Stumbled into this restaurant because the place we intended to go was closed (and sketchy) It was the best thing we did this month From the cozy decor to the delicious food, everything wss perfect. If I had to nitpic, I would say the rolls were cooked slightly too long but they were still awesome. Meatball pizza, butternut squash ravioli, eggplant Parmesan and lava cake made the three of us happy! Definitely glad I found this place.

A local spot in Henderson, this place hits on all points. We have been wanting to try this place for a while and took full advantage when this opportunity came about. The place is tiny but the service is great with the one server, I think one of the owners. The menu is large for sure. We chose a fettuccine shrimp scampi and an eggplant parmigiana dish. They started the meal with their dipping knots served hot with the balsamic dipping sauce. Delicious. The timing for the meal was great as we didn't feel rushed. When the meal arrived we were not disappointed. Both dishes were plentiful and delicious. 10/10. We saved room for dessert as we took home a portion of our meals. The dessert, house made pistachio and salted caramel gelato, both flavors were fantastic. They complemented each other and had an amazing texture. Definitely recommend for a mom and pop authentic Italian meal.

Found this little cozy Italian restaurant when I was visiting my mother and aunt. We wanted Italian and this restaurant had good reviews. It is a cute, small restaurant and our server was very nice. She noted that they just started serving Sunday dinners. It was pretty steady and she was by herself. She let us know that she will do her best to get us things in a timely manner. We ordered the following: Cesar salad Italian salad Lasagna Cioppino The only issue was that the lasagna wasn't temperature hot. It was very tasty but it should have been warmer. We were pretty hungry so my mom didn't want to say anything. Other than that, our meal was good. I would certainly return. Again, we had a small hiccup but the food was tasty.

Came in for another Margherita pizza today. It was much different than the one we had here a few years back, thinner crust & delicious sauce. See the Italian flag; red, white & green - delicious. This is my new favorite sauce, hands down.

What a great hidden gem in Henderson! We went as a group for my moms birthday and they were so accommodating. Food was fresh and great! So many handmade items and perfect flavor. The portions were just right and even the pizzas were top notch. I highly recommend for a family dinner or a date night. Support local!!!

When you walk in it is the cutest little italian diner. Very traditional feel. The service is amazing. Very attentive and helpful. Now the food... absolutely amazing. Everything you can tell is made in house. Great portions for being homemade, sometimes fancy pasta restaurants have small plates but this is the perfect plate. 10/10 will be back for a date night for sure!!!

We wanted to do a small Valentine's dinner, and we wanted it to be pasta/Italian. I had a doctor's appointment late that day, so I just wanted to go to place close to home that I could have some good food. Walking in, the space is a bit tight, but I knew that would be the case because this restaurant sits in the remains of the pizza shop that I had my first Las Vegas meal at (well, the first one after moving into my very first apartment about 2 decades ago). Who knew that the slice I had while waiting for something at Washinton Mutual (two doors down, that became a Chase and is now shuttered) would become one of my new favorite restaurants? Well, it's tight, but it's well situated and nicely decorated. The vibe is super cozy and comfortable. I loved how comfortable the chairs are. The tables are also nice and big, making it easy for sharing plates. It was busy, so we had to wait a bit to be seated for our reservation, but I didn't mind. The service here is incredible. The servers all care and we had a lovely time. I really enjoyed the conversations I had with everyone that spoke with us. Now, to the most important part, the food. Hot d@mn! This place has good food, with great portions. We had the caprese, which was fresh and lovely. The calamari were crispy and perfectly seasoned. Both of our pastas were incredible and heated well for leftovers. And the desserts? Get out of here, the chocolate mousse cake was to die for. We were told that because they're so small, reservations should be made on weekends, but weekdays should be easy to walk in. Absolutely coming back!!!

Our first time here was on Christmas Eve, after church. The interior was small, but cozy. All the staffs were very friendly. My husband loved their complimentary pizza bread for the flavor & freshness. We had the trio seafood appetizer, which was delicious with shrimp, calamari & zucchini. My son had the kids spaghetti with meatballs. Unfortunately, the meatballs were still red in the center. We sent it back for food safety reasons. While the noodles were al dente, but the meatballs wasn't tasty - lacked herbs (onion or garlic). I had the chicken pistachio with asparagus - tasty, but my chicken was a bit dry. My hubby had the pasta rigatoni with Ragu & red sauce - he liked his entree. To be honest, this review is 3.5 stars, rounded up to four stars. The service was extremely SLOW!! It literally took half an hour for our entrees to come out; and the restaurant was only filled at 50 percent capacity. I was a little annoyed; especially when the table that came in after us got their food first. There was only one server that night - understaffed.

Absolutely deliciously, delectable food that feels like you're eating in an Italian grandma's home but in a wonderful upscale way. A family runs the place. One of the owners greeted us and was so warm and welcoming when we came in. We had the regular knots they serve, garlic knots and truffle fries for appetizers. They were all delicious. For entrees, we had rigatoni and meatballs, fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti carbonara with guanciale. Everything was excellent but the spaghetti carbonara stole the show. It was indescribably good. Ambiance, service and food were all amazing. The food is made fresh with authentic ingredients. It takes time. Order a glass of wine and an appetizer. I definitely recommend Trattoria Rustica and will definitely be back. This should a weekly dining experience.

