Food was great, ambiance was chill. Service was amazing. Rigat was here my entire stay and she was amazing, engaging, accommodating . There was another lady when I first came in and same service with a smile 10 of 10 I would recommend

Inside Westin lobby, can't miss it. We ate the continental breakfast twice two different days. The presentation was plated well for what it is, eggs made to order, toast, sausage, mini potatoes and extra small veggies. Because it was the restaurant inside the hotel we ate here but not necessarily a place I would go out of way for unless having dinner. I did partake in the bar and the local crafts were delicious and priced about as reasonable as could be. The service staff was friendly to please customer requests.

Stayed at a hotel nearby for a week and went here multiple times. A few times for just drinks with others and twice for food. They have gluten free options! I had the burger with a gluten free bun and it was so good! Another night I had the grilled wings. The mixed drinks were good too!

Although I didn't get me any pictures, my husband, friend, and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at trademark. The customer service was excellent and we felt very well taken care of. I had the fish and chips, and was impressed. Large portions and great taste all around. Bonus points for exploring new drink options for my liquor picky husband!

So, we ordered a Justin (Paso Robles) 9 oz ($19) but was charged $29. Waiter and Manager did not know what to do with the " $5 off any food item" when you checked in on yelp, to a point it was not worth it as they were indiscreet about the way they handled it. I mean I was there to wait and pick my hubby on his last day of work conference so that was uncomfortable, to say the least. I even said to them to disregard to no avail... Ordered a dessert (coffee gelato) was horribly sweet and inedible, it was like eating cold chunks of packed sugar--not pleasant! The Kim Crawford Savignon Blanc my friend ordered was not chilled and tasted stale as was my Michelle Brut tasted flat! My friend had to put ice on her white wine, see pic. Where was the bubbles on that brut? Checking out, as you can imagine was challenging because my hubby hastily handed his credit card without the itemized bill presented to us so of course we were charged with more than what we ordered upon confronting the waiter. He took out a price for the "high noon" we did not order and he still charged $29 for the glass of Justin(red wine). At that point, we just wanted to settle gave him 18% tip and left... yes, the whole experience was unpleasant and upsetting and definitely left a bad note to our mouths. Simply put I do not and will not recommend this place for service was awful, food was inedible and wines were flat & stale. Worst of all, the overcharging and unprofessionalism of the wait staff and the Manager was appalling!

We had drinks at the Trademark at our last night staying at The Westin. We were seated at the bar and not really in a hurry. The friendly and attentive bartender helped us out. I had the blackberry mojito off the menu. It was fruity and refreshing, but not too sweet. My friend asked for something with Rumchata and she and the bartender decided on Rumchata with dark rum. We are calling it the double rum. Her drink was quite strong, but she's a sipper and was pleased with it as well! We liked our choices well enough to order another round of the same! The vibe in the bar at 9 PM on a Saturday was pretty laid back and was a good cap to our trip.

I had high hopes for my visit to Trademark. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. I had a 6 o'clock reservation for a party of 6. We were seated immediately. The ambiance in the beginning was very nice. The waitress Tara came over not to long after we were seated. She took our drink order and they were out of chicken wings. This was the first downside to this visit since our original plan was to have drinks and appetizers. The next issue was they were extremely short staffed. Arounds 6:45 more guest from the hotel came to the restaurant. There were a lot of kids and adults that were walking around maskless. The restaurant did not enforce the mask mandate. They also allowed for tables to be overcrowded. There was at least 10 people at a table for 6 and kids hanging behind the chairs. Therefore, there was no social distancing. We ordered appetizers about 15 minutes after we arrived. We had the buffalo chicken spring rolls and crab cake Caesar salad. It was pretty good. Prior to the influx of people Tara was pretty responsive. She came to our table maybe twice to check on us. However, around 7:25 we were still waiting to place our order. The appetizers had worn off and we were hungry. At this point, we were ready to leave. My friend literally had to find and go over to the waitress to ask for the check. She brought the check and apologized. She had been running all night. Staffing was so bad that they had the chef delivering food. In any event, we decided to stay because nearby restaurants were booked. Tara took our order. The food arrived about 20 minutes later. I ordered the cheesesteak and fries. The sandwich was dry and lacked flavor. I only ate 1/2 of it. My friend fries arrived cold. She had to send them back but she said her burger was good. My other friend had the caprese salad. She said it lacked flavor. The fish and chips received a pretty good review. To finish the night off the restaurant had a dog visitor. Although cute, it was out of place. I would have given this place 1 star but I've taken into account Tara's customer service. She did the best she could under the poor staffing conditions. I would not recommend this restaurant until they are fully staffed and their food is better seasoned.

    Gluten free cheeseburger and fries

I made my way across the street with my mom to try the newly remodeled Trademark. We both thoroughly enjoyed the space, service, and gluten free cheeseburger! My only suggestion for improvement is to make sure your printed menu lists all gluten free items, or those that could be modified to be gluten free . Saw the gf bun option online but didn't spot it on the printed menu.

Baked brie w/ cranberry compote and marcona almonds. Melty and delish.

