It was amazing full of flavor and ever tasted fresh . For being only 30 min out from clos g nothing tasted rushed ! One soon as we walked through the door our Seder was waiting for us . We were treated by 2 gentlemen. Asking if we had a take out order and they already had it ready to go before I even said my name. One to ng I really appreciate is the quality of the to go containers . Too fits on the bottom section it is almost as good as the reusable Tupperware from the grocery store . I sm tempted to wash it and keep it astound to use in the future. Be great or screws or little trinkets I a kids room or something . Nice enough guy at the front desk food was way overpriced, however and very watery. Every different type of dish I ordered had too much liquid in it and their idea of mild was pretty hot being someone who cannot tolerate spicy foods due to medical issues. I did not appreciate that. I will not be going there again maybe some people really like it but I've had much better Thai food in Reno for less money. read more

We enjoyed our lunch on April 19,2026. The dining area is clean and decorated with things depicting the Thai culture. The waiter was pleasant and very helpful in telling us about the menu. Although Tuk Tuk Thai advertises their hours as 4-8pm (here and on the door of the restaurant), they close their dining area after lunch and are only open for take-out from 4-8. We've gotten takeout several times from Tuk Tuk and, at first it was awesome. Unfortunately, last night was just bad. They charge $2 extra for a protein (chicken, pork, etc.) and both the chicken and pork in our order was so dry it wasn't chew worthy. Ordered a #3 heat on rice and it was just right, #4 heat on entree and it never made it onto the dish. I hope this critique wakes up the staff and they return to creating delicious dishes. They had a good thing going. Missing heat in a dish can happen once, but overcooking bad protein can't be overlooked. read more

Don't use any of the online services for any specific special orders they cannot see the instructions. He recommends calling in. Got our order home to call back and have to ask for it to be remade which he did but it was a waste for both of us. Always call in and pay in person to be sure you get what you need.
