Everything is always SOOOO good! Totally gluten free. I love their wraps. Big portion. Love elephant wars. Their broccoli cheddar soup is amazing.

Great Pizza & Even Better Service! Loved the balance of cheese and sauce on their gluten-free dough! The pizza is light but still packed with flavor, thanks to the rich sauce and fresh cheese. Yousef was super friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're craving good pizza!

well, this place doesn't suck. despite changing their name years ago, "renee's pizza" is what you're looking for when you're trying to find this place. my girlfriend and i ordered pick up and got a 16" thin crust pizza, cheesebread, fries, and a calzone for an unsavory total of... $72. yikes! gotta love that gluten-free *and* vegan tax. first off... adding "light" for the vegan cheese is a must. it almost always is. not only that, they charge you $3 instead of $6, and as you can see, there's still plenty. the pizza was great honestly. i'm not usually a fan of new york style crusts, but this works. their dough is surprisingly pliable and chewy for being gluten free which is a big thumbs up. my only real knock on this is that the "roasted garlic" we added was the jarred stuff. you know.. the kind that's peeled by chinese prisoners' teeth (don't watch "rotten" on netflix, seriously) -- but i digress. the cheesebread is whatever. it's on the same thin crust that their pizza is, and it's just sad and kind of lifeless... reminiscent of what Blaze Pizza calls cheesebread. a sprinkle of vegan parmesan and/or some garlic salt would improve this a lot. it's not bad, just mid as hell. i'd pass on a second visit. the calzone looked awful but was actually pretty incredible. the size of it was decent, the fillings were pretty plentiful... not much negative to say here except it'd be made better with a brush of garlic butter. mm, mm. their fries come off very... five guys. which is good if you're like me and actually enjoy a greasy-and-kinda-soggy fry. they hit the spot, and for someone with celiac (my girlfriend), it was nice to be able to order some deep fried fries and not have to settle with some air fried ore ida at home. as a whole, renee's -- er... Tru... -- is a pretty impressive gluten free place with solid vegan options. previous years' photos of their vegan options look atrocious, but it looks like the new owners have found out how to melt the cheese (which is sad.. it ain't hard). my only kindawish is that they'd have plant-based meats on the menu, but when this relatively small amount of food was already $72, i can see why they don't bother to offer it. absolutely worth a look if you want vegan pizza and/or a celiac friendly option in the area.

    New York Thin Crust 12"

We tried something out of our wheel house. Gluten free pizza and breadsticks. Which turned out to my amazement to be pretty good. We ordered a New York thin crust, 12" with cheese and pepperoni plus breadsticks. Almost forgot the Towne Club grape. The breadsticks were boring, bland and a little heavy. The ranch and marinara helped with the sticks. The pizza was out quick like lightning quick and it wasn't bad. Cost was $23.30. Excellent service. Finally we were able to sit inside and eat.

My "elephant ear"...I know you can make them different ways but most still have cinnamon and sugar on them and this one didn't

We made reservations and arrived and got seated. At first, everything was great. The server came and got our drinks and bread right away and asked what we wanted for the app. We put two apps in and when he came back with the drinks we put the pasta in. We asked for more bread and he said he will bring it. This is where it went wrong. About 10 minutes later he passed us to go to his table behind us and said oh yeah the bread Im getting that and your refilled drinks. After that we did not see this guy for almost the remainder of the service. We ate the apps and then still no drinks. We waited for him to come back in this cornered area and did not see him. The manager brought the pasta and they forgot the chicken for my husband. He got us refills and my husband told Him and he said "well I can put in an order and then you can just add it to the pasta". He brought the chicken out 14 minutes later and his pasta was cold. He had waited to eat it. Still no server or bread. Finally the waitress that was in that area asked us if we needed anything. I told her we were waiting for the read for a long time and that we havent seen the waiter since he took our order. He never came when the food came. Just as we said that he walked over and said oh Im getting the bread. They said the bread was taking a while. As he said that, the manager brought the table next to us some bread. Then the waitress brought some for her new table. We waited again. She ended up giving us her bread and then got new bred. He finally came with the bill and said oh did you want dessert? We obviously didn't as we didn't even see him the whole time. He took forever to bring us the change. This is the second time that the service has not been great. The food is great and tastes great. The restaurant is nice and clean and I like the atmosphere. I just feel like paying $72 for this service wasn't great.

Something for everyone unless you can't do tomatoes...and take the pain. I take the pain…read more --- From Wikipedia: Strozzapreti (Italian: [strttsaprti]; lit. 'priest choker' or 'priest strangler' are hand-made pasta shape, similar to cavatelli, though longer. The name is also used for a baked cheese and vegetable dumpling, prepared in some regions of Italy. Etymology There are several legends to explain the name, primarily based on the anticlerical sentiment of the region. One is that gluttonous priests were so enthralled by the savory pasta that they ate too quickly and choked themselves. Another explanation involves the azdora ('housewife' in the Romagna dialect), who "chokes" the dough strips to make the strozzapreti. The azdora would express rage (perhaps triggered by the misery and difficulties of her life) and curse the local clergy, resulting in a pasta that could choke a priest. A third states that wives would customarily make the pasta for churchmen as partial payment for land rents (in Romagna, the Catholic Church had extensive land properties rented to farmers), and their husbands would be angered enough by the venal priests eating their wives' food to wish the priests would choke as they stuffed their mouths with it. The name surely reflects the diffuse anticlericalism of the people of Romagna and Tuscany. --- Had this pasta for the first time al funghi at a friend's wedding in Italy which cost me a fortune between airfare and suits but Bigalora does a great meat based version. I'd suggest they add a funghi option as well and I'm going to be so bold as to say that since they are making the pasta in house...please sell us bags! I never thought I'd eat this again after enjoying these yummy noodles without buying another suit, a plane ticket, and whatever it costs to renew my passport. Highly recommended! The other stuff is great too!

There was another couple seated next to us, and after 20 minutes, no server had come to take our order. We eventually had to call someone over for assistance. The woman who helped us was very kind and said she wasn't actually our server, but was more than happy to take our order anyway--which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we saw our assigned server more when it came time to cash out than we did before or during the meal. That lack of attention really took away from what could have been a great dining experience. I've dined at Bigalora before and have never experienced such a long wait just to place an order. Because of this visit, I won't be back anytime soon.

The restaurant itself has a spacious layout with plenty of seating. Service was friendly and efficient, especially considering how busy they were. Everything we ordered was delicious, and I really appreciated that there was something for everyone. I ordered the red snapper with two sides. One thing I liked was the variety of potato options--they offer roasted cubed potatoes, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, and more, so you can choose whatever you're in the mood for. We also ordered steak, and it was cooked perfectly to our requested temperature. for appetizer, we got the barbecue flatbread and that was really tasty. The only keywords I gave him was that we are 2 people looking for desi/Indian style pizza and are also vegetarian. He modified his menu then and there and suggested us to mix 2 different items on his menu for half style as naga and other half style as southwestern and offered to substitute the chicken with paneer and also decided the quantity and base we would like... none of this info is on his menu.. everything sounded great and seeing his confidence I decided to go with his suggestion.
