We got a nasty flat tire on the way to Maine while towing a boat. AAA said there was no way we'd make to the remaining 2hrs with the patch and it was late at night with no repair shops open. They suggested Town Fair and we drove there and left my car overnight in their lot. Luckily we had a second vehicle and drove all the way to Maine with our boat. They were very understanding when we called in the morning and were more than happy to help us out. Shaun called us back quickly with different tire options and was so accommodating. Pricing was better than I anticipated. They even put the new tire on right in their lot since we didn't leave them our keys. We were able to drive back the 2 hrs, quickly pay and be back on our way. Ordered tires and appt on line. Was greeted warmly when I walked through the door and almost immediately waited on. Service rep showed me tires I ordered and discussed installation. Went out to truck to confirm I had ordered correct tires. Indicated it would be about two hours with alignment . Was more like 90 minutes and they offered me fresh doughnuts to boot. Concord's Town Fair Tire store continues to impress me with their service. I keep coming in with the strangest, eyebrow raising requests for tires and wheels, and they have never let me down. I seek out Jeremy and Jameson, who are both highly skilled at either finding new makes of ancient tire sizes, finding odd Japanese tractor tires, keeping my rusty rims holding air, and whatever else I can throw at them. They keep in close contact with job updates, have a quick turn-around, and charge me prices that are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Bought a pair of new tires for my Subaru on craigslist for $20. Then took them to Town Fair Tire in Concord, NH to mount and balance them, which they state they can do for $25 each side, only to find that company policy is that all 4 tires have to match brands and tread size. Some load of BS, I say. I guess my $50 mounting and balancing job is not as important as the other guy who got scammed into buying 4 new tires for $360. I used to swear by Town Fair Tire, went there appx 4 times a year. (tire rotations, wheel alignments after work was done) But I can now no longer support this business model. Got them mounted and balanced the next day at a competing tire shop. (FYI: they just need to be the same size, not matching brands) --- Well, I have to give it up to Sears. Not only will they do just the front two tires, they will do just 1 if I wanted too. Granted, they said I'd have to sign a waiver on just 1 tire. But still, I went to Town Fair Tire and Meineke and they both said $550+ for four cheap-ass tires with no warranty. read more

I frequent the TFT of Concord quite a bit due to the abnormal amount of nails found in my tires. I always receive AMAZING customer service. Tristen and Kyle are great employees who enjoy their job and it shows. I was in a pinch with a ride to/from work and they offered to help me out to make sure I was able to still get to work while they worked on my car. The guys at Town Fair Tire in Concord NH are the nicest! I usually have awful service when getting things fixed on my car. These guys make me want to come back and give them my business. One of the associates Chris was multi-tasking with me and another customer during my visit today; and he was doing it fast and efficiently! Great place- they have taken very good care of my cars in the last few years. Kyle is great- he remembers me (even though I only come in twice a year for snow tire swaps!). Service is quick and they are honest if they are busy and services will take longer than usual. They provide multiple options when I have looked for new tires- I don't feel they are trying to sell me the most expensive tires- and provide lots of good feedback on the brands they sell. Okay so I have really bad luck with tires. I had never gotten an alignment on my car since I bought it and it made my tires completely bald. One day driving to work I had a blow out with one of my tires and called AAA and was told they couldn't take off my tire because the bolt was stripped. I called town fair tire and Tom was super helpful! He did everything in his power to help! He got my car two new tires and an alignment all done within 2 hours! I went here yesterday to replace my tires, it was my first time getting my tires replaced and I was nervous that they might try to sell me on things and services I didn't need. Everyone at Town Fair was extremely nice and friendly, and they explained everything to me clearly and without looking down on me. The waiting area had comfortable chairs and WiFi which made the slightly more than an hour wait go by very quickly. I love my new tires and will definitely come back here in the future for any tire work! read more

