Recently took my Dodge Charger here for a 100,000 mile tune up and tire rotation. Initially I had a good feeling about this place, it looked clean and the team was welcoming. I was introduced to Sarah who walked me through their options and I decided to go with their "premium" servicing which covered the filters, fluid change, tire rotation and new spark plugs. This would end up costing me just under $1,000... Upon leaving I am immediately slammed with three different text from Towbin and Sarah "directly" thanking me for choosing them... So I return the next day to pick up my car. Fairy seem less process, they run me through what they did and then mention they suggest more things my car needs which will cost me an additional $2,000 MINIMUM to get done...but I'm good to take the car today as long as I make sure to bring it back soon to do that other work. And this is also where you will be hounded for reviews even to the point they give you a sheet of what questions you will be asked and how to best answer them for their benefit. "Make sure to give us all tens and reach out to me if you have any issues" I leave and the car seems to run fine until I come to a longer than normal stop and I can feel the car "puttering" for lack of a better word. Like it feels like it's misfiring or something and this is NOT a problem the car had previously. I think maybe this will go away over the next few days. Nope...days go by and problem persists. So I reach out to Sarah three separate times, twice through text and one through Sarah's "personal" email. I even responded back to the same text thread that came "directly" from Sarah saying I could "reach her there" if I had any concerns. I had concerns, I voiced them multiple times and nothing...no responses. So I'm left with a near $1,000 bill for their "premium" service and my car runs worse than when it went in. Long story short, great start and terrible finish. For the price I expected more and was left frustrated and with no communication. I will be going somewhere else from now on and I would consider getting a referral to some other mechanic as well for your next auto issue. UPDATE: After my less than stellar initial interaction I was reached out to by Towbin to fix the issue. I returned with my sputtering car and was greeted their Service Advisor Amel. He took great care to make sure my car was taken back immediately to fix the issue. I returned later in the day after work to hear one after getting the platinum servicing it appears one of my spark plugs began to malfunction. They replaced the ailing spark plug and my car was good as new (still with more needed maintenance). Long story short though I was left frustrated initially but Amel and the team took great care of me to fix the issue. With this level of care and communication I can see great cause to continue using Towbin for my future services. read more

Went here back in 2022 because I was looking to take my 2017 Hyundai accent which was pretty much on its last legs. They were able to work with me and get a finance company that was willing to take a chance with me. And made me feel right at home during the process which is a great feeling especially when your trading or buying a car. After going through paperwork with the sales department they got me in a 2013 chevy malibu which I traded the Hyundai accent for. Absolute worst "used car dealership" experience ever! Salesperson was shady as they come working in tandem with their finance person (Amy). Gave them a pre-approved loan letter from my bank for 5.5% interest rate. They then told me they need a backup loan just in case my bank doesn't send funds. My bank sent the funds in three days yet they purposely ignored me for three days, even though I was on text thread throughout with their salesperson, to then tell me they processed the loan with their lender because they didn't hear from me at 9% interest rate! So now I have two loans for the same car. One of their corporate Directors had to get involved eventually, thank god and cancelled the 2nd bogus loan with their lender. Then to make matters worse they withheld the EDRS number so I couldn't get my registration settled with the DMV and currently it's been 24 days and still no EDRS number they are supposed to submit. read more

This Towbin Dodge dealer tricked me into signing a $62,000 truck for my brother. Now my credit report shows $62,000. On my DMV report is his truck for. They did not tell me what was going to happen if I signed as a first signer, or which should've been a cosigner to his account. But right now I have a $62,000 charge on my credit report. They never mentioned a word about all of this that was going to happen. I did not know that I was getting $62,000 on my credit report, and it counts as debt. They didn't even take one dollar off the $62,000 that was owed for the truck. Yes, he traded his truck in for almost $10,000. Our salesperson was great (Emelyn). She was sweet, responsive, not pushy. But the level of service was just embarrassing. We realize cars/trucks are overpriced due to market adjustments, but there should still be decent service. This was actually the very first time in my life I purchased a vehicle at a dealership (I've always bought cars cash from private parties). I figured if I spent close to $100k, the service/closing would be decent. As Dwight Schrute would say: FALSE. 1) This Raptor was supposedly shown at SEMA. Claimed there were $15k worth of modifications. We asked for the build sheet for the mods. "The person that has it isn't here today; we'll give it to you Monday." Okay. After the deal closed, it took well over a week to receive- like they didn't want to send it. The build sheet finally arrived and showed $7k worth, and it was only tires and wheels. Said 22" wheels/37" tires. Nope. It has 20" wheels/35" tires. So even the $7k was inaccurate (looked up whats on it and it might be $3000 for wheels and tires at most, installed). 2) After signing, went to leave and saw there was an empty tank of gas. Asked if they'd fill it. They said no. Huh? I just spent almost $100k....it comes with less gas in it than I can get home in? K thanks. 