3 years later and I'm still upset with this car. I owe $12000 on it and have put so much money on it replacing everything on this car, such as ball and joints, brakes, I've replaced my tires like every year. The suspension is horrible. I've gotten alignments like I don't know how many times. Other auto shops are telling me that I need to fix the control arm, but after my bad experience here and everything I've so far fixed on this car that was sold to me, I don't know who or what to trust anymore. My 08 dodge magnum was worth 8k at the time to trade in and I received an ad, I should have never listened to that ad because now the car that was sold to me (Lincoln zephyr 06) is worth about 3k and I owe 12k on it. I have lived in Vegas for the last 14 years. I'm a huge Dodge, Ram fan. In those 14 years I've bought 2 cars from Dodge 215, 1 from Chapman, 1 from Sahara and 1 from Prestige. Literally I have been to Towbin no less than 6 times in the last 14 years and have never made a deal. They have the highest prices and worst deals on trades. That's a fact I'm even very easy to make a deal with as I get a work allowance monthly for cars. I usually after going to Towbin make a deal at the other dealers the next day. To start with, I would objectively advise that anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle should avoid doing business with Towbin at all costs. We went in and as it turns out, they are snakes...which isn't too surprising but the people at this dealer are particularly bad. For example, when it came down to it, we did not get our disability rebate. I am permanently disabled. How is it that now, when I want to purchase a vehicle I do not get the rebate, but on the phone, when we are discussing the vehicle I do get the rebate? We were told the vehicle had particular features that I asked about. The evening that we left, when I was digging through the menu, it turns out the vehicle did not have any of the features I was told that it did have. In fact, it is the base trim of the model we got and that is not what we signed up for. The next day, I saw our credit being hit all day for about a week, or more via Credit Karma. This was because Chrysler did not purchase the loan. This was a blessing - we were going to give their base trim back and take our trade back. However, when I attempted to do this, the staff became aggressive and hostile. The sales manager, Jason, even thought it was professional to swear at me and tell me to pound sand, mumbling that I can, "F*** myself," under his breath as he walked away. He wasn't even able to look me in the eye. All he managed to do was mumble and be passive aggressive while he buried his face in his phone. When I told him the loan wasn't even bought, he couldn't get his words out - he just fumbled. Then he told me to pound sand as he walked away with his face still buried in his phone. Finance, including the manager continually attempted to negotiate with me. They continued to ask how to keep me in the car - this means, the loan was not purchased. They offered to pay registration, they changed the interest rates, and they even changed the price of the car so much you could of purchased a Fiat 500 Abarth with how much they wiggled on the price. I told them if they can move the price that much, then there is no reason they cannot move the price to get us in the vehicle that we want with the features that we want. This is when they fumbled on their words again and walked away. This argumentative circle repeated until I left. They offered to pay the registration as well to, "Keep me in the car." To which I replied, "We do not want the car or these terms." The next day, on the phone, finance had negotiated a price, payment, and loan terms with me. Because of the nature of our work, we are not able to simply run down to the dealer when it's convenient for them. We advised them when we would be able to get there. Once we did get there, we let finance know. Finance told us that they had a quick deal coming in and it would be just a minute. Four hours later, after we had repeatedly seen finance, we asked them what's going on and told them that we don't have time for this - we have to be on shift at 04:00 AM and it was now past 09:00 PM. This is when finance advised us that we didn't get in quick enough so they pulled the loan jacket and, "Forced" the deal through. How can you force a deal through that previously and recently wasn't bought? When we were first in finance, finance said it's possible would could have to come in to resign. We asked, if this is the case what are our options. Finance advised us it was up to us what we wanted to do. If we want to stay in the car we sign. If we want to unwind the deal it will be unwound. When it comes down to it, when their loans are not purchased and the customer can unwind the deal, this dealer goes