting, making it an ideal spot to work, meet up with friends, or just relax. It really feels like a cozy third space where you can spend hours sipping coffee and enjoying pastries. Speaking of which, the bakery offers a wide selection of treats. From chocolate croissants to milk-soft bread, hot dog rolls, egg tarts, and chocolate-dipped waffles--there's something for everyone. We also tried a tiramisu latte, which was absolutely delicious, though I'd recommend asking for less milk. Once mixed, it got a bit too milky for my taste. Service was friendly, attentive and fast.
