The worst experience! Especially after the trauma of having to get a new car due to an accident that totaled my car. I've been paying for a rental while waiting for my insurance payout. 5 weeks later it comes. I've been doing research and spoke with Towbin prior to going there with an appointment to see this particular car that they had online. I get there, test drive it, negotiate the price and buy it cash. I sign all documentation the car is mine. I'm good to go. But they tell me that the detail department is only open from 5 AM to 1 PM and since it was after 5 they will have it detailed 1st thing in the morning. And they will call me when it's done. Julian was my contact but not the person who sold me the car. So the next morning I'm texting Julian and not getting any response. I'm calling the office they keep telling me they're going to give him a message, but he isn't calling me back. Finally, I have to get demanding and now it's about 3pm. I finally get a hold of him and he says he regrets to inform me that the car they sold me the day before was already sold to someone else two weeks prior. He says he wants to make this right and get me in another car. Although I was very distraught, I tried to be understanding and say OK I'll see what you can do. Mind you this is on a Thursday. So on Monday I go up there again because he tells me he has a car that could work I get there & one of the other sales lady tells me the same thing happened to one of her customers, she sold them a car she didn't know was for sell. Smh anyways, it's at one of their other locations so we have to go over to that other location, but when we get there the car is sold as well. Back to the drawing board.. then all of the cars that they are suggesting for me to look at are double the price of what I paid for the car I bought and has about double the miles as well, and then they're suggesting I finance these cars that are double the price the car I bought and double the miles. all while I'm still paying $80 a day on a rental.. so right before I leave the dealership yesterday after being there for a few hours, they suggest another car a Sorrento that had more miles in the car bought and was double the price. Being the desperate position that I am in, and after talking it over with my husband I said, OK let me see it, can I test drive it? They said that one won't be available for a week smh! And you can't even test drive it or see it. Beyond frustrating. So OK fine I'm like "I can't test drive it I can't even see it but listen if we can make a good deal on that car then I'll take it." So I let them know today that I'm interested in that car that isn't available for a week and he tells me it's sold! How is it sold if yesterday it wasn't available for a week?! Why did you have me come down there to see the Mitsubishi and when I get there it's sold?! How come I bought a car, test drove it, paid my money, I have all the documentation and receipts, but you sold it to someone else, or sold it to me when it was already sold to someone else? So finally, I asked for a refund he tells me he'll call in the office before he comes in the morning to get my checked cut so when he gets in at 11 it'll be ready, but here it is 2:30pm Check isn't ready. I still have this rental I'm paying for. I don't have the car I purchased, and I don't even have a suitable replacement. I have been screwed by this place, and although they talk kind and sound like they care. They sweet talk you while they screw you. They do not care how you feel, or how their mistakes can mess up everything for you, they didn't offer me anything for my inconvenience, for this costing me more money, for wasting my time, or for me, being deeply disappointed time and time again with empty words and broken promises. So as of now, I'm paying on a rental, don't have a car (although I bought one) and haven't even received my money back. Stay clear of this place! I promise it is a complete waste of time. I would give zero stars if I can. Our car is under warranty and we brought it there for an engine light on which is for a spark plug. And the service advisor (Floyd Dodson) tried to scam us for $1700 which he told us that we had a bad gas from Costco and they need to drain the gas tank and the warranty is not valid since we put "bad gas". We took our vehicle back and replaced the spark plug myself. And it's good. NO bad Gas like FLOYD LIAR Said. Definitely not buying a car from dodge again and their warranty. Highly NOT recommend! Extremely pushy sales team. My wife and I recently purchased a new car for her. In our search we spent multiple weekends going to every dealership in the automall and every other dealership worked well with us and took our answers of "we're going to keep looking, but can we please have your card if we come back". After looking at some of the cars available and trying to leave the sales person's card was inside so he had to go get it. He came back out with his manager and no card. I again said I was leaving and I'd be happy to take his card. They left again and came back as I was getting to my car with another manager trying to bring me in to run some numbers. Its almost like they were trying to trick me into buying a car from them. We ended up getting a new Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Henderson and they were great! The VW and Land Rover guys were really great too, we just liked the Lexus more. The reason I feel compelled to write this article isn't because of that buying experience though. But, I have blocked 6 of their phone numbers because they keep changing them and I have unsubscribed from their emails multiple times. Well, I needed a driver side mirror for my 2013 dodge ram. I had called last week and spoke with Johnny. He got me set up with a reference number and a bit of a discount. Then I called today the 25th if October and spoke with Tony. I needed a switch assembly for my directional signal as mine would not shut off when I completed the turn. The service center at this place is horrible. I've had two other bad experiences here with them upselling unnecessary services and was forced to go back there since they had the part for a Ram Fuel pump recall. They have about 20 people standing around in the check in bay and no one helping to get the truck checked in, too busy with their personal conversations. Since I've had issues getting the recall done I called FCA myself to book the appointment way in advance. I get there and the service manager stops the SAnfrom competing the check in and tells me he don't care what FCA booked and that the parts he has are for his book of customers. Wouldn't give me my keys back to my car, instead it was like "oh, we'll give you a ride to get your paperwork at your house". "OH, we'll get your drink for you out of your car". A month later after calling them over and over after not getting proper paperwork, they called me back in to sign