My favorite smoothie spot in the area!! Island Green is by far my favorite and honestly I haven't tried any of the other smoothies but they all sound delicious. I'm really impressed with this place. Both times I went I got the Bahama Mama smoothie. It taste just like a Strawberry Pina Colada, so delicious. Also, compared to other smoothie places, they give you a lot of smoothie for the price ($6.00). The 2nd time I went, I got the Baja Chicken Bowl. I was very impressed! The bowl was more half rice/half salad. Everything in the bowl was of quality, from the chicken to the greens. The salsa/sauce served with the bowl was delicious and had a nice kick. The only thing I recommend would be to have an additional staff member working the register, especially as the weather heats up and this place becomes even more popular. In addition, if you get chips with your entree, a staff member should remind customer to grab a bag. I only knew because I followed the lead of the customer in front of me. Today was a rainy day. My rainy day was brightened by the smiles and welcoming of Andrea and Angie. Angie made me the best Southwest wrap. She checked in twice just to make sure my wrap met my expectations! It definitely did. Andrea made me the the best Cranberry Truffle smoothie. I told her I was watching my sugar intake. This chain has always been great. My go to foods are the Caribbean jerk chicken bowl and quesadillas. Smoothies I prefer healthy over the sweeter ones so I love the peanut butter paradise for after workout, and green detox smoothie otherwise. Pro tips - try soy protein for some protein smoothies and give half turbinado a shot. I didn't taste a difference and much lower sugar. No turbinado makes it just taste like flavored ice. read more

I left the establishment due to rude employees who did not acknowledge customers. tried on another occasion a few years ago and received the same customer service. Today I wanted a smoothie, and this shop is conveniently located. I walked in and an employee and construction worker customer was engaged in conversation at a table. As they continued to talk, I waited at the register politely. Finally, the female employee goes behind the counter without a greeting. I said hello how are you. The employee answered how are you sarcastically. I responded fine, thank you for asking. I placed my order; the employee received my money and began to make my smoothie. I asked the employee, can you please, wash your hands before you make the smoothie? The employee stated I'm putting In gloves. I said that's fine but, can you wash your hands, please? The employee stated, "NO I'm putting on gloves". I said ma'am I have visited this location before and did not have good experiences and decided to try again today. May I have my money back, please? I received my money; the employee sat down next to the customer in construction clothes and proceeded to talk. This employee's behavior was unacceptable... I am in the medical field and handle patients daily. If a patient asks me about washing my hands I, do it without any reservations... The employee was crass and lack professionalism. So happy to finally have a juice/smoothie place in the community! Although it's very new, the staff is very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the drinks they are selling. I've come back a few days in a row for the happy hour (7-10 am on weekdays smoothies are $3.99!) and the young man at the register remembered my name. Great customer service! The drinks are rather large as well, especially in comparison to other juice places in the area, so the prices are fantastic, especially for a college student like me. This is my second time trying this location and they just can't seem to make the avocolada correctly. The first time, they didn't use any sweetener at all which led the smoothie to taste like chlorophyll, and just tonight, it's obvious that they either forgot the avocado or the spinach. Every other tropical smoothie cafe location that I've been to gets it right every time consistently. This location seems to be run by teenagers who aren't properly trained. I guess I need to drive the extra 30 minutes from now on to get my smoothie fix. Will not be returning. read more

As with other Tropical smoothies, the food and drinks are healthy and tasty. Unlike other Tropical Smoothies, there is almost no seating and very tight space to order or wait for your order. You have to work pretty hard during peak times to get to their one bathroom through all the traffic. The few tables are 2 seaters so groups of 3 or more will need to eat in their cars. As with other locations they have a mobile loyalty app with great deals and seasonal offerings. If only theyd add some space it would be as amazing as other Tropical Smoothie stores. read more

She had the Bahama Mama smoothie with the Island Quesadilla and she loved it even though she normally doesn't like chicken items. I have ordered delivery a couple of times and the food is pretty good. they are known for the smoothies and I do really like the smoothies. they have a lot of different kinds with add ons that you can put in too. my only complaint is that the food portions are quite small for the price and the flavor in the food is almost always either a bit bland or way too spicy. but overall I like Tropical Smoothie cafe for the healthy food and great smoothies. read more

Absolutely amazing! I have heard from friends, colleagues etc about tropical smoothie. Today, I said I'm going to try. I'm glad I did, it was a great first impression. I received A+ customer service, the cafe was clean, and being carribean I appreciated he music. I tried the jerk chicken wrap, NOT BAD it was full of flavor. The chicken was not dry at all, which I was a bit nervous about. $5.99 for a large smoothie, can't be beat. I tried the Avocolada smoothie and really enjoyed it. I was highly upset that smoothie king took it out off their menu so I'm glad tropical smoothie cafe has it. At only 6 dollars you get a large cup of refreshing taste of authentic fresh squeezed fruit with no additional sugar. There food is amazing too! I recommended the customer favorite flatbread . Crispy on the outside due to the toasting and crunchy on the inside due to the fresh veggies! I'm in need of a smoothie right now! Smoothies are normally really good but sometimes they can be a bit chunky which is not very good but most of the time they are nice

from the moment we stepped in front of the cafe, the manager opened the door for us (my son was in his stroller) and allowed us in. The shop is cute and bright and prices are really good for what they have to offer! Rafi, who I believe is the manager, took our order and took special note that my son was allergic to pineapples and made us the sunrise sunset replacing the pineapple with peaches. It wasn't too busy so he made great conversation with us for all little and made sure we also received our flatbread. Another perk to our visit was having him hand us our side of chips since we were already sitting down, he helped my son pick the right flavor chips and handed it to him nicely. Overall service experience was 5 stars. The smoothie itself was simply amazing, made with just fruit no extra sugar or additives and made fresh, he also split it into two cups for us to share since it normally comes in a much bigger cup. along with our smoothie we ordered the chicken bacon flatbread, it came out quickly, warm and very delicious.
