Walk in on a Wednesday afternoon. There was no wait time. So thankful that worked out. Gel manicure on natural nail is $33 ($18 basic manicure + $15 gel charge) Basic pedicure is $25 Bringing our grant total to $58.00 cash If you pay with card it is a $2.00 extra feee. I recommend that you bring cash. Very lovely ladies working here. Their color selection is great ! I was recommended to make an appointment next time, by the gentleman, as that is better. Will be back with a scheduled appt.

I did a walk-in at Tranquil Nails & Spa a day before Halloween and they were able to fit me in despite how busy it was. Elle did my nails exactly how I asked. She has good attention to detail and made sure there weren't any imperfections. Their staff are very friendly and attentive. I'll be coming here more often!

My go-to local nail place! They are always responsive, friendly, and quick when I make appointments. I bring in all sorts of design inspiration pictures and they always figure it out! They have an ATM there which makes getting cash for tips easy if I forget ahead of time. I've had my nails done by several different people there and they always turn out great.

Tony did a great job with my gelX nails and even removed my previous acrylic gently! He was very friendly and asked exactly how I wanted my French Tip to be done! Everyone there is very friendly.

Unsanitary pedicure basin missing it's liner.

They had me sit down and insisted on me relaxing and putting my feet in the basin however there was no liner which is use to prevent bacteria and infections from spreading. When I pointed it out to them, they said they bring a liner and about ten minutes later. Still no liner. On top of that, I had previously called asking when they would be available for a pedicure and after I suggested a time, they said just to come in right then, so I figured they'd be available when I got there since they told me to come in. Every manicurist was busy so I was waiting waiting waiting which is when they had me sit in the previously mentioned unsanitary pedicure chair.

Tony did a PHENOMENAL job! Cannot thank him enough for my beautiful ombré, gel X set with cat eyes!!! Absolutely in love!

This business added a $2.00 fee for using my debit card. Also, this business pressured my child to add a design & colors she didn't pick to her gel manicure that I didn't approve of. For gel pedicure & gel manicure $72.00. And employee filed the skin while providing a pedicure. The business prefers cash & penalize for using a card. Too expensive & will not return. read more

I walked into this location November 10 around 7 PM. They had already closed, but they were kind enough to take me in. I went in there just for them to shorten my nose a tiny bit. I ended up leaving with different lengths of nails and polished chipped away one of the ladies had asked me if I wanted to do a full set. I couldn't understand why she was asking me that if I didn't really need one yet until I seen my nails that they were messed up with the file she was using, and she was trying to cover it up by offering me a fail so that I wouldn't notice what she did. I had to take a file that they offered me to take to fix my own nails at home because they obviously couldn't do their job. I still paid them, but I've never going back to this location just to make sure I asked one of the girls I was sitting next to me if I was maybe being a little dramatic on how they left my nails or if I was generally seeing my nails, super crooked in a different length, I had asked her a very specific question do they look square to you and she said no they were completely different lengths and shapes so disappointed I asked for one simple thing, and my nails were screwed up read more

I left a glowing review last time and I jinxed it !! First I asked for stiletto shaped and she gave me almond ., I didn't say anything because the lady is soo sweet and it was close to closing time . Plus they are not ugly . What made me mad is they charged me more for a fill after the fact . I asked the lady who I never saw there before why and she said they had to cut it and reshape it.. the price I paid today was $10 cheaper than a full set and at least I would have gotten the correct shape ! I feel taken advantage . I don't know what the lady who was charging me said in their language ,but after that the other 2 ladies kept explaining that it's cuz the reshape .. feel bad cuz I liked it there but I do t trust them anymore ! read more

I walked in when the place was empty last week for a mani/pedi and finally got seated after they noticed me standing there after a couple minutes. I requested gel nails and a standard pedicure for my vacation. There were two ladies working with me, one for my mani and one for my pedi. The one that was giving me a mani asked if I wanted gel on my toenails too but I declined. Then she asked me again, telling me that my standard pedicure wouldn't last. Which made me wonder if she was saying that because they were doing a crap job? I declined again. Then she kept asking me incessantly. It was very off putting that she was being so pushy. When a customer says, "no thank you", it means "NO". They did a decent job because the nail polish on my toes held up. But I won't go back because I don't care to be harassed or have my request be ignored when I'm paying for a service. I definitely don't recommend this place. read more

