This is such a FUN restaurant! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a fun restaurant experience as well as really tasty food. The sushi and some appetizers come around on a conveyor belt. You can grab anything you want at any time. Prices are based on the color/pattern of the plate and are added up with your plates at the end of the meal. There are specialty rolls, hot appetizers and tempura sushi's that you can order on a tablet and then come directly to your table via bullet train - very fun! Our favorite roll of the night was the ponzu citrus roll but everything was really good. The kaarage chicken appetizer was very hot, fresh and so tasty! Definitely recommend for that ponzu aioli. Our server was super nice and helpful, you don't see a ton of the server because the food is being delivered via belt directly to our table, but he was very very nice and kept our waters full. I love that there are microchips that alert if the sushi was on the belt for too long to ensure it is fresh. The fish was great quality and delicious. Everything we tried was so yummy. The prices are super fair. I loved how the custom ordered items came via bullet train over the top of the regular rotating belt. It's a quick easy spot to eat and we will absolutely be back. Had so much fun at this rotating sushi bar! Service was quick and amazing and there were many sushi options as well as appetizers and desserts. It was great to have the chance to see your sushi options on the rotating conveyor belt before purchasing them. You also can order items from an Ipad and they will be delivered directly to you via a "bullet train" conveyor belt. Pricing of each item is done by the color of plate that the food comes on, and your server totals the bill at the end based on this. There is a card on your table that lets you know how much each plate is based on its color, and this is very helpful. Overall I would definitely go back. The theme and branding is so cute, you feel like you are actually at a Japanese train station! It's very nice and clean. There are so many delicious options, and I appreciate how you can order special items on the tablet at each booth. Such a fun experience if you and your party enjoy sushi! It was more of a place I'd suggest for the experience than the actual food. The highlight was ordering dessert and having it come directly to your table. You were also able to try more rolls because each plate had 4 pieces. There are a lot of booth space around the sushi conveyer belt but the person who is sitting by it will need to be quick to snag the right plate. Had a fun little father-son outing and we're really happy and surprised! So grateful to have something like this is in our valley, this isn't a small little conveyor belt sushi, the quality and scenery felt spot on. You pay per the plate which is what we were looking for and it can get pricey quickly, but we were never disappointed with anything we picked up. You can order more of the stuff you like at your table and the deserts were great. I've had a bit of taiyaki in the valley but really loved it here. The sashimi cuts weren't the freshest or nicest (super thin and not uniform). BUT we went when the $3.39/plate deal was happening, so it's still pretty worth it. If you're smart, you won't just fill up on the fake crab rolls haha. The eel was my favorite and might still be worth the original cost. The salmon belly and tuna weren't bad as well. They can't do the classic very well - California roll was dry, Sunrise had a shriveled old orange slice on top instead of a fresh lemon... but they do some unique ones like with steak! (Never seen before, apparently it's a thing.) The servers are a bunch of high school kids. Which really isn't a problem except when one took the soy sauce to refill and then never brought it back. Why? They got busy gossiping with the other waiters by the front. My water never got refilled even once. The waiter literally did nothing (it's all ordered on and sent by the belt anyway) but you BET she stood around and made small talk while we filled out the check and wrote a tip. Well e had high hopes for this place. My daughter and son in law love it here. But we did not have a great experience. Not only was the sushi just ok, but the rest of the food we ordered either didn't even come out or came out wrong. The spring rolls tasted like fish. The noodles were freezing cold. (TBH the menu did say "chilled noodles" but we were hoping that they at least tasted good. But sadly no. The rice was ok. It's hard to mess up white rice. The potstickers were fine. Most of the sushi on the conveyor belt was ok. They all definitely at a bunch. But the hubs said it was just ok. Not the best quality. But not terrible. My daughter ordered a fried Nutella dessert, but they sent out something entirely different. When we asked a waiter, he went to the kitchen and asked about the mixup but they said it WAS the Nutella dessert. We ordered another one thinking maybe they were confused and sent it to the wrong table but the exact same thing came out. A fish shaped pastry filled with chocolate syrup next to a pile of whipped cream, crushed Oreos and Hershey's chocolate syrup drizzled all over. Basically the cookies and cream dessert. When our regular waitress came over we told here what happened and she went to talk to the kitchen staff. They told her that they were out of Nutella. So they put a fish pastry, that was supposedly filled with Nutella, in a bowl full of whipped cream, sprinkled rushed Oreos and drizzled chocolate syrup instead of Nutella. Nope. It wasn't filled with Nutella. It was more Hershey's syrup. And more Oreos. None of which were suppose to be on this dessert. And the ONE thing my daughter hates is Hersheys syrup! So our waitress said she would take it off the bill and give her any other dessert she wanted. So she orders a peanut butter mochi sundae. But guess what she received.... A scoop of chocolate ice cream covered in a pile of whipped cream, crushed Oreos and Hershey's syrup! What is going on?!?!! Nothing peanut butter at all???? What kind of restaurant does this? If you are out of an ingredient, don't let people order it. Or tell them once you realize it's all gone. Don't just give them something else! That was 3 in a row! And this isn't even mentioning how we ordered 2 other desserts and another rice bowl that never came. We didn't even bring those up because we were so done with it by this time.