3) Truck was sent to get detailed while we were signing. I don't even know if they washed it- windshield was so streaky and a half ass job was done. Not only that, but they scratched the crap out of the rear passenger window when removing the stickers. We asked for it to be fixed. That took a while to coordinate but they agreed. Finally "got approved" to replace the window and made us drop it off by 8am one day but they didn't start working on it til 5pm (we know cuz the guy text to let us know they just started). Granted, they did provide a Lyft to get to work for the inconvenience. 4) They were extremely pushy on an extended warranty. Alright, fine, agreed. But remember when they scratched the window day of purchase and later had it replaced? Well, we got the paperwork back from the window replacement, and there was a claim for it. They freaking used our warranty that they pushed on us, to fix their mistake. Granted, it wasn't money out of my pocket but that's just shady. I'm getting mad again just thinking about it. 5) They didn't tell us til we were leaving that they only had one key for the truck. Did we think to ask if it had two keys? No, but it's kind of assumed when you buy a vehicle that you get a backup key too. Can we buy one? Yes. But I'd rather not spend another $200 when I spent this much on my first vehicle. All in all, I get that trucks are hard to come by in this market. But as a former business owner, there's a certain level of service and expectations to be met. I would've expected better service even on a less expensive vehicle . But when I spend close to 6 figures on a car, I guess I'd expect it to be clean, with two keys, a full tank of gas, all the modifications we were told were included, and an un-scratched window (still can't believe they filed a claim against our warranty). Is it a nice truck? Absolutely. We love it. But I would steer clear of Towbin Dodge if you're expecting to be able to get home without having to stop for gas. read more

After going back the next day the deal was $3200 more magically. The night before the wrong car was listed on the price paper which we told them and they said no, these numbers are for the car you want. This morning they said the bottom dollar price was on a different car. Yet the price listed out as the auto price was on the paper was for $10k more than what the car is listed online. So check this out, I'm driving my two-year-old Hellcat to Las Vegas to go to the SEMA Show. My Hellcat at the time has 4000 miles on it and the damn thing breaks down on the interstate 15 just passed the state line. We pulled over on the side of the road and we investigated the problem we were dealing with and we determined it was OK to drive the car. The next day on the way into the show we pulled into the Dodge dealership. The service rep was awesome, she apologized for the problem helped us get an Uber and fix the car while we were at the convention center. So this stupid Dodge is such crap quality compared to other manufacturers it turned out to be a sensor inside the camshaft. This is my second Mopar and both of them have had several stupid problem just like this one. The dealership is awesome, they were totally booked up and they knew my situation and that I was only in town for a couple days. I went out of their way and took care of me and took care of the car. If you are in the Las Vegas valley I highly recommend no matter where you're at you come to the dealership if you want to be taken care of. 100% five star service read more

If I had written this review a couple of days ago, it would have been all bad and 1 star. However I'm so happy for an over night email and a couple of people with not only business sense but morals and just plain and simple common human sense to make a wrong right. So with that being said Towbin Dodge Ram deserves this positive review and a big big thank you once again. On March 14, 2025. My son and I went to Towbin to purchase him his first car. His dream as he said was to have him a Dodge Charger and that's just what he found. Our salesman Jeremy was awesome and again congratulations Jeremy on your first child. The finance manager was very pleasant and our conversations were about any and everything for a while but thru it all I stressed to her about making sure that we had the basic service/maintenance plan. As a new car owner even a newly purchased used car has to have that service plan and you have to maintain the up keep of your car even if you don't plan to keep the car long. Everytime I asked about the service plan I got reassurance from her that it was included and to just bring the car back to Towbin to get it serviced because there may be recalls or something that they can/will do at that time and the service would be free because of our plan. We'll 4 moths later something brought us in to the service department so I ask them to go ahead and do the maintenance on it because it would be due soon anyway. This is where things flipped. Found out that after all the service plan wasn't added and that we would be charged for the service. To make this shorter, I spoke to several people including that said finance manager who denied that I ask for the service maintenance plan and decided to tell me that she would call me back after she spoke to the service tech Lawrence who by the way is also an awesome young man. Very pleasant very knowledgeable. However here we are a few days later and I haven't heard back from that finance manager, no call. So after not being able to sleep a couple of nights ago because I was so upset about this I found a place on Towbin's site to send out an email and it was a very long email. I truly did not think anyone would read or acknowledge the email. Boy was I wrong, a few hours later that morning I received a call from Towbin. I didn't get to answer the call because I was busy. I also received a call from a personal cell phone number that came up James Barnett, I missed that call also However my son and I were going out to Towbin anyway to pick his car up from the service department. Once we got there I preceded to tell anyone who would listen about my problem. I was taken to Emily who is a consumer service manager, a true sweetheart, she directed me to James Barnett who is the Finance Director and the person who had called me earlier. I honestly thought James was about to give me more excuses and the run around. No James did just