I'm a foodie and I have finally found an Italian restaurant that has a special place in my heart. My favorite dish here is the chicken piccata, I'm very use to a lot of Italian places making the sauce with a haven't about of butter or oil but this place makes it just right. The people who work here are so nice and welcoming and the food is always amazing I highly recommend you check out this place and let the food speak for its self.

A very good, small family owned restaurant. (Love that they actually speak Italian while preparing the food) near the Hobby Lobby. The Cioppino was how I remembered it from when I was younger... pasta is not needed (but can be added) for this amazing seafood stew. The portions are big & taste freshly made. Wine and beer both are served.

I have been to Pizzeria Bianco and this place comes as a second. The pizza has a fresh taste and a perfect crunch to it. One of my margarita pizzas, a small, was served burnt :(. But the ones that were not burnt were delicious. I was with a large group of 9 and we are teens so the service was a bit slow towards us. Once we started paying the server brightened up, it was sweet to see. The team is full of sweethearts and the food is delicious. If you're young, make sure to show you have the money upfront and don't be too loud.

We were in the area shopping and wanted meet friends for an informal dinner and conversation. Based on the Yelp reviews, Trattoria Rustica seemed like it would be perfect. Walking in, we were warmly greeted by Angela, one of the owners (her husband, the chef, was busy in the kitchen). Angela came by to get our drink orders. They have Goose Island IPA! A major plus in my book. I went with the Risotto Norcina ($31.15). Huge portion of delicious risotto with a mild cream sauce and tons of sausage and mushrooms. FABULOUS DISH!!! My wife got the stuffed shells special. Comes with a meat sauce. Also good. And too large a portion to finish in one sitting. Service was excellent with Angela coming by multiple times to make sure everything was going well. Only gripe - They add 4% on to the price of every dish if you pay with a credit card. Don't get me wrong - they have to pay Visa 4% when someone uses a card to pay for dinner. They should just let you know that up front that there is that additional charge coming ahead of time. Is that a deal breaker - absolutely not. I will definitely be back when I am in the area to try one of the other dishes (and maybe I will bring cash to pay for the meal).

We drove 30 minutes to try this restaurant, and it was so worth it! The pizza dough.... It is SO good. They use the same dough to make their complimentary knot rolls. The meatballs- they're out of this world! I don't usually care for meatballs but wow this was just on another level of goodness. I can see myself craving this. The calamari was fried to perfection as well. The vodka penne was REALLY GOOD. Can't wait to try more of their pastas! Lastly, the desserts we tried were okay but not the stars of the show, and they ran out of tiramisu so we'll be back to try it next time. read more

Absolutely adorable hidden gem.Clean, with friendly staff who made great recommendations. Had the eggplant parm and it was seriously on point. Tiramisu was the perfect ending to a great meal. This is the best Italian restaurant in NV! You couldn't ask for anything better, unless you were in Italy! Molto bene! Magnifico! My wife and I have struggled finding authentic Italian cuisine since moving here and we were so relieved when we visited Trattoria Rustica. They even have panettone! We absolutely loved the pizza and the pasta. The employees speak Italian and it is music to my ears! They speak English as well. The employees are attentive e molto bello! Such a great little family owned restaurant. The husband is the chef and his wife was our waitress. Everything was delicious. Started off with the complimentary bread knots with marinara sauce. Then the Caesar salad. I really like that they make their dressing fresh daily. For dinner I shared the Farfalle al Salmone which is served al dente. The portion sizes here are very generous. Even with 2 of us sharing, there were still leftovers. I've never had salmon in little pieces with my bow tie pasta. Just an excellent experience and I'd definitely come back to try more. Fantastic little restaurant with homemade Italian dishes. I love the pizza, ravioli (both lobster & cheese), calamari. Want to try the mozzarella balls. The owner and his wife create a friendly atmosphere to dine in or take out. The food is amazing. Everyone I bring here loves it. The garlic knots are incredible, the Four Cheese Pizza is the BEST pizza in Vegas (try it with pepperoni added on top) and the entrees are delicious and authentic...right out of Italy. Visited this place today because I saw so many positive comments about it on social media, little did I know that it is the sister store to Trattoria Italia on Eastern Ave until after we sat down & were informed of such by our waiter. Their location on Eastern Avenue has never been really good! I thought it would be rude to get up and walk out. So... We ordered the bruschetta, which was actually served on toasted crostinis and not bread, which were so small and very stale, and the menu didn't mention the vinegar drizzle. One of us had a bowl of pasta fagioli soup which was dished out by the serving & microwaved to heat it up. Very noticeably so by the heat markings on the bowl. Entrées were from the "fresh pasta" section, fettuccine noodles with Bolognese and the fresh pasta ravioli capri with marinara sauce. The raviolis were actually served with "pizza" sauce and not marinara sauce and were delivered out cold. The sauce also had a noticeable added sugar taste. The fettuccine meat was far from homemade. Questioning the noodles as well. We're true foodies, so we know! Cannot and will not recommend this place to anyone. But I guess if you are a Green Valley resident, which is a restaurant wasteland, you might think this is a great add to the area. Sadly, it is not. **Ninni: I mentioned "your" other location, in regards to your remark (below) about this review. All anyone has to do is pull up both menus. Why are you trying to sidestep the affiliation? Also, your 2nd comment of which you deleted your original, is very snarky. You need to grow from this, it's called "constructive criticism." IMO, the food needs to be better!! read more

