Called me and gave me an offer for my car. Sent the pictures and videos making sure I don't drive by all the way for nothing in case they want to try and lower the price for me just because I'm already there. Asked few times and made sure there won't be wasting of time and they said that the most would be not more than 200$ difference. They could come to my place and buy the car from me since they saw my post online. After I got there , they said they can only give 3500$ less than what was agreed before. I arrived for an 8:15 oil change at 8:12. Was the only vehicle there and 5 service writers/advisors at their desks. After a couple of minutes I approached one and asked if I needed to pick someone to help me and he told me no, someone would be right with me. 7 mins later, and after the truck behind me that pulled in was helped, another gentleman asked if I was being helped. I said no again. He went over to a couple others who apparently told him they were too busy to help me as well. After calling for someone else on the walkie talkie, I was finally helped. No apologies from anyone. I will not be coming back to this dealership for service or future car buying needs. These guys continue to be terrible. We purchased a car from Tobin years ago and had such a sour taste in my mouth that I swore I would never use them again. Against my better judgment, I thought I would try again today. We contacted them about a $70k Ram 3500. It was not yet delivered, but we contacted them about it to see if we could just wrap it up over the phone even before they received it. Would have been an easy transition. Alex Udensi emails me back with their "deal" for us. The 70k was now over $82k. Even though the price was clearly posted on their site at 70k. They had the audacity to tack on $9,999 for "Market Adjustment ". WTF?!?! Then they added in every other incidental they could - including $200 for nitrogen fills in the tires (hello Costco). So the grand total was now $12k over MSRP - not anything below MSRP, but a nearly 15% BS up charge of Market Adjustment. When I called Alex out on it, he immediately offered to split the $10k and drop it to $5k. They guys are the worst - once again confirmed. read more

I got a car the AC was blow out not even 30 days after buying a car from them. all the air vale caps was missing.

Just bought a car 2 months ago from here and A/C blows up. The price to fix the car is more than the blue book value of the car. First my sales person Vance was no help. when I called all the managers to try and get support for a question all went to voice mail and no one called me back. Just went in today and they lied straight to my face about repairs and only offered me a $250 service discount for a $5500 bill. Haven't drove a 1000 miles on the car go to show how they take care of first time customers. I recommend no one to come here I'm am telling all my clients, family, and friends to never step foot in this crooked establishment that they call a #1 dodge dealer in Nevada. Their techs lack the knowledge and expertise necessary for their position, or maybe they act like they don't. They start from one end and make you replace unnecessary parts in hopes that it'll fix the problem. I brought in my car because my dash was staying on. They told me I have to change my battery, then my PCM, and then my RADIO, and problem was still not fixed, I ended up paying $4000 for part replacements (mind you they refused to give me my old parts back as well so I couldn't check to see if theres actually an issue with those parts). Then they quoted me another $2500 claiming "oh its actually your RF Hub and key fob you have to change those as well" We refused to get those replaced at that point and pulled the car out of that place. Next month when I went in for an oil change, they stopped me at the entrance and shut the exit door on me as if I'm some criminal, and refused service "due to circumstances surrounding previous service". They didn't even call me to tell me they wont service me, and purposely waited till i got there so they could start a scene and try and embarrass me. Apparently they were really hurt over the fact I didn't put another $2500 in their pockets. They are a bunch of unprofessionals, they talk too much and do nothing, just out for your money. I'll probably be asking for legal advice over the unnecessary part replacements and refusing to give me the old parts to confirm proper or improper function. Went in to buy a $43000 Dodge Challenger...first I asked the sale person about packages..he said they have one that was About $2500...then we go in and they bring me another paper now there is 4 more packages...morph on car was $52000 advertising for $43840....I said I don't need those other 4 packages..well we are ready put it on the car....$500 for locking lug nuts..that were in the trunk with the floor matts( in a package not even on the car BUT came with it)...well I got up and said very loudly I would buy the car without the packages...we can't take that crap off window glass etch for police to find your vehicle? What the hell is that ??..it's a Q-tip with acid on it and the touch the top of the glass ...but $995...please go anywhere else these people are 2 steps from prison for fraud on a huge scale.. Seemed good at first. Got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted after 5 hours. Drove the car off the lot after signing all the paperwork and closing the deal. Got a call a few days later saying that they had "good news" and that they got the loan down even more for me and that I need to come to sign papers for that. However...This was just to lure me down for what they did next. When I got down there, they pull out and entirely new loan that has now been switched from a lease to a purchase with nearly $200 more on the monthly payment. Google "spot delivery" laws and "lemon laws" and you'll understand the scammy stuff they are doing behind the scenes. Be prepared to have an attorney on hand if you get a vehicle from here because they will surely always try to scam you and shake you down for more money later on. Absolutely ridiculous. Having said that, Benjamin and Jasmine were good sales people. They helped me out and found exactly what I wanted. I give them 10 stars. It's the people in the back that are sleaze bags. read more

Beware! Here is their sales pitch: 1. Tell you it's a great deal and show you the car in full detail 2. When you sit down to look over numbers they will tell you that ALL "optional" services are required because they are already on the vehicle (Which we later found out was a lie) 3. Salesperson will tell you they can work with the sales manager to get you a good deal. They're not really doing this, they're just walking around the store pretending they're doing this. 4. They come back to tell you that you got a great deal and give you a price to agree on. They told us that we will pay half off all of the optional features so it's a great deal. 5. They will tell you later (very quickly skim over) that you are only getting some of the "optional" services. All of it will NOT be detailed. There will be no evidence that you are getting any of the services. We asked why those services are not listed? They state that you are getting them anyways since it is already on the vehicle so don't worry about it. 6. You sign and close on everything paying more than you should for a vehicle with no extra options. These options are red alert, desert package, GPS, and polysteel. These are well over 4k. So in summary, their game is that they want you to pay a higher price for the same vehicle with none of the extra optional features. They will tell you that the optional items are required because it is already on the vehicle when it is not. Then they will tell you that it is not listed on the contract because it does not need to be since it's all inclusive. When you try to get these items they will tell you no. Finance/Contracting department is in on it as well but I got to work with someone who was honest and told us that the sales team doesn't care to help out when we caught them in a lie about the "optional" items. Make sure everything you are getting is itemized on your contract. Do not let them tell you that it doesn't need to be listed. Everything you sign is binding and they will win when you ask why your "optional" features were never installed. I would highly recommend not even stepping foot into this building. They are great salespeople because they can lie really well and you wouldn't even know it until it is too late. They receive all the same training on this tactic. read more

Update- My GMC Terrain, purchased 6 months ago, is now (again) undrivable, and this time, has been deemed totaled. It was towed back to the dealership, and looked at (after being evaluated by my mechanic, who told me to just buy a new car, that she was not worth fixing), the dealership mechanic said that they would not, could not fix her, because they "don't do engine work on GMC's." okay. But you sold her to me. You sold her to me in shit ass condition. They are not willing to help, not even willing to help us trade her in.