Excellent experience here working with the store manager, Chris, at Town Fair Tire on Loudon Road in Concord, NH. He was professional, friendly, and helped us with every aspect of purchasing much needed new tires. He answered all if our questions, gave us insight into the tires we needed, and was very courteous from start to finish. He is certainly an asset to Town Fair Tire. Also, Jameson who assisted us following this purchase, was outstanding as well. He called us to ensure we were happy with our tires, and that no problems were occurring with my Jeep after a free tire rotation, which comes with tires I had purchased previously. for the life of the tires. We were very pleased with the customer service at this location! We are big on customer service as it seems difficult to get that nowadays so we were impressed with these guys! I was in a hurry to make an appointment and he reassured me that I would be on my way and I was because of his efficiency. He then had to contact me because I did not leave him with a working key fob. I thought I would have to turn around and miss my appointment but once again he corrected my error. His congenial manner destressed me. When I returned at days end my car was well equipped for winter. Went to Townfair Tire in Concord, after having a good experience at the Manchester Branch when living down there... I thought I'd test the waters there in Concord. The sales person, JOE, was totally unprofessional and rude. Not only did he condescendingly talk down to me but he tried to charge me more than $200 more than what I was quoted over the phone. After pointing out that the prices he was offering me were incorrect and different from what I was told on the phone, he made me up a bill. The bill also didn't match what I was told on the phone, and he also added balancing on there for two tires which were already new and had already been balanced. I asked him to remove them and he was again rude and condescending. This guy practically tried to sell me everything in the whole place on my bill, and in the end after all was said in done I got charged more than I was quoted on the phone by about $20. This guy also did tell me something was company policy when it wasn't. I did talk to a manager who confirmed this and basically said Joe was a good guy, and didn't mean anything by being condescending and a rude liar. I guess he's new there so maybe he didn't know he was lying, but I had the distinct impression he was making things up to try to get me to pay more... I don't know what kind of employees you guys have over there in Concord, but this is not the service I expected from Townfair Tire. It is now day 1 (day 0 - installation) after visiting Townfair. Today I woke up to a flat tire on my tires which were not purchased from Townfair but are also new... I look at the tires to see that the hubcaps have been removed. Why Townfair tire felt the need to remove hubcaps on tires that I had no service requests on I don't know.. Did you guys think that somehow sabbotaging my front tires would get me to come in again after an experience like this? I'm pretty disappointed and I will never trust this branch again... I will be looking elsewhere in the future for sure. I'll likely be filing a complaint with the BBB. read more

Accommodating. Friendly. Quality. I cannot disagree more with the previous review! I found TFTC to be so much more than most tire shops. They were knowledgeable and willing to work with me in finding the right tires at a reasonable price. I drive a BMW but didn't want to spend a fortune for tires and they searched out a set of tires with incredible ratings and quality for a fraction of the price it would have cost me elsewhere. I am wise enough to understand the reasons for buying tires in multiples due to wear and balancing. They did a terrific job and spent the time with me to educate me regarding my tires. Kudos to AJ for being such a great front desk service tech. He was great, and no doubt the rest of the team is equally so. I have since sent several people there and their feedback has been very enthusiastic as well! PS. They are willing to work with you on scheduling too, which is great! read more

I thought VIP was great because of the tire protection plan, but Town Fair Tire is better. Town Fair does not make you pay extra for a tire protection plan that includes tire repair and seasonal tire changes. They have a much better selection that VIP tire. read more

Last week I went in to purchase 4 new tires for my car and 4 new tires for my horse trailer. The gentleman I spoke with was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I picked out tires and set up an appointment for this week. Yesterday I got the new tires on my car. Love them! really nice tires just like he said. Today I brought the trailer in for its new tires. When they were done putting the tires on they called my name and I went up to the front desk. The man (different one this time) said to me... this is a horse trailer? and I said yes. He immediately raised his voice and lashed out at me saying, "what is it with people in NH and horses? Don't you have anything else to spend your money on? What you spend is ridiculous, you could go on a European vacation EVERY year!! Last time I checked I did not need pre-approval from anyone at Town Fair Tire as to how I spend my money!! He was incredibly rude, obnoxious and he was loud enough that anyone in the store and waiting area could hear him! Needless to say, I will never buy tires from there again. In hindsight I wish I had insisted they take the tires off the trailer right then and there and refund my money so I could go somewhere that appreciates $1,300 worth of business. read more

Manager Adam went above and beyond! I needed new rims for my STI, I picked out a set but once they came in we found that they did not clear my calipers. Adam helped me find another set and did the research to make sure they would fit this time. My car was in Laconia at the shop and I live on the border of MA so they told me they could have then delivered to my shop which they did and saved me a lot of tone and headaches. The rims fit perfect. Lastly I needed a copy of my receipt on short notice for insurance and even though they normally can't get them emailed out and you probably have to wait for snail mail or a fax, Adam was able to jump through hoops and get it to me right away. I am giving it 4 stars because of the initial fitment issue. It would be great if they had a few kiosks that you could type your vehicle into and see everything that would fit and they can get, because what they are pushing on display is rather slim and kind of weak. Most people don't realize they have books with hundreds to chose from behind the counter. read more

After a long and stressful changing of my tire when it popped, I called and Kyle was so helpful and assured me he can get to my car tonight. I than got to town fair tire and was nicely greeted by Chris and knew exactly what he was doing and so knowledgeable, he helped me with the rest of the paper work and was just a sweet guy. Keven came out and assured me he would get to my alignment and all would be well. Best tire experience. Def coming back. Only thing is around 530 when sun is going down its unbelievably bright, while waiting to sign for papers and pay me and my daughter were blinded. Maybe town fair could get blinds for those HUGE WINDOWS!! Also, while sitting and waiting Aj came over to give us status of my car, and assured me just a little longer. Brought my Jeep to Town Fair on Loudon Rd. today to have them fix the job they did 2 weeks ago. What a disappointment. The technician was incredibly rude, and the staff was less than knowledgeable to say the least. Something as simple as an alignment was messed up the first time and now that I brought it back to have it fixed its even worse than before. They got $70 for nothing. Lesson learned. My family, and my company vehicles will never be going there again. I suggest anyone smart enough to research this be smart enough to go elsewhere. read more