OMG!!! This Italian restaurant is absolutely amazing!! If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would! First off, the bread and sauce are so fresh and made with high quality ingredients!!! The 4 cheese pizza add chicken is to die for and the chocolate mousse cake was absolutely delicious!!! The customer service is unmatched, everyone introduced themselves to me, and made me feel very welcomed into their restaurant. These guys are actually from Italy, accents and all! This was our first time here, and we've never been to the other one either. We ordered an Insalata Italia, Bruschetta, Augie's Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti & Meatballs, and Lemon Cake. Everything was absolutely fantastic! What a great find! We watched them making pizzas the whole time and next time we're coming back for pizza. It looks amazing! read more

OMG ..... I've never written a review for anywhere before, but this is my 3rd time here and to say I'm impressed is an understatement... everything I've eaten here has always been so AMAZING and the bread they give you when you come in, it ALWAYS tastes like it JUST came out of the oven. We had visitors from out of state, who wanted to get a pizza. I would love to give a better review because its possible they are better than we experienced. Tuesday may be a bad night. Anyway, we ordered online. Big mistake as it was difficult to navigate the menu to pick toppings. Placed the order and was surprised at the cost, over $35 for 16" pie. Oh well, quantitative easing. Picked up the order and it looked ok at first glance but it was seriously undercooked in the center, almost raw, barely firm enough to hold up for a bite. Too bad because there was a possibility it might have been an excellent pizza had it been cooked correctly. The crust had a nice taste where it was cooked. Also for $35, they could put more of the toppings, not just a few bits here and there. I would like to try again, but next time will request to cook our pie longer to crisp up the crust in the center. read more

The service was ok. It wasn't busy and we had to ask for things rather than us getting checked in on but they were friendly and polite. The food was good but it didn't wow my pallet. We got the penne a la vodka and lasagna both dishes were good. We also had the cannoli and tiramisu the cannoli was my favorite. The tiramisu tasted dry and had a fridge like taste to it. I probably won't be back because the prices were too high for the overall experience. It was very clean atmosphere and the ambiance was relaxing. My glass of Chianti was my favorite. read more

Wow!! Do yourself a favor and RUN to this little gem!!! Small, quaint, incredible place. Our family of 5 each ordered something different and LOVED all of it. A most unique dinner as well as amazing food! We had the restaurant to ourselves because of a police action on Stephanie street (https://www.ktnv.com/traffic/police-activity-on-sunset-and-stephanie-rtc-advises-to-avoid-area) closing access to and from the restaurant. Our friend who was meeting us there had to turn around and go home as she couldn't get near the place with the 30-plus car police presence. So what were we to do but sit back, relax and enjoy the marvelous meal! Everything was outstanding from the fresh pizza dough knots served when you sit down, to the differently flavored-than-usual bruschetta, a lovely Caesar salad with nice creamy dressing (you can actually taste the anchovy), we then had Chicken Parm which was as good as any I've had and spaghetti with clams (same). Having read how much people love their pizza, I even ordered one to take home for lunch the next day - outstanding, best pizza in town! If you don't mind watching dogs put their paws on the table, or slopping their jowls in their floor water dish next to you while you're eating then this is your place! Two of the four tables being served were occupied by people bringing in their animals to hang out with them while they ate when we went here. Service was fine, the food was Mmmm, average. I sent back a very salty mussels and clams appetizer and there were no issues from the staff whatsoever to replace it. OK, they didn't make a new dish, they just pulled out the shellfish, changed out the broth and put the same shellfish back in from the first one (I know because the same empty, slightly broken mussel shell was in the "new" one). My thin-crust Pizza was truly done to absolute perfection, *sigh* but to me the sauce and crust were bland. Great looking, though! The wife's pasta dish was fine by her. However, one of the waitresses seemed a bit lost and unsure of what was happening. Despite this, the pasta is also very good, and the mozzarella balls are fantastic, making it worth a visit for the food alone. I dined here on a bustling Saturday night and, despite the 40-minute wait while I was hungry, it was absolutely worth it! The staff was remarkably attentive and friendly, going as far as offering me some prosciutto when they learned I wasn't a fan. I opted for the gnocchi tricolore, which featured three distinct sauces on the gnocchi. While pesto is usually my go-to, the four cheese sauce was surprisingly delicious!
