The wife and I were going to dinner and a movie. Our first choice restaurant was closed on a Saturday night for some reason- and Tully's was right down the road - so we went there for dinner. Tully's is a sports bar/restaurant, so there were wall to wall tvs in each room with a variety of sports games on. That's to be expected. We were greeted quickly by our waitress with a bowl of popcorn- which we ate all of! I ordered a "Tully's IPA" figuring it would be fresh on tap- it is discounted a bit. It was good- nice hops flavor and not too strong. Wifey had just water as she does nowadays. She ordered a Crunchy Asian chicken salad - she thought it was ok- romaine and grilled chicken (she asked for and got grilled vs. fried chicken tenders). It also had broccoli and cabbage and crunchy wonton strips in it as well. She wasn't the biggest fan of the dressing though. I had the Caribbean chicken sandwich. Pineapple Mango salsa and blackened chicken ima bun with loaded potato salad with bacon on the side. Not a bad sandwich. For being our last minute choice- Tully's was an ok backup plan that got us a quick dinner before our movie. For what it's worth- at a sports bar restaurant like this- I stick with sandwiches , burgers or wings and you usually can't go wrong. Tullys does all those rather well. read more

I've been coming here for years. It was great until recently.,I live on the other side of the country and when I'm here in Rochester this was one of my bucket list places. I'm very forgiving when it comes to a bad experience at a place I go to often. In the last couple of years I've had some really bad experiences where the food is just not good. Last year I door dashed an order that arrived cold. The manager did try to make it right but not without another manager being informed or any kind of log. I had tried the breaded fish. That was mediocre at best. Not memorable. Last night I gave it another chance. I ordered 10 Tullys tenders (because that is the ONLY reason to eat here.,) a potato soup, a peanut butter pie and the monkey strawberry shortcake thing. I got there and waited inside. My food came out, they checked it was right, took a payment and I drive my food 1.5 miles. I got it home and it was barely warm. There is no way my food would cool down that fast in that short amount of time. This isn't the first time I've done this. The chicken was crunchy but lukewarm. The chicken seemed a bit chewy and kind of fatty. Some of them were huge and others were skinny. There was no consistency. The soup was not hot either. There was no cheese or chives on it like I thought there would be. It was kind of water. It just wasn't that good. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't something thought I'd ever want again. I ordered the new strawberry monkey bread shortcake. It came with one little tiny ramekin of strawberries. A huge mound of fried tasteless bread I think and I asked for no ice cream but they forgot the whipped cream. It was 100% awful. It was gross. I'm not going to mince words. The only decent thing was the peanut butter mousse cake which is a sure thing. Three bad experiences in a row is enough to make me decide that I will not be going back. read more

Stopped by Tullys while in town for a special needs ice hockey tournament with my son. I made a reservation online prior to coming so we didn't have to wait long. I guess they are well known for their chicken fingers and I totally agree. I got them on a salad which was pretty solid. My son got a tuna melt but the sandwich was soooo salty. Very salty. He drank two huge glasses of water during his meal. We would go back but wouldn't get the tuna melt again. read more

They claim to have the world's best chicken fingers but in all honesty, I've tried many places that offer way better consistency, flavor and crisp to their tenders. were they bad? Not really but they definitely were not the best I've ever tasted. With that said the food is decent. If you're looking for an all round American food cuisine this is a good stop for you. The service is acceptable and quite similar to most sit down establishments. It reminded me of a sports bar type restaurant where they had TVs everywhere and it was fairly loud. This place was definitely good for big groups of which there was a group of 12 sitting right next to us. Would I go back? Maybe if I was in a large group, but definitely not because of the chicken tenders. read more

Every time we go to Tullys we are always pleasantly surprised. Yes it's a chain bar and grill. But they batter their own tenders. This makes such a difference. Service is always great. The team members are always friendly. I don't think we have ever had a bad service. This is a great place for kids and adults. There are tons of tvs with sports playing, as any good sports bar should have. They also have a little arcade area for kids. Popcorn is always given to start. Salty and delicious popcorn. There are a ton of different options for food. And guess what? On Wednesdays if you buy an adult entree, kids meals are only $4.99! You cannot beat that! read more