through great lengths to attempt to bully you into their bad deals. This dealer also applies Polysteel to their inventory. Both the factory paint and the polysteel are under a 3 year warranty. We left the dealer at just before midnight. The next day, in the light, I saw that the clear coat on the passenger side of the hood was flowering and cloudy. I have attempted to have the dealer fix this for two weeks. They either ignore me or give me the run around. I have tried on several occasions now to physically go into the dealer and get this fixed. Service tells me to talk to the sales manager (this is the Jason, the one that fumbles when he's confronted and tells you to pound sand), sales tells me to talk to Brenda, the sales person. Brenda acknowledged me and instead of dealing with her customer she chose to avoid me and attempt to make other sales. The internet sales manager told me to drive the vehicle into service. Service told me to take the vehicle back over to customer parking and speak to...Brenda. I took the vehicle back over to customer parking and attempted to contact my sales person, again. After four hours of this, I left. I sent a text to the internet sales manager asking when they are going to stop giving me the run around and fix the issue. It is still not fixed. read more

I'm new to the Las Vegas area and even though there is public transportation you still need a car for those late nights out on the town and just to see most of the sights. Since I arrived I have been hearing about towbin dodge in the valley auto mall and how they are the volume dealer in the country no no I think the claim is the world. Well I figured I would go check them out and get myself into a vehicle. I looked at the web site for available cars and spotted on that would fit my needs perfectly. I placed a phone call to the dealership (towbin dodge in the valley auto mall), told them the car I was interested in, told them how much I want to put down, and the range I would like to spend for a monthly payment. I was told "no problems come down today and we will have you in a vehicle tonight" (exact words). I told the person I could not do that I had to work and would be in on the weekend. Figuring that since I was told I would be able to get into a car the same day; what better day to get into a car then the weekend???? Saturday morning I arrive at the dealership (towbin dodge in the valley auto mall) and ask for the person I spoke to on the phone. I called the dealership before I arrive to let them know I was on the way. Did not expect to be greeted by a marching band or party balloons but I try to be courteous and professional when it comes to business and respectful of ones time. I was told "great we have your car waiting for you; and are waiting to get you in it" (exact words). I arrive at the dealership (towbin dodge in the valley auto mall) and its busy no one on the lot looking at cars very interesting. I go inside and there is a sea of people all sitting at tables. I go to the reception desk and request to speak with the person I had called earlier (the one with the keys to my car). They came over to me and quickly say me down and one of the tables. Another person came by and introduced himself and I was told they would be helping me get into my car. But first... we need to get some information from you. I paused and said before we begin I would like to see the car and make sure that I can get in it comfortably (I'm 6'6" tall, leg room is an issue in most cars) I was told "no problem you will be able to fit in the car it's really big" (exact words). Blank stare and pause... They ask for the stock number of the car and proceed to take my information SSN, pay stubs, utility bills, DL, I think the line for blood was too long at the time however I digress. He vanishes for about 25 minutes. Mine you I have not seen the car don't know if I can fit in it nor do I know if it is even available. They return to the table with another person and begin to ask me questions about my credit history only thing that you would know if you ran my credit report. Wait a minute I have not selected a vehicle, not seen a vehicle, don't even know if I can fit in the vehicle, have not discussed financing options, nothing. They say ok after he points out my paycheck and says "that's the big one" (exact words) They return to the table and proceeds to tell me EXACT WORDS "Well we can get you into a car but you will need to give 5 times the amount that you told us" (exact words) "How close can you come to that amount?" Blink Blink... I replied "not any closer then I clearly stated the amount I was able to put down to you when we first sat down and what I told the other person when I spoke to them on the phone" (exact words). Salesmen's Stare (like that was gonna make me magically pull money from out of... the sky) Closing words thank