At many Med Spas there is a heavy push for add on services but at Be Clinical they explain the benefits of their various services and are honest and will steer you away from treatments that are not appropriate. So, if you're looking for Med Spas treatments from vitamin injections to more advanced procedures I highly recommend you check them out. Watch for their Open House events where you can get an evaluation for the various treatments that are right for you.

Every time I deal with them, I have to anticipate problems or advocate for myself. I bought a package and planned out what I treatments I would get over the course of six months, and the front desk lost the plan...twice. Prescriptions were sent to the wrong address. I once emailed with a question about extending my plan and never heard back, only to be told *I* made the mistake not knowing that the person I emailed had left the company. (I was also told that there was no way for them to know that I had emailed and there's no system for forwarding emails sent to employees who have left, which is utter B.S.) Other times I've called and tried to get help on something basic, only to get a "we won't do that " from the front desk -- I had to go to management for something that should have been an immediate "sure," especially for someone who had shelled out thousands of dollars for a "membership." Front desk staff has also shamed me for not doing all of my treatments 1x/mo (my life was total chaos -- major move, death in the family, job upheaval) and basically said I'd compromised all of my treatments by not doing them once a month. (It seems to have gotten better, but for awhile, the attitude from the front desk was really, really bad. Distinctly unhelpful and borderline snarky.) Then there was the time I went for one treatment and only realized after they'd pulled the machine up that they'd pulled the wrong machine -- they hadn't looked at my treatment plan. Then once I had a really painful treatment, only to be told AFTER the fact that I should have been given the stronger numbing cream, not the weak numbing cream. (Why have two? Why not just give everyone the strong one?) And once when I got botox, I specifically asked that the injector do it the way the previous injector there had done it (I didn't want too much botox), but there were no records or notes on what had been done before, and the new injector shot me up with far more botox than I needed or wanted. So, fine for the treatments themselves, but the place is far from a well-oiled machine in terms of management. You have to be super on top of them and expect them to fail. You have to ask them to keep records and look up records. You have to ask them explicitly to tell you how to prepare for treatments -- they'll just space on telling you. I get the sense that even the women doing the treatments know that the front desk/admin is hopeless.

Hello World, The…read moreintent of this review is to summarize my journey with LeanMD. I started my journey April 28th, 2019 weighing in at about 355 Lbs and as of January 1st, 2020 I was down to 280 and still counting down. Down -75Lbs in 8 months. Before entrusting this program, I was lost and scared that I was going to die quite literally.. I was literally killing myself with food due to down spiraling mindset. The worst part was knowing I am killing myself and still being powerless over my own decisions and actions. I was so sad, depressed, angry, resentful, and not in a good place. It is very rare to find genuine people whose sole purpose is to empower others with no expectation of us returning the favor. I was very reluctant to take the advice that was given due to many times trying and failing before. So I thought, "How is this going to be any different?" I was in denial about everything in my life, partly because I felt I had done everything in my power to lose weight on my own and to show any progress toward a healthier way of living. I realized I was powerless over my own decisions and I had no control over my destructive patterns of food choices and I came to realize how I was completely addicted to all the wrong things. Merli, Jonnesha, and Sarina have to be some of the most compassionate empathetic and kind people I have ever met. It never mattered if I had a good week or bad week or an okay week they were there by my side every step of the way. They helped me open my eyes to see my worth and to recognize just how valuable I am, as me. There came a point in my life where I contemplated a lot of things but I never knew life would have been one of them. I developed a sick mentality over time and I remember thinking at one point, "If I was going to die I was going to go out eating everything that made me feel good about myself in my life. If I've learned anything from this program, I've learned that micro steps equals macro wins. If I just take things minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, week by week, month by month, year by year, or decade by decade, that I can achieve anything I set my mind to. I know it sounds cliche, but by having the accountability, empathy, and to truly feel the genuine passion of my LeanMD team of wanting to make me better, some times more than I wanted to make me better, it instilled a strong belief in myself to succeed. Jonnesha taught me that emotions are like the weather they change every day and that every new day is a new start. I have the ability to live my life by Design instead of letting it pass me by; if I just focus on taking small steps towards a sustainable lifestyle. For me, it was never about calories in or calories out, or eat this eat that. They gave me structure, confidence, and validation that I was right to feel how I was feeling in that moment. They validated everything that I needed in order to accept my situational circumstances of being so far away from where I want to be which allowed me to see the path to where I want to go. The first few months were brutal and I contemplated if I was going to do be able to do this at all, but with the help of Merli, Jonnesha, Sarina, and Dr. Sayles, I was able to overcome my emotional barriers that kept me from progressing. After I was able to get my mind back on track after a few months, I gained so much confidence in the program and in myself! I knew the LeanMD Team just wanted the best for me because they have shown such genuine empathy towards me as a person and my goals. I will forever be grateful to this LeanMD team for helping me get my life back and give me a second chance to live the life I always thought I would live. They have taught me that it's never too late to be what I could have been and they have helped me connect with my life-long dream of becoming a motivational speaker and to continue my goals of opening a nonprofit for other dreamers to fulfill their dreams and to reach ultimate peace. I am beyond blessed for the help LeanMD has provided me. When I say I tried everything, I truly feel that I tried everything. I was even contemplating gastric bypass surgery. I probably did every fad diet you can think of, every type of workout, read books, but at the end of the day sometimes we know exactly what we really need to do but there's a mental block the forces us to avoid all difficult things. This journey has allowed me to understand who I am and why I am the way I am, not to mention, where I truly developed these bad habits and why. The quote "Everyone dies, but very few live." has never been so clear to me. The ladies, (Merli, Jonnesha, Sarina) have helped me understand the strong foundation from which I come from. A strong foundation helped me develop such a bigger vision for where I want to go, which ultimately allows me to be 1000% focus in the present which is going to help me progress that much more in my personal and physical development. I hope the doctors read the reviews that are being left because your front line represents the first interaction of your business and it was very unpleasant and left a bad taste in my mouth. I have been there 3 times now and have received the same snarky tone and attitude each time. I have called in once to ask a question and before I was finished, I was cut off. Common courtesy is a standard practice in any business not only because you represent that business but because you're a human being. Do better.

