    Trust.we bought a couple of vehicles here,we've been coming here to service our vehicles since Ron Rio was here(he's the best service advisor)then he retired,now,we still come here because we trust the staff here to take care of our vehicles.Thankfully,when i took my vehicle again here,i had the pleasure to meet Kevin (client service advisor)he's the best,he patiently explained everything on what is going on with my vehicle ,there was no pushing of products or services and we appreciate it so much for knowledge and time.Thank you.This place have been newly renovated,very clean and airy,complimentary drinks available,tv is on to pass the time and plenty of vehicles to choose from for purchase and or lease.

    Quite the joke of a dealership. Came in for a service on my accord and I wanted to sit inside the civic type r to check out the car. Was quickly denied entry into the car by management. Walked over to the Toyota dealership and they eagerly showed me their $71,000 Toyota Supra. Giving the stars for Kevin at their service center for fitting me in last minute.

    We went to Honda Tracy without calling and we were greeted by this gentleman by the name of GEO ROWER. Rest was history. Amazing guy and didnt feel like we are being sold a car. Not pushy but rather very accommodating! Just a very pleasant experience for my cousin who was a first time buyer! I would definitely buy a car from him again! He's not your typical salesperson who's very pushy and just the right amount of wit and comedy. Overall great experience and we are really happy with the family's new purchase

    So we just purchased our second Honda from Honda Tracy. Since we had an easy experience going through the process the first time, we came back. The salesman Mo was extremely helpful through the whole process, this was my daughter's first car purchase so it was a little nerve wrecking for her. But Mo made her feel completely at ease with the process, explaining the process, rates, deals etc. Overall we walked away happy, got a decent deal, and are happy with our purchase. We have the other Honda civic that we get serviced regularly here and we've never had any issues, def recommend Tracy Honda. Thanks again Mo for making the experience easy for my daughter.

    I had a much better experience coming here than Stockton Honda. As soon as we got out to look at cars we were greeted. Right off the bat -- I was getting a deal and was able to negotiate a better price. I only did 4 stars bc with purchasing you're there for hours doing paper work.

We purchased a used car from them... after completing paperwork and getting ready to leave.. noticed 1) they didn't have any mats in the car. 2) they only supplied us with one key. This was for a 2yr old car. At the prices the cars are selling at, I can't believe those two things are not provided as regular preparation for a sale. We purchased a 2024 Kia Sportage (which we are pleased with..).. now we have to order mats and search around to order the key and have it programmed.     Thank you for your response. At no point during our visit to…read moreyour dealership did we feel there was transparent or clear communication. While you state that all options were reviewed and voluntarily agreed to, our experience did not reflect that level of openness. Key information regarding financing and add-ons was not clearly explained upfront, and the overall process felt misleading rather than transparent. Going forward, I will not allow the dealership to communicate directly with my wife regarding any transactions or financing matters without my presence. Given how the deal was presented and finalized, this boundary is necessary due to the lack of clear and straightforward communication we experienced. This has significantly impacted our trust in your dealership. Additionally, we were told that the bank required the purchase of an extended warranty in order to receive a better interest rate. This representation felt misleading and reinforced our concerns about the sales tactics used during the transaction. Based on this experience, we are genuinely concerned about any future visits or interactions with your dealership. Our expectation is honest, direct, and transparent communication--something we did not receive.