you for wasting my time and treating me like a number and not a customer. This dealership (towbin dodge in the valley auto mall ) does not know how to handle customers on a customer level they don't even let you see the vehicle inventory to make a selection that fits you. You are not allowed to leave the chair until they can get you to put down money and agree to terms of a car that you have never seen aside from looking online. Since when did volume mean treating your customers like dollar signs not like customers? This dealership needs to find the balance and learn to treat people with some type of respect. They never called to give me a status, I always had to call to check up on my vehicle. There also was a time I had to go down to the dealership my self and point out the problem to a technician. Towbin Dodge has recently (and finally) responded to the Better Business Bureau complaint I have filed against them. This is one of many complaints by people who do not know each other. Towbin Dodge's response to the damage that they caused to my brand new vehicle, which includes, but is not limited to Towbin Dodge crashing my vehicle, then not replacing the crossmember that they bent nor the air dam that the broke, is, wait for it..."Once the customer drops the vehicle off, Towbin Dodge is not responsible for damage." This is what customers have to look forward to. A dealership that will damage your new vehicle and then after coming up with every excuse in the book, they will come back and tell the Better Business Bureau that they aren't responsible for the damage that they caused...just because. They have also stated, "They believe FCA has reached out to me." No they don't. This is another lie; another tactic using deception. FCA has not reached out to me. FCA gets their information from Towbin Dodge, who lies in an attempt to cover for themselves. Then they lie about that. And about that. And about that. You see where this is going... This is in addition to the cars electronics never actually working. This is in addition to the transmission crunching from band-new-off-the-show-room-floor. This is in addition to Towbin Dodge sharing my personal information with other customers then attempting to lie by saying they wouldn't never do that - never mind the emails that I have in which Greg Lynch in specific, was sharing my personal information with people who are not me and who are not involved in my Lemon. This simply adds to the issues that Towbin Dodge will have to explain to a judge. As a consumer, you should not spend one cent of your earnings with Towbin Dodge or any affiliate of Towbin Automotive. They are unethical, immoral, and they will not hesitate to engage in deceitful activity (such as coving up what they've done and sharing your personal information) in attempts to cover up their behavior. What a HORRIBLE experience at this dealership. I worked tirelessly with them to option and order a new Dodge Viper ACR. I even have a signed sales intent sheet from management. They delayed the submission and build of my ACR and demanded more money to continue with the build. Not only that but they also kept my current Viper, a 2014 Dodge SRT Viper, in service department for OVER 2 MONTHS. Why? They failed several times to correct issues with my Viper's electronics systems and they HIT MY CAR while it was in service. They damaged my car when an employee backed into it with another car while it was in their service department. Dodge REFUSED to fix the damage to my satisfaction. They REFUSED to compensate me for the time my car was sitting, damaged, in their service department and they lied about the time needed for repair, the parts needed to fix the damage and they refused to honor the items for compensation they initially agreed to. I send numerous owners of Vipers to this dealership on a yearly basis for service. NOT ANY MORE. I advise everyone to go elsewhere (like the Dodge dealership on Sahara). STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They will lie, they will delay and they will probably damage your car with their neglectful and incompetent staff. And to the guys at Towbin: Oscar, Tom, Joe, Steve, next time maybe don't lie and attempt to take advantage of someone who is an expert in social media and SEO. What started out as a good day.... 1. Went into the finance guy he got a little testy because we refused gap coverage, had to say no more than once. 2. Now this is where the fun begins - ask if car comes with a full tank of gas (carmax does) finance guy: we make sure it has 1/4 tank, ask your salesperson they can hook you up, paper works all done so I asked... oh hey finance guy said if we ask you can hook us up (can't hurt to ask) salesperson: oh let me ask I'm not sure, 10 minutes later manager walks over... 1st mistake he makes - there's no room for that, me: room for what? SM: