Just purchased tires from Town Fair Tire in Nashua, NH. I dealt with Christian who was extremely knowledgeable about tires and very helpful finding the right tires for my Tundra. I had already done extensive research on both price and quality of various brands, reading reviews by both users and professionals. I originally called to get a price on some Kuhmo Crugen HT51 which Tire Rack Tire finder had recommended over the Michelins I had already found at Costco. Christian explained why the Kuhmos would be great tire for my Tundra in a hot climate like Florida but that the compound tended to harden in cold weather. I described the characteristics I was looking for in the new tires as well as deals I had already found. He suggested that I check out Toyo Open Country HT 2s and explained exactly why these tires would be better than the Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires or the Kuhmo Crugen HT51s, so I drove over there to talk to Christian in person. The store was like a super market just for tires. I don't think I have ever seen a tire store with more tires in stock. He inspected my old tires to see how these had worn. My old tires were Michelin LTX M/S2 and they were discontinued when I bought them originally in 2016. They were the highest rated tire for the categories I was looking for, quietness, and longevity (Consumer's Report). I went out of my way to find these tires over the Defender Series Michelins which replaced them but were not as highly rated. I had to buy them online which, while resulted in a great price did not include any services at all. This ended up being a big deal because less a thousand miles later I picked a large staple in the side wall of the tire. At the time Michelin did not include Road Hazard so I would have had to spend another $275 to replace it. Fortunately a Customer service rep at Michelin replaced it for me under warranty. It's my understanding that Michelins now come with road hazard. Christian beat the deal on the Michelin defender LTX M/S I had already purchased from Costco and included all the important services I wanted, lifetime rotation, lifetime road hazard, and lifetime flat repair. This deal also included full 4 wheel alignment. The Costco deal on Michelins did not include any alignment. On top of all this Town Fair Tire has a 30 day Test ride policy. If I don't like these tires I can return them for different tires as long as I don't put more than 500 miles on them. Furthermore Town Fair Tire's mileage warranty is fully pro rated all the way to 60,000 miles. You do have to perform proper tire service, rotation every 6000 miles (I already rotate mine every 5000 miles at every oil change) and wheel alignment check once a year. I got 50,772 miles out of the Michelins and they were pretty well shot. I might have gotten the full 60k they were warrantied for if I had checked the alignment regularly. I did watch the wear pattern religiously but was under the impression that Tundras understeer and that was why they were wearing on the outer edges. It was toe in that was causing the problem and would have been corrected if I'd had the alignment checked regularly. Any way I was very impressed with Christian specifically and Town Fair Tire generally. I don't think I could have done better and they were a pleasure to deal with. One added feature which I found especially pleasing was that they not only keep you informed of the progress of the work via a constantly updating screen in the waiting room but you can see them working on your vehicle by way of closed circuit tv too. I walked into the joint on an incredibly busy afternoon, hoping to get a problem solved as quickly as possible. I had just come from the dealership where I brought my car, I had worked a 16hr shift at work the day before and into that morning, and was gearing up to head into work later that night. I brought with me my very overtired 6yr old who wanted to do nothing but test my patience and the amazing man behind the counter did absolutely everything perfectly, when it came to anyone's expectations with wanting excellent customer service. Steve told me it would be about an hour wait if I wanted to get my car looked at, and clearly seeing my distress, he still took the time to work some magic and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car at that very moment. He showed me nothing short of pure awesomeness, even when I had to take a moment and interrupt his time of telling me the schedule, trying to book an appointment to get the work I needed done, so I could pull my Mom card and get my 6yr old to chill out for 2mins. He made the time I was there about me, and my needs and not just about the car and what it needed done and took the anxiety of the situation down a million notches. The day of my appointment, it was just as busy, and it was a gentlemen by the name of Chris that came to my aid and finished all the necessary last minutes details to get car in the shop, and he too was just as great!!! We were returning from a trip and over two hours from home when my left front tire went flat. I was able to get off the highway and change the tire, but didn't really want to drive 175+ miles on the donut spare. We called the TFT store in Concord, which was the only one we had a chance to reach before the 6PM Friday closing time. They agreed to take a look at the tire. We got to TFT at about 5:40, and were greeted immediately by Chris, who had the flat tire checked to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately it could not, due to a small puncture on the side, and they did not have the same tire in stock. Chris helped arrange for the Salem store to order the exact tire needed, and facilitated a Monday appointment for installation of the new tire in Salem, closer to home. To get us by until then, he had their team remove the donut spare, move the left rear tire to the front, and install a full size loaner tire for use until our Monday appointment. All of this done at no charge (we did have warranty on tires that were very recently purchased at TFT Plaistow), and we were back on the road by 6:00 We have always had good service experiences at multiple TFT locations, but this service late on a Friday, from a very pleasant and helpful team, was truly impressive! read more

