We've previously come to purchase another helmet & Cardo unit, and again to balance a tire--Ryan helped us each time. Overall we ended up getting a helmet, Cardo freecom 4x, riding jacket, and some oil. Was able to utilize my military discount which was nice. Ryan was super patient and knowledgeable. These guys went above and beyond in my opinion. Ryan, Harry, and Case? I'm not great with the names. But those three guys were incredibly nice, seemed knowledgeable, and even showed me a few things with my bearings and sprocket that I didn't know. They turned a kind of stressful situation into a positive experience and I will drive a few extra miles to go to their store when I find myself in the valley.

I Had a very unfortunate experience at this location. My car battery was under warranty and the…read moreworkers tried to help, but didn't necessarily demonstrate exemplary customer service. I was told I had to return to the store I bought it from to essentially get a refund. I was told I did not need to bring the physical battery to get the refund. 20 minutes later, I get to the original location and a much more helpful worker explains that I actually do need the physical battery, and I could just do the refund at the other store. So I call the store manager (from the first place) and you could tell he just had no idea what was going on. I returned to retrieve the battery and plead with the manager, explaining that I think I could do the return there. I was met with profane language, and left with an overall sense of discouragement that this issue would be solved.

I didn't have the right tool to get the housing off. Monique was amazing on the phone and was even more so in person. Manny was extremely friendly and willing to help right away. Luckily it was 7:30 in the morning so it was really light. Manny remove the housing for me and replace the bulb and while it might seem like a small thing, it means a lot. The last thing you wanna do is drive around on the road without a turn signal. I wish the best to them both. I understand Manny's been with the company for a very long time and Monique is a manager as well. They are both shining examples of what Customer Service should be!

Supposedly the car was ready to go. The car broke down again a couple days later. Car went back and we asked for a different car and that did not happen and Eric wants to keep the $2,000 down payment all because my mom would not accept what he has in stock as we were very clear we needed a 3rd row seat, AWD and rear A/C. He wanted to place her in a Kia Sorento with none of what we originally had requested. At this point is when Eric decided to not look for another car nor refund her $2,000. Horrible experience.

AAA got me to the shop. I believe the owner greeted me upon arrival and immediately got to work inspecting my bike. While the puncture was large, he assured me it could be patched (not plugged). I left the bike at 1pm and it was ready by 6pm. Here is the thing, the shop was super busy, packed with other customers vehicles , and these guy still got me back in the highway. Two thumbs up to this shop. Thank you thank you thank you!