it's not in the budget we lost $1,100 on this sale (so if I didn't haggle on price is that my fault or poor business practices?) then I asked the finance guy ( 2nd mistake) he said he never told you that.... Excuse me? Yes he did, let me go ask him (3rd mistake) brings finance out and to our face he lies again, I called him out and either you are lying or you are calling us liars.. His response I'm going back to my office! Plus side: SM offered to put $20 in our tank, (we didn't accept) when you don't haggle on prices, they really can't fill your tank to say " hey we appreciate your business"... Do not buy from here!!!! I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 back in July of 2013. The salesman was not at all knowledgeable to anything on lot what so ever. I got all of my information and detail from my step dad, who is a dodge salesman back in Michigan. The paperwork took almost 3 hours to complete. And during that time they were supposed to get the truck into the garage to check it out as it had just been pulled off the truck. When the paperwork was done, the truck wasn't ready. Was told to come back the next day and it would be ready when I got there. Came in the next day at noon to get it, and had to wait over 3 hours for the truck because it wasn't done. After I left with the truck, 2 hours later, the finance department calls and says I filled out the paperwork wrong and have to come back to redo everything. After I spent 3 hours sitting at the dealership that day. Never had too much issue with the service department however. Minus the wait times. Fast forward to May of 2015, I traded in the truck for a new car. I went in 3 times to get my refunds on the warranty and gap insurance that they ripped me off on. They give me the run around. And finally after 2 months, someone tells about paperwork I had to fill out that no one told me about previously. So I fill out the paperwork submit it. I was told I'd have the warranty refund back in a week which took 4 weeks. And they would rush my gap insurance refund which I still have not gotten and it has been over 5 weeks. Which is at least $2000 refund they are probably trying to keep. Now no one will return my calls. read more

The Frontier, listed online with a price, HADN'T BEEN CHECKED OR CLEANED AT ALL and they are listing it online already just to get you in the door. 3. Started talking numbers on the car and I made a reasonable offer and willing to negotiate more but JIMMY JOHNSON kept BS'ing me. 4. Here are a list of things he said: (in reading this make note he told me "I am not a mechanic I am a salesman") Brakes cost $1,000.00 to get done - then recanted and said $500 after I told him how much it actually costs (this is still way to high for at dealer costs. Sounds generous on the high end for a customer going to a dealer) Tires replaced cost $1,000.00... Seriously? A 2001 Frontier stock tires, which if a dealer sells a used car and is certified used they have to put the stock tires and rims on. From my understanding. Someone correct me if I am wrong. Either way no way are they going to put on tires that expensive nor does it cost that much for at dealer costs. He told me that they took the ad offline and was going to sell this car for 12K!!!! Granted low miles but a 2001 truck that is not even 4x4?! please. I feel bad for any dupe that will buy this truck from them at this price. He then ran my credit, I was already financed BTW I humored him, and they tacked on a "GPS" tracking system fee. This is where is was caught in another LIE. He told us it was for our benefit and that they had to put them on all their cars and that all dealerships had to do this. That is utter BS. Banks require the GPS tracking system for the risk buyers. Which, I can happily say, my credit is not that bad. This dealership has a reputation of poor service and unethical business practices. Never again will I got to this dealership or recommend it. His supervisor seemed alright but I didn't get to interact much with him. If you know anything about cars and you want to experience the epitome of a "used car salesman" experience go see Jimmy Johnson at Towbin Dodge and have a few laughs. I can't offer a good review for this place. Blue (Blue Genie) is too much of a salesman if you know what I mean. Instead of focusing on what my needs and wants were, he was more concerned about just getting the sale. He was very pushy and aggressive. You can certainly try to ask for another salesman, but in the end, he'll be the one to hold the gun to your head. I'm sorry, I meant, put the pen in your hand. They use a synthetic blend oil on new Dodge Cars. To avoid all this, try this. Never hit the gong or sign any paperwork before you know your APR% and numbers of months for payments. Should this change in the back financing office, just walk out. They're quite sweet