Pretty simple pickup concept. The place is mainly the kitchen with a few tablets to order at and two chairs. Nothing to brag about for the decor, they did have a Christmas tree. The gentleman upon arriving was friendly and provided clear explanation for what where my order was. As each order is cooked upon receipt it takes about 15-20 minutes. While the gentleman told me he'd advise when the order was ready, that never happened. Not sure how long it was ready before I went back inside. Finally got to payment. First attempt - sorry, your payment did not go through.... Tried a couple more times. Finally called the bank. The food itself is good, but we stopped ordering here because the food is packed in black plastic. The last time we ordered, we tried bringing our own (glass) containers, but they said they couldn't use them. Using plastic might have flown in 2018, but by 2025 businesses should know better, especially with regards to black plastic, and especially as alternatives are readily available. Plastic can't be truly recycled (i.e., made into new food containers), most of what's collected isn't actually recycled, and for what is recycled, the recycling process itself created tons of new pollution. We love Tso for a quick delicious meal that gets delivered straight to your home for no extra fees. I absolutely love their tofu drunken noodles and I'm embarrassed to say that's the only entree I've ever had because I can never convince myself to order anything else! My husband has had the sesame chicken which he has really enjoyed and the kung pao chicken which is good as well. It is so great that they allow you to adjust spice levels - the food is so flavorful and my drunken noodles are always full of lots of veggies and herbs. I've also had the spring rolls which are pretty standard and the hot/sour soup which is standard, at least not too cornstarch-y. The portion size of the entrees are also huge for the price, definitely at least 2 meals for me. I give them props for no tipping and no delivery fee.
