Since this is not on the menu I would have you contact Tee Jay to insure he has it prepared since the duck has to be roasted first and he may not have it available all the time. He has the Thai battered salmon for around $19. Soup is included and it's just a veggie broth, though tasty. Then our lunch specials come out. Oh wow, that duck look really good. It's totally deboned, so no messing with bones at all. The sauce was super tasty. My friend said he thinks its some sort of duck juice reduction with other added stuff. Whatever, this was one of the most tasty duck dishes I've ever had. His salmon was unique, I never saw a dish like that made with salmon. The coating was very unique and crispy and the salmon not over cooked. Overall, I really liked this place. I think my crew is having lunch at one of the local casinos, I'd rather be here!

Not only was the flavor amazing and spiced just right, but there was a generous amount of duck! When I went to eat dim sum recently and ordered roast duck, I got a plate of duck that was mostly skin and bones. Here they actually de-boned the meat so you're getting nice chunks of flavorful, meaty duck along with fresh chunks of pineapple, tomatoes, and spices with that yummy curry over my caucasian rice (I like to be culturally sensitive). Even my wife that don't like duck really enjoyed this. So while $80 for 3 dishes may seem a bit high, it was worth it. It was explained to be by the waiter that this is how Thai fried rice is made. My wife had pad se ew and it had flavor. I've had Thai fried rice in a number of other places and while the flavor varied, there at least was flavor. I can't say anything about the other dishes but don't order the Thai fried rice unless you want something with no taste or flavor. The egg rolls themselves were disappointing. They contained only chopped cabbage and nothing else. I ordered the Mongolian Beef Lunch Special with the Egg Drop Soup. I upgraded the lunch special substituting egg chow mein for the rice side for $2. The lunch special is also supposed to come with steamed vegetables. The Mongolian Beef itself was tasty. What was disappointing were the sides. The steamed vegetables was steamed cabbage. What I would expect to receive for steamed vegetables in a setting like that would be broccoli and carrots at a minimum. The egg chow mein noodles that I received looked like rice vermicelli to me and not chow mein noodles and they were rather bland and disappointing. My dining companion ordered the chicken curry. He reported that it was disappointing because it had lots of potato and nothing else very much chicken at all. And the curry itself was rather bland. We just decided to try it again and ordered on-line for pickup. The ordering process was great. My husband ordered Pad Prig Sod and we asked for "extra" Thai hot. When he showed up to pick it up he was told, "We only do Thai hot but not "extra" Thai hot. Hmmm...he tells me he made a stink face and told her if it wasn't very hot he likely wouldn't be back. We don't know if she told the cook to make it hotter or if their Thai hot is really Thai hot, but it was phenomenal. Most places are afraid of making a dish truly Thai hot which is why he took to asking for "extra" heat. Not my dish but my husband loves crazy hot and he was very pleased. I could smell the heat from his plate and he did initially hick-up a bit, which tells me it was VERRRY HOTTTT! Good on them! He was thrilled. I orderd a soup dish and that was also done very well. We are glad to see the new owners are doing such a great job and will def be back, again.
