My mom is an elderly woman , who purchased a car from this place. They sold her a car with tire issues. A brand new car with old tires. She has to go back ever so many days to have air put inside the tires. She was told that it's normal and that it's okay to drive. However the sign inside the car keeps flashing a tire issue. In such a crazy current car buying market, Madison at Toyota Vallejo made purchasing a car so seamless! I had been looking for a Rav4 hybrid for about a year and kept coming across so many dealerships in the Bay Area adding on super high markups ("dealership adjustment" pricing) and high interest rates. Vallejo does not charge above MSRP for any of their vehicles which is such a big plus! When I saw that vallejo had started to list the 2022 Ravs on their website, I reached out online about availability and the color / model that I was looking for. I got a quick response from Madison and she helped with finding a car that fit exactly what I was looking for and was in production and allotted to their dealership. I was given the option to put a hold deposit down for the car and purchased it once it arrived. Due to reasons outside of Toyota Vallejo's control, there were some delays with the car arriving and it took almost 4 months from deposit date to pickup. Through the whole process, Madison was great at sending updates via email and text about the car's arrival and reassuring me the car was still on its way and reserved for me. As a first time new car buyer, I had lots of questions throughout the process and she was so thorough and patient explaining everything. When I purchased the car, she helped with a full tutorial of all the features and even helped program some important settings in advance. Brian helped with the financing side and was great as well! He was thorough & informative about all the financial forms and purchasing information. Overall I'm so satisfied with the experience I had with vallejo toyota and can't recommend them enough. The service is so friendly (not pushy at all like some dealerships) and they really made me feel comfortable and at ease about buying a new car. Whoops! I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. I'm about to bring my cars back in for service and just found my advisor's card on my desk and wanted to give him a quick shout out. Thank you Miko! Several months ago, I brought my 2010 Corolla in for service because my AC went out. It turns out I'll pretty much need a whole new AC unit. I also had them do a full multi-point inspection and well, for a car that has over 180,000 miles on it, it needs quite a bit of work. Miko was able to price out everything for me and identified what needed immediate attention and what could wait. I appreciated that as he wasn't trying to sell me on everything all at once. No need to fix the AC right away, especially with all this cold and rain we're experiencing. The minor things like air filter and cabin air filter and bulbs, he said I could do myself which would save money, which I did. And the other stuff, will be taken care of soon now that I've got money saved up. I've never had a bad experience here at Toyota Vallejo, whether it was purchasing a vehicle (we currently have 3 from this dealership) or having them all serviced, we've always had great service. I wish I didn't have to give a star at all! I bought my car at Toyota Vallejo July 2021. When I test drove it my dad told the sales person he didn't like the way the transmission was performing. I had taken my car in for oil changes and complained a few times about my car lagging when pushing the gas to go. Every time they told me it wasn't doing it. One of the times I also complained about my car not wanting to start. The man behind the desk in the area I had to go when arriving came to me in the waiting area and said none of the issues happened. He left to have them bring my car but then he came back and me that there was 1 problem, car didn't want to start. They ordered a new starter. Turns out the year of my car has clutch and transmission problems. Every year before I got the car it had been taken care of. Since I've had the car it hasn't been done because I didn't know about it. Of course now I can't drive my car and its no longer under warranty. I got a copy of my cars records and thats how I found this out. I will be looking into taking action because I complained more than once. read more

I have always had great experiences with Toyota vehicles longevity and better affordability. I had been looking to get a Toyota certified used vehicle as my previous vehicle was about to turn 14 years old. Harry made it a really great experience overall. He wasn't pushy, or rude and answered all of my questions. It was about two and a half hours in and out where at previous dealerships I have been there for around three to four plus hours. So I greatly appreciated the streamlining of the entire service. Our financial expert Brian was a fellow Disney park lover and it made for a fun experience. He had me use a digital pen screen to get all the documents signed quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by how quickly it went and that all documents are also given on a flash drive. There was masks, social distancing and hand sanitizer offered. I appreciated that and the cleanliness of Toyota overall. I want to be totally transparent and it was still a five star experience. But the only downsides I experienced was a lack of willingness to negotiate price a bit with the used vehicle. It was priced fairly overall but felt I should have been offered a willingness to even talk about it. I asked and was turned down as "3 other people were interested" according to the owner (not Harry). There is too much focus on commission and profit for the Toyota company as a whole. I get it, it's a business but they would have survived knocking off a little more for me. Especially after super close inspection of some scratching on the back, scratching on the back plastic behind the back seats, and some loose weather stripping along the back window of the trunk. They put gas in (which was fantastic) and cleaned up the car a bit before I drove it off the lot. I really appreciated that. But I also noticed something strange. We heard something rattling in the back trunk and had no clue what the sound was. We stopped on the way home to get something to eat and to our shock there was a handful of broken glass bits in the trunk. My partner and I looked at each other shocked and confused. We looked in the trunk when we test drove it and we didn't see anything then. The glass bits were not there before until we left Toyota when they cleaned it. We inspected all of the car and couldn't find anything wrong or where the glass may have come from. All I can think of is a rag they used or vacuum may have had some glass bits in it and some came out into the trunk? I don't know! What's great is the car is still under a warranty and I have one year to take it to Toyota for an oil change etc included in the price. I did also add on an additional 6 year mechanical warranty as well - thank you Brian. Again -overall a really good experience. I found everyone to be helpful and positive. I am excited to have a much newer vehicle! read more

Ricky started running the figures and we had come to verbal agreement that they would take my Nissan Versa as a trade and I would have it towed to the dealership. It was 1pm and the tow company said they were on their way. 3pm and the tow truck still hasn't shown up. Turns out the truck they assigned us had an emergency and no one ever sent another truck. They have us an ETA of 8pm! I asked if they can provide a jump instead and the company still said 8pm. I called Ricky expecting to cancel all verbal agreements and he offered for us to pick him up so he can jump the car we wanted to trade in. Ricky had our car with the dead battery running in less than 5 minutes! We were able to go back to Toyota and closing the deal was seamless. Thank you, Ricky!
