Came here Saturday after the 4th for lunch. The place was very busy so we sat at the bar, where the bartenders were running around like crazy. Our guy still managed to be pretty attentive although at the end the cappuccino took a while, so it was on the house, which was nice. The food was delicious! I had a ham and cheese panini with a chickpea salad. Not sure what the person I was with got as it was consumed in .5 seconds. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again. read more

I didn't get to visit Trevi this summer during my annual short trip to the Cape but it is a memorable spot I will for sure visit next year. SUCH high quality food, innovative menu, cute interior We ate at the bar so the service was fine. This outdoor mall is quaint. I stay in Osterville, so it's about 25 min I think each way but LA people don't balk at such drives to dinner and I can't remember everything we ordered but the lamp lollipops were quite something. The food here was excellent, and priced as such. I ordered the seared chicken on a brick, which was excellent and very reminiscent of thanksgiving, with a great stuffing to accompany the chicken. Chicken skin for the most part was crisp with just the right amount of salt. Could have been a touch jucier for the chicken, but I wasn't complaining. The desert was also awesome. The service was nice and the waiter was good, but the place is quite tiny. It didn't help that we had no idea they were having a wine tasting dinner that night, which shut off half off the restaurant, allowing four tables that seat two people a piece...the place was packed by the time we left. I'd give 5 stars if the service was better, my hubby and I came here after doing some shopping. I got the impression we were putting them out or something by asking for a table for two. The waiter was polite but none of the staff seemed all that happy to be there and that does rub off on the customers. The Mac n' cheese and 4 layer chocolate torte were delicious. Looking for a nice outdoor cafe after shopping and found Trevi. The food was outstanding, the service was awesome. I had the meatball grinder with a salad-delicious! My daughter loved the fries and my nephew gulped down the BLTA sandwich. I strongly suggest that you try this place in the Mashpee Commons. read more

Going into this restaurant, I did not have high expectations. I thought it would be the typical expensive restaurant without the delivery of its worth. However, they completely proved me wrong! Every choice on their menu was their own distinct recipe, nothing you could find anywhere else. The tapas were very filling, and their dessert was not too sweet but sweet enough! Highly recommend to try this place. They are placed beautifully next to a fountain on Market Street, and had very sweet waitresses and service. Their drinks aren't too bad, either. read more

This place is fantastic. Today I had the Lamb Souvlaki for lucnch. $15.00. Mid-rare deliciousness on a pita with feta cheese, olives, cucumbers and a nice tatziki sauce with a green salad. I had my expectations set pretty high from the last meal I had here and I was not disappointed. Delicious and a decent portion, I was full. If I had the means and a super fast metabolism, I would eat here every day. It's that good. Before I leave the Cape, I'll be back to sample something else. SERIOUSLY, try the braised short rib. It was so so delicious I wanted to finish the dish even though my stomach wanted to burst open. We had the tzatziki and pita bread appetizer which was delicious. UNRESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT! My family has had our NY Eve family dinner here for the past 4 years. I am not sure if they are under new management this year, but my sister, brother and I have all tried calling multiple times to make a reservation and have yet to receive a call back. My sister called twice, I called twice and my brother once. It is my elderly parents favorite place and I am not sure how many more NY Eve's they have to enjoy going out. The staff is very kind and I am certain they are giving them the messages because they are apologetic and embarrassed when I call. They keep saying that the manager is "unsure of what the reservation system will be this year". Regardless, this is no way to treat long time patrons. read more

Pros: Very good wine, cheese bar -- excellent wine list, reasonable prices, and tasty cheeses. There aren't many wine and cheese places in Boston, so this was a treat to find. Cons: The lighting is way too bright for a wine bar, it almost kept us from going inside. I'm glad we went anyway, but we had doubts because of the bright/chain-like lighting. The service was meh - our server ignored us for long stretches and wasn't too helpful in answering our questions. But I'd still give it four stars b/c I think the cons are easy fixes, probably just because they're so new. read more

Fantastic cheese and meat boards. Tzatsiki was on point, and the accompanying pita crisps were delicious. Extensive wine list, as well as a great liquor list for those looking for a little more. Staff was great and accommodating. I started with "I need a drink" and had one in my hand less than a few minutes later (and the staff was hilariously entertained by my bluntness). Every summer my family spends a decent amount of time in Mashpee... as much as I love to try different eateries in the area, we always always always go back to Trevi. Seriously maybe twice a week, sometimes three. Their drinks are perfection, and the food - - my husband and I usually order 5-7 plates to share. The meatballs are great, Mac and cheese is so flavorful, the Brussels sprouts mmmm. Oh and the potatoes! The atmosphere is the best, too. We always sit outside. The only so-so thing I'll say is the Caesar dressing can be a little bit heavy for some tastes- I just order it on the side or light dressing, and the salad is perfect. Food quality was top notch, we had a cheese plate w/ 3 choices of cheese, all the cheeses were superior, the blue was one of the best blues I have had. A little bit of honey, and olives, and blanched almonds was on the side and all very high quality. We had another app, and a couple of small plates. Everything was fresh, with interesting recipes, and high food quality. Beer selection was a little weak, I know its a wine bar, but it wouldn't kill them to carry a few more craft beers, or learn how to pour the beers they have. The hostess was great, she was personable and accomodating. Our server was a little off, he seemed sick. I hope he wasn't sick. I hope it was just allergies. Not a terrible server, just a little off. Long time to acknowledge us when we first sat, and slow to notice we wanted more drinks, that sort of thing. Room is OK, smallish, a little crowded and awkward. But the outdoor seating area looks like it would fantastic on a warm night, or for lunch on a sunny afternoon. So, yeah, it was good. read more

Outside dining is great. Service mediocre. Waitress had too many tables and was inattentive. Chowder was cold. Took 20 minutes to get the dessert menu and coffee. Took another 30 to get the check. She never asked if we were all set. Just dropped the glass with the check on the table. Poor management but nice atmosphere. read more

We did not like that after 1 hour the attendant came to us and said there is a next party is coming up in 30 minutes and we should be mindful. We understand the the management wants to maximize profit, but restricting customers to 1.5 hours and insisting on this is a bit of overstretch. Bumped into this place while in Mashpee Commons - they had a sign on the curb announcing they served lunch. Their menu has an extensive wine and alcohol list and I trust they know their stuff when it comes to this - however - my guest and I were not in the mood for a drink and were looking forward to a light lunch. The lunch menu was a bit limited however the description of the panini sandwich caught our eye. The waitress came over and reviewed the specials - and I was intrigued with the eggplant sandwich - so two sandwiches were ordered The most remarkable feature of both of our sandwiches was the bread - it was like trying to bite through a crouton! I've had this bread before (focaccia) and it usually is crusty- but this was waaaaay beyond. It was so tough it started to cut up the roof of my mouth. My guest and I were reduced to opening up the sandwich to eat its contents- my eggplant with fresh mozzarella was delicious but barely enough to feel satisfied. I was disappointed with the side salad as it was just a bunch of leafy green lettuce with balsamic dressing- very underwhelming. Overall both my guest and I had decided we would have had a better lunch at the nearby Panera- Sorry to have chosen this place. read more