This is a long pending review that I have been meaning to write for over 6 months now…read more I have always struggled with weight fluctuations. With that came a whole lot of other issues like PCOS, hormonal imbalances, low energy, high triglycerides etc etc. That's when I discovered LeanMD and started the program with Dr Temkin's team (specifically Kayoko). At first it may seem like a standard calorie deficit diet program. When you combine that, with regular exercise, low carb diet, their supplements and weekly accountability check ins, it makes all the difference. I went from 160lbs down to 136lb in my first 12 months. Then took a break due to travel and other engagements and I was able to sustain the weight loss with slight increase of 3lbs(I have been eating regular diet/not on low carb). I was able to fight my PCOS and get my regular cycles back. My hair/skin also improved dramatically (thanks H2O). The biggest value add for me personally working with Kai! She is awesome and keeps it real! This is a lifestyle changing and definitely sustainable program. I highly recommend!

I let the receptionist know I confirmed my appointment and that I received an OK. After showing the receptionist the text thread, She stated to the lady sitting at the desk that I did indeed confirm my appointment to which the angry lady replied "I never received it". The receptionist stated she would look into seeing if I could be seen still and I asked to use the restroom while she checked to see if the Doctor would see me. When I returned to the front desk-the receptionist was explaining to me how important it was for me to confirm my appointments as soon as I receive the text. I simply replied how I had been in meetings all day ( mind you this was the day before Thanksgiving, and I was already stressed because it was my 1st year to host Thanksgiving), and the receptionist replied with "we don't know that your in meetings". As soon as I was going to apologize to the receptionist, the angry lady sitting at the desk tries to start going off on me and I put my hand up to stop her. I then looked at the receptionist and stated " I'm good" and I left the office. Yesterday I received a letter from this office telling me that Dr. Temkin can no longer see me due to my behavior between his office. Not once did I raise my voice nor did I say anything rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR unless you want to be spoken to poorly by the staff. Mind you the receptionist was very kind and professional. However-the lady that does the scheduling-GET RID OF HER. BTW-because of this lady I wouldn't have set foot back there anyway. So they wasted a stamp . I still have the text with all of the confirmations showing I confirmed my appointment and asking her not to cancel my appointment and that I did in fact confirm my appointment. Very sad!