I am so annoyed that I have to laugh. The lady that did my nails was kind of rude. She snapped at me a couple times telling me that she knew what she was doing, but my nails are not the length that I wanted and because I didn't wanna sit and argue with her I let her continue so for short acrylic nails she charged me $75! Double of what I pay for extra long. Then she tried to convince me that it was so cheap like as if I'm some 15-year-old that is barely getting their nails done instead of asking me what she could do to make it better . I've gone there for pedicures and they always compliment my nails... and the service that I received was friendly so I decided to give them a chance on a full set . It's my birthday weekend, I'm traveling tomorrow and I hate the way my hands look . I should've known better and gone to my usual spot. read more

When you walk in the door, you are greeted kindly with a huge smile immediately asked what it is that you would need on top of your already booked service. But if you choose to just be a walk-in, they can take you on the spot as well! They didn't clean my kids cuticles for their manicures. They also added glitter to my daughter's hands and no one asked me! Tried pressuring me to do cash or Zelle then charged extra to use a card. Nice people, and my gel manicure was pretty but they convinced me to get the more expensive pedicure but I still walked way with my feet having dry skin which I later removed on my own with a basic ped-egg....... Just not good overall. the kids mani/pedis look like they didn't put any effort into it. My 8 year old could have done a better job. They painted OVER their cuticles and they look so messy. I'm so mad that I spent $170 on that experience. Then Tony guilt tripped me into leaving a larger tip even though they put 0 effort into my kids. I didn't complain to their faces, I just simply won't go back. Update it's been a few days and my toe is in pain!!! She rounded my nails and they're growing into my skin. It hurts. And my manicure is chipping at the tips of my nails. Absolute GARBAGE!!! Waste of money. read more

I will note that the color books are labeled with the same numbers for different colors in different books, so be sure to show your nail tech the exact book/color to prevent mix ups! ***BEWARE***I had a the worst experience at Tranquil Nails. First, I was made to wait nearly 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I was finally seated for my pedicure, the water was ice cold. I asked if it could be warmed, but I was completely ignored while staff continued helping other clients. I ended up adjusting the water myself. To make matters worse, a large portion of their nail color selection was unavailable and marked out. The technician, Victoria, provided subpar service -- the quality of her work did not meet basic standards. Within less than a week, my toenails were already chipping, and my manicure was uneven and poorly filed. See pictures attached from day 8. How is a professional pedicure/manicure that I paid $80 not lasting even two weeks?! The only reason I stayed for the service was because I had a gift card purchased by a family member. At checkout, things became even more frustrating. Victoria claimed she couldn't verify the balance, even though I had a receipt with the amount and date. She then said their machine was down and that they could only accept cash or Zelle, suggesting I use the gift card on a future visit. I explained that I did not plan on returning due to the poor service and asked if they could process the gift card later. She refused, insisted on Zelle, handed me her information, and walked away -- extremely unprofessional. Since then, I've tried contacting the salon to speak with a manager, but have had no success. Calls are either dismissed or I'm told no one is available to help. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and low-quality work. I would not recommend this salon. There are plenty of close by nail salons that offer exceptional service. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place, the workers are very welcoming and so sweet. I came here last minute and they did a wonderful job, very efficient and they know what they are doing. I got seated as soon as I came in, even though they seemed to be super busy and were understaffed. They got to me as soon as they could and I am not disappointed at all with the service I had received. The lady I had is amazing and you can practically talk to her about anything, she ensures that you like what she is doing every step of the way (Sorry I don't remember the name but I believe she manages the place). I got a fill with coffin shape and a design on one nail for each hand for $39 :) If you use card the machine charges $1, so if you come in paying with cash you get a free face mask! Also they have a discount for students and elderly I believe before 4pm! Definitely worth it here and will be coming back again. read more

I'm so glad I found this hidden gem of a nail salon in La Verne and I don't mind the drive from Glendora. I tried many products on my feet and nails to remove the dead skin and callouses, I even had dark spots on my nails. Nothing worked and I thought the damage was permanent. After a few visits to Tranquil Nails, my feet and toes are looking like a fresh new baby girl and I love wearing sandals to show off my fresh feet. I feel like my feet are beautiful again and I get many compliments. The salon is unique, clean, and comfortable inside. The technicians really take their time and are very good at what they do. great service! the place I usually go to was booked so I decided to give this place a try because it was down the street from me. They were very nice and did an amazing job on my nails. The man who did my pedicure gave me the best foot massage of my life and Linda did the cat eye gel manicure and it was such a good look and really took her time and did a good job. I did throughout the week get a couple chips on my nails, could have definitely been my fault for being too rough, but I went in last week to see if they could fix them and they were nothing but kind about helping fix them for me! I have been here twice. One time for a gel pedi/mani and the second time for the organic dip powder. I had a really food experience both times. The ladies here are very nice and welcoming.
