I'm probably the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. My first time at Towne Centre was last Wednesday Dec 8, 2010. I went in to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I don't think i've seen a more organized office. It was inviting, very family friendly. I saw a spot where kids can play games and keep themselves occupied. From the time i made the call to when i went in for a follow up visit everyone has been great and friendly. Ly Phan was the person i spoke to over the phone. I was hesitant at first but her confidence and communication with me through email and phone was amazing. She kept me at ease and assured me that everything was going to be fine. She was very efficient. Thanks Ly! Dr. Choi and Nguyen were both awesome in making sure i was comfortable and explaining exactly what they were going to do while i was there. I couldn't ask for more. I love this place! I had been going to Gentle Dental for several years and had constant problems with their work and their staff. After reading the reviews on here I decided to give Towne Centre a try...I have been nothing less than thoroughly impressed each and every time I have gone! The staff are so friendly, compassionate, professional, efficient and I haven't had to return at all for any missed diagnoses, faulty work, "re-dos," or billing errors like my former dentist. My family and I have been going to towne centre dental for several years now and we have nothing but good things to say about the staff there. I have been treated by Dr. Pandhoh, Alvin, Marjan and Tena and they have all been great. After having several experiences with bad dentists, it was refreshing to visit an office that was both professional and painless. Even my kids don't mind going to TCD and that says a lot. I'm one of those people who has has countless dental procedures and have been to a few different dentists. I has a great experience with Towne Center. They fit me in last minute without charging me extra for an emergency. Everyone in the office was I incredibly kind and nice and seemed happy to be there. Really listened to my long dental history. I didn't feel like they were talking down to Me or judging me. They were supportive and understanding and overall positive. I ended up needing a root canal and crown. OUCH! They were able to start it the same day. It wasn't cheap but did save around $500 from other dentists. It was also less painful then I remember from others I have had. I thought this dentistry was just awesome, my husband and I are both new clients and absolutely loved Dr. Pandoh. He took such care in explaining everything he was doing and why. Past dentists have charged both my husband and I to do things that seemed costly and not effective, i.e. UV light wand thingy. We didn't experience that here and am happy to return. Please don't take every review to heart, not sure how there are 1 stars but everyone has an opinion. For years my family and myself have struggled financially to find a dental group who could work with us to reach a middle ground. Due to these difficulties our teeth worsened over time from issues that were not addressed and got much worse as time went on. This is the first location that has been extremely flexible with our financial situation, and has treated us as if they truly want to help, not just take our money and send us on our way. I had an abscess that was causing me more agony than I can put into words. When I came in, we discussed a more than fair payment plan and Dr. Patel immediately took care of this issue, I cannot express my gratitude adequately. My family and I plan to continue to come here, and are beyond relieved we don't have to keep looking for a dentist that will work with us and not against us. My husband and I went to Dr. Pandoh for about 3 years, and he and Alvin, the dental tech, are awesome! We unfortunately moved out of state, but right before I moved I decided to have two veneers done that I had been putting off. The lab created the first veneer just a shade off, and Alvin drove the veneer to the lab personally to ensure that I would be able to get my new front tooth in time for my move. Let's face it I don't know of anyone that enjoys the dentist. It's been two years ago that Dr Pandhoh put in my veneers I absolutely love them. The first time he got them back they weren't up to his standards he showed me the color difference I agreed he sent them back. When I came to town center 3 years ago I needed a lot of work, they put me on a payment plan to get my teeth where they needed to be. Now I come in regularly for my cleanings and my teeth are up to par. I can now smile everyday and not be embarrassed of my chipped, and gap teeth, and their staff is bar none the friendliest, cleanest, and most professional staff I highly recommend town center dental. read more

This is my second review for Towne Centre Dental Group! I have to say this is the best dental office I've ever been to. My 19 year old has a fear of the dentist but due to the tender loving care the staff takes with her she is much more comfortable! While she doesn't love the dentist, she no longer bursts into tears during a simple cleaning! My son just had his wisdom teeth extracted Saturday and was back at school on Monday with hardly any swelling or pain! I'm convinced it's due to Dr. Witcher and team's expertise. He also called to check on us and left his cell phone number! Don't see that everyday anymore! My whole family including my Mom who lives an hour away come to this office! I get so nervous and anxious having any dental work done, even cleanings! But every person here has such a gentle way of putting you at ease! I am so grateful to the Dentists , staff and especially Dr. Nguyen. I have had so many teeth removed from so many dentists in OC. All from root canals gone bad ending in extraction. I suffer from dry mouth due to the many medications I take, I'm also on HRT which has caused dry root and long excruciating pain! My teeth were broken and raw. And I work in retail... I need a decent smile. Dr. Nguyen has done 9 root canals on me and his work is like magic. He seriously has a God given talent. Everyone is super nice and made me comfortable and I've had the most minimal pain after my procedures. I recommend these Dentists to the most fearful people because they have changed my life. Today is the last day at Towne Centre Dental. After making a Saturday appointment, which was confirmed by Towne Centre via text, email & phone call...I showed up and was told i didn't have an appointment, and was turned away. I showed them my confirmed appointment and they acknowledged it but said they didn't have a record of it and there was no one in the office for a checkup. Interestingly enough, there were other people in the office before me and after I checked-in with appointments that were being seen. Unfortunately for my cleaning there wasn't a "doctor" i wasn't able to receive my cleaning-very confusing. The oddest part was the staff did not even seem to be concerned that there was a schedule issue on their end and I was unhappy as a result. I have a large family who all come to this dentist, but we will be looking elsewhere now. I am also sad about the referrals that I have made to others about this dentist as there was little effort on their part to do anything about the situation. read more

After learning that my dental insurance covers all routine cleanings, I called to ask to speak with billing and they said they would check in to it and call me back. So it's been 2 weeks and this dentist office won't call me back. I guess that they too learned they were charging me for services that, according to my dental plan, I never should have had to pay for. I also believe I was overcharged for services that I received like fillings and other cleanings. So would I recommend? Nope! read more

My daugher and I have been going to Towne Centre Dental since we moved here in 2005. Dr. Pandoh and his entire staff have always been very friendly, accommodating and professional. We visit twice a year for regular dental cleanings and checkups. Most recently we needed to have a cavity filled and replacements of metal fillings with new crowns. They also recommended a root canal specialist whom I liked very well. The fees are competitive and often they have discounts on services throughout the year. But I love my dental team. They're on time, clean, and accommodating. Lauren (hygienist) is awesome too. She was nice and informative. Do they try to sell you on doing stuff...yes, but I just say no if I don't feel it's necessary or too expensive. They're not as pushy as they used to be with selling stuff and they're nice.
