Took them 10 minutes to check out our water bottle, but it's in a pretty area and the staff was nice.

We were given menus to look at while we waited so by the time we got to the counter, we were ready to order. The baked goods aren't on the menu, so when we walked by the counter filled with croissants, kouign amann, bear claws, apple pie, cheese cakes, it was hard to choose what we wanted!! We ordered: the Alamo Burger: a 8 oz wagyu beef smash burger , served with a fried egg, caramelized onions, cheese on a crispy croissant bun. It was incredible and worth the 15-20 minute wait! Almond croissant - a monster sized, flaky croissant with a generous almond filling. Guy Fieri highlighted this croissant on his DD&D show. It's probably a million calories not worth it! Tequila strawberry tres leches croissant - a small, cream filled croissant with strawberries. This was our least favorite. My husband didn't like the filling, I didn't like the sogginess of the croissant. Coffee - really good brewed coffee with free refills. We plan to go back a few more times while we're in town!!

When you walk in you have the option to do a to go order on the kiosk or stand in line to order in/to go. While in line you are in line where they hold their bakery items, smart business move as it definitely enticed me to order some baked goods! We got 2 kouign amann, one cheesecake and one strawberry. Both were so good and not overly sweet. I'll definitely get it again and try other options they have. The food is really good and tasty! I got the torta Chicken milanesa with fideo soup and hubby got the half/half salad chicken milanesa. Service was great despite it being so busy. We didn't have to wait too long for our food to get to our table which is awesome considering. The overall feel of the place is social and well spaced. Definitely will be coming back!

I don't think it's the staff's fault, more a shortcoming of the kitchen setup, but it still caused a pretty significant wait. We tried to go on a Saturday morning, not realizing how popular it was, and it was a total no-go. So we ordered ahead for Sunday morning, planning to just pick up and bring food back to the house. The food was ready when we arrived, but the coffee wasn't (I don't think they have a fridge or warmer to keep drinks at the right temperature, so they don't make them until you come in to pick up.) We had to remind them that we'd ordered drinks and we ended up waiting another 20-30 minutes, our food in hand, while we waited on 3 iced coffee orders. I think the issue was a mix of crowds and kitchen layout. They were very clearly trying to make sure that the people who were seated in the restaurant were being served as well, but all of the drink orders were going through this one, tiny coffee station that frankly couldn't keep up. And I think our drink orders were basically added at the end of the drink queue when we arrived to pick up our order. We didn't get any sort of priority because we'd technically ordered ahead. We essentially skipped the line, but not the queue on drinks. All in all, I'd definitely want to visit again. The food and drinks WERE really great. I had the avocado toast with chicken and for a seemingly simple dish it was absolutely phenomenal. The abuelita's was the best of the 3 iced coffee offerings we tried, and I would definitely order again. But we'll definitely have to plan/strategize around crowds and be prepared for a long wait even if we order ahead.

Working this conference as the photographer it's my fun! So, this my reward this year. I arrived early, so it was very quiet in the bakery, but the ladies were ready with smiles, excellent attitudes, & to help out. First thing I did was warn them about the amount of people that were about to be coming in for the week. It's about to get real busy! They smiled, & said they're ready! What a positive attitude. Taking a gander at their coffee choices takes a moment. So many options. I wanted the Korean coffee, but they're out today. Good thing I'll be here all week, I'll try another day. Today, I chose a Carmel macchiato, & forgot to say sugar free. My bad. I'll be riding this sugar high for hours. And it's goooood. Then, I walked about the shop & took photos of all the amazing treats. Oh my goodness. This is when I wish I had the appetite I used to have. I want everything here. I decided on the absolutely amazing ham & cheese croissant. They warmed it up for me to absolute perfection. Biting into it, I felt like I just walked out of my bakeri back home. The ham is perfect l, its not that super thin ham that vanished when you go to eat it, and the cheese is perfectly melted inside, and the Asiago cheese on top is so yummy & adds the crunchy crispness to that perfect croissant. The croissant I'm a sucker for a good, well laminated croissant!!!! The crispness of the crust is absolute perfection. To hear the crust as you bite in, and then flake crumble is just heavenly. That fresh pillowly goodness of the croissant inside & the warmth of that bread is like a hug for your mouth. Yup! This is a perfect breakfast! If you're downtown & you wanna try out a wonderful bakery with wonderful people working there, do not pass up Paris Baguette they have it all. Good food & great people with a clean, open place to sit down & enjoy your food & company of you're with others. Have a great day.
