Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the portion size was generous and filling, easily enough for two meals. Jaime also offered a dessert and a beverage, which I greatly appreciated and enjoyed. While mistakes can happen anywhere, I was impressed by how quickly and professionally the team addressed the issue. Hannah and Jaime went above and beyond to make things right, and the follow-up experience exceeded my expectations. The servining is "chipotle-style" where you order your food and customize it how you want it and pay at the register at the end. I shared a bowl with my partner and we got half rice and half greens, some toppings, and the chicken thigh. This was a good amount for us to share and it was delicious! We also tried their date cake and my partner was a huge fan of it. I loved how clean the inside was and how nice all the staff was. They had water cups for self service and it was cold even without ice, which I loved! When you're done with your food, you put them away in a cabinet which is constantly cleaned out by staff which helped give the space a clean aesthetic.
