    Two Eggs Any Style*

We came here for brunch on a Saturday, as it's located inside the Kimpton Journeyman Hotel, which opens at 8 AM on Saturday and Sunday. We booked on OpenTable to be safe, but the restaurant wasn't busy when we were there. It definitely started getting busier closer to 9 AM. We appreciated the quick and friendly service of the staff. Serving portions were very large for the price of the entrées. I also appreciated that I could have a latte with oat milk. For two people each with a drink and an entrée each, came out to about $60 not including tip. If you're staying at the Kimpton Journeyman Hotel and booked with any ability to get free breakfast credits, you can use them here, by charging the breakfast to your room.

Food that should be hot is served hot! hallelujah! Like the potatoes, falafel, and lentil soup. The lamb and hummus were tasty. The presentation of dishes is enjoyable. However, the dishes overall fell short on favor. It was either strong pepper or little or no seasoning at all. On the positive side, they don't try to make it up with more salt. But where are the other herbs and spices? There are many flavors from the Mediterranean. Great place for location, seating time, service, and presentation, but is is not the Tre Rivali of years past.

Stopped in here on a Saturday in June for a quick, early dinner before a concert. The patio is beautiful, sunny and comfortable, and the restaurant is part of the Kimpton Journeyman hotel. We had low expectations for a hotel restaurant, but Tre Rivali stands head and shoulders above typical hotel offerings. Service was friendly and staff was helpful and gave great recommendations on which dishes would be fastest. The Lamb Kawarma was absolutely delicious - fresh, tasty and quite filling for 2 people to share as a light dinner (we added a side salad). Getting the check delayed us a little, as our server disappeared and no one else wanted to take over her table. However, we'd definitely go again - but with a little more time to enjoy the food and ambiance.

Another amazing hotel restaurant? Listen. I know this is typically kind of an anomaly. I travel a lot and can attest many, many hotel restaurants are pretty ho-hum. But, I do think that Milwaukee may just be the exception here. And, certainly Tre Rivali, located inside the Journeyman Hotel, is absolutely the exception. Chic and modern with a menu that intrigues and cocktails that delight, I have had many wonderful experiences here. Their meat and cheese boards are epic and well priced. I've ordered and quite enjoyed their scallops that come served with truffled parsnip cream, brown butter, hazelnut, brussels sprout leaves. Divine. It's not a hearty dish, though, so if you tend toward a hearty appetite, I'd recommend a starter of some kind. Or, perhaps dessert? Their cocktails are all well made and they have a firm grasp on the classics (they make a mean classic old fashioned and Manhattan). The service is always lovely. Get to it!

Cozy restaurant, with a bar and many tables available. Pizzas are really good with thin crust and great flavor. Service is good as well - very attentive. Not greatest wine list, but good options.

Came here for breakfast while at the hotel. Nice ambiance and decent menu. Food was consistent. Ordered pancakes which were pretty good. Eggs were good. Farmers omelette was good as well. Service was a little slow so give some time.

Came by myself for dinner and loved the overall atmosphere of the place! Indoor and outdoor seating with a variety of choices both low and high top. I appreciated that they had the door open for air flow! Food was delicious! I had the baba ganoush which was made a bit differently than I have had it before (probably cause it was traditionally made) but really loved the jam (sweet!) they mixed in on top, really pulled all the flavors together! campanelle was my favorite, big fan of mushrooms!! And the espresso martini?? MADE PERFECTLY!! My waitress was really great too, gave me good recommendations and took a drink off my tab when I didnt care for it!! Looking forward to coming back :)

Wow! I was absolutely loving our time together with my parent for an amazing dinner at Tre Rivali! From the moment we walked in the service from the staff was warm and inviting. The restaurant is very nice and liked the vibe of the decor. It's relaxed and very nicely decorated. Okay the important part- the menu had so many options that looked great. After a few sips of my amazing old fashioned... which is a must i decided to go the Scallops which were some for the best I have had. We topped it off with the Bondino for dessert... wow !!! Tre Rivali is a must!

This restaurant has been on my list for a long time. For our appetizer, we ordered the hummus, which originally only came with 2 small pieces of pita for 3 people ($13). Was a bit surprising, but our waitress kindly brought us more upon asking. Our cocktails were very icy. For my main I ordered the Campanelle, which was very rich and creamy. It was a bit dense for me, but that may just be my taste. Our waitress was very attentive. The space itself is pleasant looking, and I enjoyed the lighting which wasn't striking but nicely dim.

I stopped in this morning for some coffee and an Avocado toast. I decided to choose to sit outside this morning to get to enjoy the the weather that we were having. It was quiet outside, good music playing in the background, and great-great food. The service was great, Chelsea was awesome, Thanks!!

Always an amazing time and great wait staff. Been here a few times but was unaware of the seasonal changes, so if there's something you absolutely loved ask and they can sometimes make it. The food is always on point with great portions.

Fucking love this place…read more If there is a highly rated small plates place in a location we are visiting, you can count on us to find it. We walked literally thirty minutes to this place from our hotel. It was a lovely walk in early August. We had a 5:45pm reservation on a Thursday (we are old now) and we were seated immediately. Service was excellent. Ok so they have a fantastic cocktail menu. I appreciate any cocktail menu that is more complex than vodka and cranberry juice but this takes it to another level of creativity. I also like how they name them with numbers. It's so much easier to say "I'll have a 42" rather than "I will have a duperbeamerscicle". I started with an "88" with pisco, rose-poached strawberry, amontillado sherry, verjus, rose port, and pink peppercorn. Served in a highball glass and garnished with berries. Very refreshing. GF started with the "91" mezcal, passion fruit, poblano, pineapple, amaro, lime. Gorgeous and chic. Very strong, smoky flavor. When in Rome, so the cheese plate did not feel like an option. Four fantastic cheeses were served with very tasty candied nuts, some jam business, grapes, and some of the best bread I have had on a cheese plate. Thick, soft, and fluffy. Paired absolutely perfectly with cheese. Only complaint is that I wish there was more of it. I haven't had deviled eggs in a minute so I went wild and also had the chili crisp deviled eggs which were SPECTACULAR. I also got the Egyptian fried cauliflower which is served on a smear of harissa and lemon tahini. Very flavorful. Star of the show tbh was the tagliatelle with squash, tomato, these fried cheese crisps. The noodles were al dente and SO GOOD in such a wonderful sauce. GF also got the steak, she says "very good seasoning". I helped her out with the kimchi pancake. Wonderful. Such a great sauce. For our second round of dranks we both went with the "77" makrut lime vodka, tamarind, bird's eye chili, cilantro, lime, lemongrass. Very tamarind forward. Very unique. I can see why it's our server's favorite drink on the menu. The desserts looked really good (something with sticky rice I think it was a cocktail and a bread budding that looked fantastic) but we just weren't feeling it.

The deviled eggs were easily our favorite and are an absolute must-order. We also loved the flatbread with fiddleheads, which featured a delicious curry-inspired flavor that reminded us of an Indian dish. My husband couldn't stop talking about the bread pudding and said it was one of the best desserts he's had. Everything we tried was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. If we lived in Milwaukee, Odd Duck would absolutely become one of our regular spots. We can't wait to come back the next time we're in town.
