I have been here multiple times and it's always the same. If you want assistance you have to use the kiosk. You bring the shoe to the unit and scan the information. You pick your color and size. You enter your name and the area you can be found. Then you wait. It's like pulling teeth to get them to return to check on you. I had boxed up the shoes and was ready for additional shoes to try on. Again, no floor person to provide help. I have to go back to the kiosk to get additional assistance. A royal pain in the butt. What has happened to providing customer service? It's of no value at this business. I did buy 2 pairs of shoes. Now that I know my size I'll simply buy them from the company directly or shop on amazon. For a few dollars more I think it will be worth my sanity. While I'm on a roll I suppose I should mention the check out process. That's about the same as the floor staff. Useless! I spent over $370 on 2 sets of shoes. On clouds and Hokas. The dude at the register states " you want to save $10, I'll enter your phone number, no email is needed". Well he doesn't tell you the $10 off isn't for another 6 months! Just in case you return the shoes. What a crock of crap! Very deceptive. No stars! RIPOFF!! They bought our used treadmill (which we originally bought from them new…read moreseveral years ago) and an elliptical in December. When they picked it up the delivery guy said he didn't have a check but they would mail us one. Several weeks later, after several unreturned calls, find out they had gone out of business, then in bankruptcy. Any outlet location we go to or call, doors are locked and calls go to voicemail. They were supposedly bought by Johnson Equipment. Went by there today and the location has a for lease sign and there's nothing but a desk inside. I guess you only need a desk and phone to steal.