until you sign the paperwork. Better yet, avoid any Towbin dealership. Typical pushy salesman dealership. A couple months ago with my 2003 Honda Element and looking to trade it in for something cheaper to potentially have a lower monthly payment. I was paying $330 a month for the Element. Saw an add on their website for a Nissan Versa. Instead of showing me what my payments would be like if I traded in my Element for the Versa they showed me what my payments would be like for a brand new 2015 Dodge Dart. I kept telling them that the payments were going to be too high. They held onto my Honda Element keys making me feel as if I was never going to get them back. After the salesman had a difficult time convincing me here comes the pushy manager. Kept telling me I could afford it. I told them I wanted to explore my options and I might come back. Manager says "what's going to make you come back?" Ended up signing on the dotted line. No one ever told me if I didn't like the car that I would have a chance to give it back and get my old car back. Its been months now so I'm probably stuck with it. This car has most certainly depreciated in value since I got it. On top of all of this there was a dent on the car at the time of purchase and they assured me that someone would contact me to fix it. This place is an absolute joke. They herd you in to see what kind of financing you can get approved for before you even look at any vehicles, their sales people have little knowledge of their inventory, and they are pushy and rude. We came to look at a Grand Caravan they had in stock online, and the people on the floor had no idea it was even there. Of course, before they even let us look at the van they worked on finances. Once we decided to buy we explained that we would be in a hurry, and if we went and got something to eat they would have it ready. They didn't, and it took another 2 hours to complete. My favorite part was that the tank was on E, and they weren't going to put any gas in it, but the sales guy "talked to the manager" and they put a little bit in. I've never been to a dealership that doesn't give you a full tank of gas upon purchase. The next day (Sunday) I noticed a dime sized crack in the windshield, that I did not notice the night before because it was dark. We contacted them Monday about it, and we were told to come in. First the sales guy basically tried to say it was us that caused, saying that the detail department didn't see it when they removed the sticker (that didn't exist, all the stickers and info were on the side window), then the manager was like "oh you didn't notice it?" So they agreed to fix it, but I had to come back another day. First time I came to get it fixed they decided the entire windshield needed to be replaced and I had to come back. Second time they said I missed my appointment, and that the technician was no longer there, even though I was told I could come any time that day. It was finally fixed the fourth time, but it was an atrocious wait time for a relatively easy fix. Stay away. Buying here was a very expensive stressful, and time consuming mistake. read more

Negotiated a lower price & papers were signed the same day I walked in for a new 2020 vehicle with me giving my trade to them. They contact me 2 weeks later (after I already had the vehicle) and after I paid in CASH stating I owed $3k more due to my leasing company telling them their purchase price is higher than expected. Like are you SERIOUS right now? They wanted to squeeze $3k more out of me after I paid over $25k in CASH. After a verbal argument with one of the managers, I got my car back; returned the 2020 vehicle & received a check for the amount I paid for the new 2020. Very dishonest business people & the owner should do better to pick quality employees, unless the owner is dishonest as well. I will never go back & I recommend car buyers to go elsewhere. Arrived for my 7:15 AM appointment for my 2015 Dodge Dart SXT due to multiple issues & I've only had it for about 6 months. It's been over 7 hours & my car is still chilling outside in the parking lot waiting to be worked on. As soon as I arrived, the service advisor Cesar kept trying to convince me to leave my vehicle here & just get a rental. Horrible customer service. They didn't want to replace the batteries on a 2014 Dodge 3500. It hasn't been 1 1/2 since I bought this $60,000 truck. Not only that but they didn't even want to check them to see if they were bad or not. They just send me on my way. Last time I got my oil change there they left oil on the top of the engine plastic, not to mention they over filled the antifreeze which ended up spilling all over the engine. Bad service all around! I am not ever buying a car or truck here again, and you shouldn't either. I would give them 0 stars but that's not an option. read more