the opposite, James had recieved my email by way of Abdul who is the General Manager of Towbin who had received and read my email and forwarded it to James to take care of it. OMG, when I say that these two men showed me what business men who are passionate about doing good business and making sure that their consumers are treated good and with respect, THEY DID! They have made me a consumer for life and I hope and pray that if either one changes their place of employment to another dealership they reach out and let me know. These guys are extremely unprofessional and likely violated numerous laws in the process of my transaction. They provided my old address on the loan application so they wouldn't have to do as much paperwork for the bank. Now I have no way to make a payment for my truck as they never put the correct address in therefore I've received 0 information since the transaction. I also had a nail in the tire, I forget the guys name but I showed him the mail assuming he was smart enough to fix it. I was wrong. Also received one key from them and was told I could buy another from them if I wanted. After spending 30k it's crazy to imagine being that greedy for 20 bucks. Chop wants to be cool and tough. Brought my truck the first time, about 6 months ago, for an oil change. After I picked it up and drove it for couple of weeks, i opened the hood, out of curiosity, to find out that the oil cap was never put back to where it's supposed to be. So i put it back myself and i called and complained about the issue and i was told that they will reach out to me and update me with the outcome of my complaint but that never happened. Today, i brought my truck in again for an oil change and told my advisor to make sure that their tech put the oil cap back when they replace the oil and he proceeded with defending them saying humans makes mistake blah blah and i said just make sure you tell them to put it back. Picked up my truck and the AC blower was making noise. Called my service adviser to complain and he mentioned that all they did is check the cabin air filter. I YouTubed the location of the cabin air filter and guess what! The tech did not close the lid properly for that air filter which was causing the fan to make noise so i fixed it myself. Following the review I wrote yesterday, I returned to the dealership to pick up my registration and get the car fixed. Well it is clear that before you purchase a car they do not do a full inspection as they did not order the right part from the beginning as they couldn't find the issue. However before we signed the papers to purchase the vehicle we informed the sales rep of what we saw and he said they will order the part and we can come get it fixed. After sitting at the dealership today for atleast 45 minutes waiting for the car to get fixed, I got informed that they in fact did not order the correct part and they can't figure out how to magiver the part they bought. Make sure when you buy a car from this place they let you know that every deal is contingent based upon approval So they can take a trade in on your car and tell you they'll pay it off and to stop making your payments on it and then you'll sign a deal for your knew car as if it's yours but it's not yet it's just contingent waiting on bank approval but they won't tell you that Then they'll tell you come put 5gs down or return the car . In the meantime you'll fall behind on your vehicle you trade in and turn in your plates. Be careful of QAIS the car salesman he is only there to make a commission and will forge the amount of money you make to get any deal done !! Terrible experience so far. Bought a brand new car that had a ton of scratches all over it. Was told they would be fixed prior to us leaving. Finished all the paperwork and scratches everywhere. Was told I'd have an appointment to fix all the scratches on Monday (purchased on Saturday). No appointment. Tuesday now they are saying the one and only person who can make appointments isn't there. They also did not provide me with a tank of gas as promised. I'm writing to Stellantis ASAP and including pictures. Can't believe they would sell a car like this. Worked a deal with Towbin dodge over the phone because I'm from out of state. Salesman was very dishonest. We had agreed on an out the door price. I wanted this locked in before they ran my credit. I was quoted an out the door price that I was ok with, so I let them run my credit. After running my credit they came back with a rate that was 2-3% higher then what it should be for my near perfect credit score. Then he said it would be agreed on price but I had to pay for a gps that was $895 and also registration was not included. So after he promised on the price it changed and went up almost $1500 at the last moment and wouldn't confirm my apr% until I agreed on the new higher price. They also wanted to give me 7k less for my trade than any of my local dealers. I wasted hours of back and forth on the phone with these guys and will never consider doing business with them ever again. Now I've lost out on the suv I was trying to buy because of their dishonesty. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND LIARS. Dezy tried to help but it seems like Towbin just doesnt care. Quick details Traded Truck in on 7/23 for a new truck. Was promised a $4200 refund check when we picked up the Registration paperwork. Towbin made a mistake and sent the check to Chrysler Credit. Tobin refused to assist me in getting my refund until I posted a bad review. Dezy from Towbin tried to help but no check. I finally reached someone in the Executive Offices of Chrysler and it turns out my check was sent back to Towbin and Cashed by Towbin on 9/13. So they have had my money for almost a month. Never once called me, just took my money. This is 100% fraudulent behavior. Obviously I will be attempting to get my money back and I will be reporting Towbin to the appropriate authorities. I recently visited this dealership spur of the moment, I had noticed a recently traded in used ford raptor that caught my eye. The truck was so recently traded in the employees initially had trouble finding it. Qais assisted me and immediately set me up on a test drive and offered me fair values for the vehicles I was pondering trading in.