different papers and more money. They said they replaced the adjuster or something but within two days it continued to slip. Took it back, they claim they can't duplicate the problem. I came on Wednesday, April, 13th, 2022 around 12:35pm. I wanted to check out the Dodge Ram trucks they had available. So I took my 2017, Honda, Accord, Sport Limited and the gentleman Jose brought it to the back for an appraisal, mean while I was looking at different trucks. The Sales Manager Jose, Tiny, and Razmal, my main sales guy was Sales Manager Jose Hernandez, he was legit easy to deal with and very understanding of my price range and situation and very professional. While looking at trucks and nailing the one I wanted, the back office management wanted my payments to be higher than what I wanted to have it at and could afford to give. During this time I explained once more reasons why I needed my payments to be at a certain area and if I couldn't I would just leave and return another time. So as we couldn't reach an agreement, I decided to head out. I was stopped and told about leasing a truck with the option to buy it at the end of the lease. I decided that was a good route to go due to a more affordable rate, plus I could buy the truck for 20k at the end of the 3 years. So the truck wasn't at Towbin at the time, but Desert 215, Jose did a favor by giving me my Honda back, so I could go do what I had to do with my family and he would just swing by later in the evening with the truck at my home. During the first week I had some issues with the backup camera and paint job which found out it was an overspray with these tiny dots over the truck and windows that would smear. I was told by Jose that this was sap from my pine tree. I had the tree removed and detailed the truck and still the white dots would return. I took the truck back to Towbin on Tuesday, April, 26th at 0700 to have their maintenance Department look at the camera and paint. They fixed the camera and had a 3rd party do clay bar all over the truck. We allowed the truck to sit overnight due to whatever was on the truck would return. Then on April, 27th, 22, again this bumpy sap like stuff was all of the truck again and brought back again on Tuesday, May, 3rd . The Service Director Manny was helpful, but they kept claiming that this stuff that was on the truck was tree sap. I had to explain a good portion of times that I do not own a pine tree anymore for the last 2 plus weeks and there is no tree near my truck. Plus before purchasing this truck I have had vehicles left outside for months due to construction and never had any of this weird bumpy sap like stuff on any of my previous vehicles. Even when I had a pine tree my vehicles would take up the entire driveway and nothing like this happened. They again sent my truck to a 3rd party they use and they came out claiming sap again, I have video proof 24/7 around the clock recording daily I do not have a pine tree nor is there a pine tree near my vehicles that would affect them. I kept telling them even where I work I do not have a problem like this period. I've never dealt with any issues at work with past vehicles or my wife's vehicle. I told them I am not looking for free details, fuel, oil changes, and any freebies or compensation, I just want to know what's going on with the trucks paint and why is it the last two rentals they had me use don't have the same issues at my home, but the truck does. And what's truly messed up is they were suppose to call me back with the findings on the truck and keep me updated as well as I was going to let them know if the rental vehicle showed any issues like the truck did. Not one call was made, I made numerous calls and attempts to have them reach me, but nope. Funny all said this was under new Management and they want to change it around. Yeah real positive change right, don't call the customer back, don't update them on the status, and what's truly ironic was I left messages for Debby / Dezzy, Bobby, Stephen Nelson, Manny per Ram Manufacturer Brooklyn who told me to call and get a update, so we could discuss further what could be done. Towbin Dodge has put my family in danger and they refuse to acknowledge/resolve this. My father bought a truck from Prestige Centennial early 2020, it's a beautiful 2019 2500 Dodge Ram. We were absolutely sold on this truck because of the large tires already installed on the vehicle, so we purchased it. Over a year later (about 2 weeks ago), we pack our entire family and some equipment for a long road trip to northern Idaho. On the way home, we notice the truck is vibrating severely and it is quite uncomfortable. As soon as we make it home safely, we take the truck into Discount Tire assuming we may need an alignment/balance. Per Discount Tire: These tires should have never been put on this truck and it was actually dangerous to even drive it out of the shop. The load index is significantly lower than the truck requires and the load index requirement is conveniently placed on the door panel to avoid mistakes like this. The low load index was causing the tires to separate severely, which is EXTREMELY dangerous to drive. If it was unsafe to drive this out of the shop, it has been unsafe to drive this passed year. These are $2,000-$3,000 tires that should have never touched this style pickup. To clarify, Towbin Dodge bought Prestige Centennial, so Prestige has absolutely no record of this sale due to the purchase not being made under their management. Therefore, the responsibility lies on Towbin Dodge and their current management, who previously managed Prestige. We know this because we've spoken with the polite representatives and general managers at Prestige multiple times who have admitted told us that Towbin Dodge has a history of lying about things like this to avoid the responsibility. Flash forward to today, we take the truck into Towbin's service department to be looked at for a possible resolution. Mind you, the truck has been out of driving condition for almost 2 weeks leaving my ill father without a vehicle, and they tell us to leave the truck for a day or maybe 2. They call back shortly after we leave and they confirm the mishap with the tires, yet still refuse to take responsibility because they say Prestige sold us the truck. So who has the records of this sale outside of myself? Not a clue. The company was sold to Towbin Dodge in December of 2020, meaning they SHOULD have the documentation needed. Especially since this was a pretty recent sale. I'm at a total loss, we cannot afford to replace these tires after only putting approximately 7,000 miles on the truck. read more

Both the sales guy and the finance guy kept complaining about their employer and how outdated everything is and runs and bad of service they're force to provide to customers. The last car we bought from Audi we signed all of it in a massive iPad like desk and we were out of there in no time.