Bullshit dealer Only make promises got a Dodge Charger scatpack from them. Got few aftermarket add ons which they made me buy. I asked them to remove it and they agreed even tho it was in the deal I just didn't want it on my car. Took it back to renege it they tried to charge me to remove it which is total BS and yet they call me asking me to give them a good review on manufacture survey and Yelp. No way u don't deserve it. I rarely write reviews but the customer service and car buying experience was second to none! Today I found myself literally amazed at how simple and quickly I got into a new Dodge Durango. Let me start by saying Jose Sandoval is the guy to go see! After spending 3 days going back and forth with a "buy here pay here" car lot with the "we approve everyone" mottos we felt completely discouraged when even they wouldn't finance us on a vehicle. Our credit situation isn't the best but we thought let's just give a big car lot a shot. We decided to go down to Towbin Dodge in the Valley AutoMall in search of a family size vehicle. We had our eyes set on a Dodge Durango and long story short we left with the exact vehicle we wanted! At no point in time did we feel like we had to beg and give a limb, Jose gave us the option to pay what we were comfortable with and didn't suggest any lesser vehicles. He explained everything in great depth and made us feel comfortable. To top it all off he heard us make a comment jokingly about wanting to get lunch soon and he got on his phone and ordered us lunch out of his own pocket. That's going above and beyond and we can't thank him enough! He genuinely cared about our satisfaction not just a sale! Don't take my word for it! Once I arrived, Christopher took care of everything and gave a clear outline of what they were doing. We saw the vehicle we wanted on line at Towbin Dodge We also saw the incentive options. We were never shown the vehicle and the 0 percent financing was never offered. On the very first page of Dodge Ram it states 0 percent financing for 72 months for qualified buyers. I made sure we qualified before we went in. I even got blank stares when I ask about the 0%. Then they couldn't understand why I left abruptly even after I told them, I couldn't do business with someone who didn't know their inventory or their options. read more

So I must update my review because I'm upset obviously. I purchased a 2016 journey with 36k miles on it. At time of purchase I disclosed to salesmen as well as finance guy that I was purchasing the vehicle do that I can do Uber. When I got financed I told him I want GAP but no extended warranty. (I figured nothing bad would happen anytime soon). The next day he calls me and tells me to come back in and resign because he got me financed with a better int. Rate as well as cheaper payments. When I came in to sign I noticed he added extended warranty (cost $2,500 when my bank he financed me with would have only charged me $1,500 for same coverage) I pointed it out and told him I didn't want it. He then told me it was a great policy only $100 deductible if anything at all went wrong while I own the vehicle regardless of miles. So I obviously was like okay leave it. Well now at 61k miles I need my transmission replaced or rebuilt. Warranty will not cover it because it's a "commercial vehicle" because I had drove for Uber. I haven't driven for Uber since May and I have only put 25k miles on the car. Which is standard mileage for everyday use. But they still won't cover it. When I got this car I kept saying I will pay for piece of mind that my kids and I won't get stranded on the side of the road. Now I'm a single mom trying to come up with 4gs to fix my damn car. Between my immediate family we have 20 Dodge vehicles. My boss whom I'm extremely close with has many Dodge as well. Based on this I'm not definitely not satisfied. I gave 2 stars just because sales man was great. But he's no longer there soooo... My initial review: Right after having two horrible experiences with two other dealers I called Towbin Dodge. I spoke with JT and he invited me to come down. I came in very down not very optimistic. He assured me he could help. I told him what I wanted, mileage, model, color, payments, JT and Jose got me exactly what I wanted and needed. I'm soooo appreciative of these guys and customer service they provided and I will for sure be back and refer many to specifically this dealer and Jose and JT. Thank you guys! read more

Just moved to town. Took my Mopar 13 Dart in to figure out what my previous SoCal Dodge dealer didn't correct after having my car for 1 month and it still leaks oil enough to saturate the under carriage covering. Drop my car off at 8:30am, picked the car up at 3pm. Found oil line wasn't installed. Service was great. Ask for Freddy!!! I'll continue to drive 30+ miles for their service. Thanks!! read more