This is a very standard looking sports bar. We went during the World Cup so it was busy, but we only had to wait 5 minutes for a table. Our server was cheerful and attentive, but not overbearing. Normally above average but last visit not so much. Was at Jefferson Road location in Henrietta on 6/19 for an early dinner, Popcorn was stale. It happens. My Rohrbach's Scotch Ale was as flat as tea. My buddy orders a steak and mashed potatoes. 3 minutes before we're served, he's told they don't start making mashed potatoes until 4pm. WHAT? My son got a Reuben. The meat was like jerky! This location of Tully's is phenomenally busy. My opinion of them is utterly irrelevant, it's clearly a beloved spot. I appreciate the big menu with a lot of choices and chatzke dominated decor that reminds me of 15 or 20 years ago when casual dining places like TGIF and Red Robin were very popular. The entree I got wasn't the one I ordered and while I did order a salad, it came with a very different dressing than I had ordered. Between it being busy and me feeling satiated by a hot plate of almost anything and a big beer, I didn't even say anything and just ate what was in front of me. I've heard Tully's has the best chicken fingers. Finally had the opportunity to find out for myself. Stopped in on a Tuesday evening with friends. We had a short wait to be seated. About 10-15 mins. The dining area and bar were bustling. Got our table and enjoyed the complimentary popcorn provided while we waited for our food. I ordered the chicken finger dinner. I was shocked by how many chicken fingers I was given! They were huge and meaty. Nice thin ranch restaurant style dipping sauce, which I love. also enjoyed the fries. My friends got burgers. Their burgers were massive! Everything we ordered was a good value for the price due to the generous portions. Overall everything was great. We came for dinner, I ordered chicken and cheese. My mozzarella sticks were cold. The waitress never brought our drinks, and when she they were wrong. My husband ordered the buffalo tender dinner, however wanted the sauce on the side. They would not bill him for the meal actual buffalo meal, they charged hi. Fie thr regular meal and then added the sauce as a side charge, which was an extra $2. When i asked why, they said they choose not to add things in the side so they dont confuse the kitchen. I asked to speak to a manager. Instead of just taking the charge we waited for thr manager. We had a great meal at Tully's we were craving chicken tenders so we immediately thought of Tully's. They have the best tenders around. Tender, juicy,large portion there's no better tender around. The batter is light fluffy and crispy. The Asian sauce a little sweet and little spicy and stick to the tender. Also tried the blackened shrimp which was perfectly cooked matched with veggies and rice. The salad was a nice sized portion. Tullys is a large restaurant and always quite busy however there is plenty of seating. The time we visiting was in between our waitress was kind and thoughtful. She came by at the right time asking us if we required services The manger onsite even stopped by all the tables to check in on the patrons. Overall very nice experience! read more

NOT Once, Twice or Three Times this is the 4th Chance I've given to the establishment & I'm convinced either they Hire Incompetent Workers or they're Racist. I'm not understanding how each time I've ordered there is an issue with my order or my food. I literally called at 5:45pm to order food to GO! Got the text message they they will notify me when the food is ready. Get there about 6pm on the dot. Wait in my car for a text that NEVER came. Got lost in the time and Noticed it was then 6:51 - walk inside to pick up. I was met with "Give me a Sec". Then she scrolls to my name in her little HANDY DANDY NOTEBOOK & then says "My bad I'm so sorry, it's my first day and I never Rang it up. Do you mind waiting for it now?" McScuse Me??!! Everything is good but go for the chicken tenders! We always get the loaded French fries as well, Awesome. Get extra ranch dressing with everything including the chicken tenders and thank me later. Service can be a bit slow, they're always busy/slightly under staffed. Ambiance is very sports bar like, which is fine. Something has changed about this place. The staff is still awesome but the food isn't. I don't know if they changed their recipes, their oil brand/type, or what... I do know their prices have gone sky high and its really not worth the price hike. The tenders have become mostly fried breading. The wings, while a good size and nicely cooked, lack sauce. I asked for extra sauce and they were still like eating naked wings. I'm not sure exactly whats going on here but I do hope they go back to their old selfs, soon. read more