Newly remodeled and menu is so good. Don't let this place fool you. Shared plates and hand crafted cocktails for the win. Do NOT forget to order those wings. Chargrilled,y'all. Service on point.

    blueberry pancakes

Not too many food options for breakfast but everything is to order so you can customize it. I got the lavender blueberry pancakes. They were $18 for 3 pancakes. Not large pancakes at all so I would say a little overpriced. My friend got an omelette which came with a side of potatoes, also a small portion. The pancakes were decent honestly nothing special and the batter tasted savory so it was an interesting taste with the blueberry. I think they would've been better plain. My friend enjoyed her omelette and the potatoes were mediocre. Our waitress forgot about us a few times lol and there were only 2 tables.

    Salmon

Had a 6pm reservation for 2 on a Saturday night. Was seated quickly and the service was good. It was kinda slow for 6pm on a Saturday. The menu was limited, but was still able to find something that looked good. Got the Salmon with risotto. Was delicious and flavorful, but nothing special. Would come back and recommend.

We don't generally order dessert but we had to try their famous (almost 100-year old recipe) coconut cake. It was so light and fluffy with toasted coconut shavings. The cake was not overly sweet and the coconut was not overpowering. We loved it! I can see why that's been around for nearly 100 years.

Haven't been to Chadwicks in a while, so it was nice to convene for a recent brunch to catch up with some friends. While there is limited outdoor seating, I prefer the upstairs since it's typically quieter, and the abundant windows naturally illuminate the space. The interior is also characterized by nautically themed decor, along with exposed brick walls and hardwood flooring. TBH, this is one of the better Brunch spots in Old Town. There brunch menu is extensive - https://static1.squarespace.com/static/68d065ce6d80726524c2bca9/t/6a3d8efe5e4fbd1439f0bc1a/1782419198238/Brunch.pdf - and has all of traditional breakfast offerings of pancakes, french toast, a variety of eggs, sausage/bacon/ham, etc. While there are also lunch type savory options such as sandwiches and chicken and pasta entrees, I opted for the classic biscuits and gravy. I don't normally eat this type of heavy carb heavy dish...but every now and then, it's not so bad. The plate arrived with two buttermilk biscuits, country bacon gravy, two sunny side up two eggs, and home fries. The gravy was nice and thick with pieces of sausage bits, but I found the biscuits on the dry side, rather than buttery and flaky. Eggs were prepared properly and had that satisfying "ooze" when the yolks were popped. Home fries tasted previously frozen and could've used a few more minutes in the fryer. Service was a bit slow as there was only one staff taking orders and delivering food. But he was friendly and would circle back around to check on our group frequently. Pair your meal with a few choices of cocktails (I ordered a $5 mimosa) and Chadwicks brunc h is a great way to spend a few hours on a Sunday afternoon. Be sure to inform your server ahead of time, if separate checks are desired. One brunch entree, one mimosa with tax and tip totalled to about $25.

My wife and I arrived around 1:20 p.m. on a Thursday. The lunch crowd was still going strong, which only reinforced that we had picked a popular spot. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill almost immediately. When we walked in, there was no hostess to be found. After waiting about four minutes, she finally appeared and offered us a choice between a small table in the corner or one by the bar. Given how busy the restaurant was, we took the table by the bar. About seven minutes later, someone finally came by to offer us water and explained that our server was busy, but she would help us in the meantime. No problem. We ordered the Avo Goddess Salad and asked that it be split so we could share it. A few minutes later, our server arrived, introduced herself, and we let her know we had already ordered the salad and were ready to place our lunch orders. She was very helpful in guiding my wife toward the Old Bay Shrimp Burger. I was excited to order the Shrimp and Grits until I learned it contained Andouille sausage and, according to our server, couldn't be prepared without it. Since the restaurant highlights that everything is made from scratch, that surprised me. I ended up ordering the Ahi Tuna Salad instead. So far, so good. Then came the frustration. We spent the next 20 minutes slowly picking at our salad, growing increasingly hungry and confused. You know something is wrong when guests who were seated after you begin receiving their meals before you. Finally, at 2:10 p.m., our food arrived: my Ahi Tuna Salad and a Pulled Lamb Sandwich for my wife. Except my wife had ordered the Shrimp Burger. When we pointed out the mistake to what was now our third server, she quickly assured us it would be corrected. A few minutes later, our original server returned and took full responsibility. She explained that the lamb and shrimp items are next to each other in the POS system and she accidentally selected the wrong item. She assured us the Shrimp Burger would be out in two minutes and suggested we enjoy the fries that came with the lamb sandwich while we waited. Unfortunately, another ten minutes passed before the burger finally arrived. Here's where things became truly disappointing: the top bun was still cold--almost frozen. My wife ended up removing it entirely and eating the sandwich with just the bottom bun. At best, the Shrimp Burger was decent, but certainly not worth the wait and frustration. As for my Ahi Tuna Salad, it felt like something I could easily make at home, especially considering the $25 price tag. I'm also not entirely convinced the tuna was particularly fresh. I can't bring myself to give Matt and Tony's one star because the atmosphere is genuinely cool and inviting. So I settled on two stars--mostly for how I felt before the experience unraveled. And listen, I get it. Mistakes happen. We're all human. But as someone who eats out frequently, here's one piece of advice: when a restaurant makes a significant mistake with a customer's order, consider taking that item off the bill. Sometimes that gesture is the only reason a guest decides to come back.