I went in this past Friday for my apt. Jameson greeted me while I waited in line. He was the guy I spoke to on the phone initially to order my wheel package and book the apt. He is full of personality and you could tell he really loves what he does just by hearing his voice on the phone. He helped me pick out better tires than what I was going to settle for originally. I was happy to take his advice, as I don't know tires but I do know quality. The guy that was up next to help me when I walked in couldn't find me in the system and after he rattled off the last names of 20 different Sarah's, Jameson told him I was right on their clipboard scheduled for that day and even remembered the exact time of my apt. Very impressive! I waited for Jameson to finish helping another woman, as he wanted to show me what I was buying before they put the wheels on. I was happy he took the extra step to do this. He completely matched my level of excitement. I spent hours going through wheel packages and I was ready to see the sharp set of wheels I picked out online. Jameson is just one of those employees that truly makes a difference in the work place with his positive attitude, and respectful manners and amazing energy. Thank you Jameson! With many choices of tire manufacturers and garages who are willing to try and take advantage of unsuspecting buyers, Town Fair Tire is the place to go if your looking for honest, helpful advise and fair prices. Recently my grandmother was in need of 4 tires for state inspection and was given quotes from her local garage, she went and saw Chris at the concord NH location who was very helpful and willing to give her a few different options of tires and different mileage warranties and what not. He explained every thing in detail so that she knew what she was getting, not just a sales pitch, but great reliable tires with all the fixings and was more than pleased with the price. I was totally impressed by Chris at Town Fair Tire in Concord, NH. While on our way to our place in central NH on Thursday, January 13, we got a flat tire. We had it changed and continued on our way. On Friday morning, January 14, I called the Concord store and asked if I could bring the tire in to see if it could be repaired. Chris told us to come right down. He tested our tire however it could not be fixed, but had to replaced. He said he could get another tire in about an hour and we should go to lunch and come back. We did, they changed the tire, and we were again on our way. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from start to finish. Gotta say, these guys saved me big time. I got a flat on rte 93 and by the time I got it changed and got to Town Fair Tire on Loudon Rd it was probably 5:20-5:25. They closed at 6pm and there were a few customers being serviced in front of me. Not only did I need 2 new tires but I desperately needed an alignment. They didn't think they could fit me in. I told Steve that I was nervous about driving all the way back from Concord to Hampton on a donut and Steve made sure he had my back. He stayed open past closing time to make sure it got done. I am so thankful for that. Customer service was excellent and they even gave me a discount on the alignment because I purchased the tires. A great value. The customer service at TFT in Concord, NH is abysmal. I went in yesterday perfectly happy for my appt and left 45 minutes later - furious and yelling. The asst mgr Nick (he told me I wasn't ENTITLED to his last name) was a total a-- and the answers he gave about my concern were inappropriate and ridiculous. Believe me, I've never filed a complaint with the BBB in my life but I couldn't wait to get home to get it started. I've been going there for 2 years and obviously will not return. Not a good place to do business - I wish I could give 0 stars. UPDATE: The manager at TFT, Jeremy, called me first thing this morning and apologized for his employee. He couldn't have been nicer and I think we can settle this amicably. read more

While travelling through Concord recently, my wife & I had a problem with a leaking tire on an old VW bus. Chris, immediately came out to have a look and found a small nail in an area of the tread that could not be repaired. He offered to mount the spare quickly and at no cost, as a courtesy to us while travelling - a sure sign he understands what good customer service is. Luke did the tire change and thoroughly cleaned the lugs and lug nuts of grease and grit and used a torque wrench when remounting the spare. Luke even went so far as to call over another technician to double check the lug nut torque with a 2nd torque wrench. A really conscientious group of guys at TFT. Highly recommended!! read more

I do not recommend these guys at all. I bought 4 tires and alignment in October 2013 and felt they were really expensive but did the purchase anyway because of the warranty. Problem with the warranty is you need to rotate the tires every 7,000 miles. Good luck in trying to get an appointment convenient for yourself from them. They expect you to drop off your car all day or wait 4 or 5 hours in their waiting room. I do not know about most people but I need my car for business and do not have that much time to sit around a waiting room. Do not go there unless you are retired have all day for even the simplest thing as a flat tire repair. I will never go there again. read more

I have been using TFT in Concord NH for years and at some point most of the team has helped either me or my husband. I dropped in early yesterday afternoon without an appointment to have some air put in my tire- then to my dismay had to go back a few hours later. IT DID NOT MATTER at all. I received the same great service and attention that I have always gotten when I go there. Kudos to John (counter) and Jake (service) for not only remembering/helping me ultimately replace my tire but providing me with the same great service and conversation I have become accustomed to. Great customer service! I needed a new set of tires and didn't have an appointment. I stopped by Tire Warehouse first and didn't have a great experience - it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by walking in the door. Town Fair Tire was just as busy, but Jeremy was pleasant, helpful and happy to fit me in. It was a super busy day but all the staff members I saw appeared to be working as a team and taking their time with customers. I'm a retired state trooper who purchased new tires for my vehicle at the Concord, NH location. "Jason" was the employee who helped me throughout the selection of tires and subsequent appointments. I've dealt with a lot of people over the years but few have the personable qualities that he has. He was informative, knowledgeable and very upbeat while performing his job. Great experience today at the Loudon Rd location in Concord NH. I called right when they opened needing to get 2 new tires today before a road trip. Not only did they fit me in but I realized that all 4 tires were actually needed. I hadn't had an alignment in years and the uneven wear wore the tires down terribly. I hadn't noticed the steel cords starting to show! Paul did a great job going through the options and helping me find good affordable tires, especially since I planned for 2 and not 4. They installed tire on my car last week. One continued and started to loose air. I inflated it and drove it right there. Steve was very nice and apologetic. They said they would get to it asap. They were very, very busy. After waiting for a little while, I asked if they thought it would be done before 2, as I have a radiation appointment at that time. They said they weren't sure and I should try to get a ride. After waiting a little while longer, BANG! It was done. All of these guys were awesome! read more
