We chatted via Yelp messages while I described my rug and that I needed it poofed up again. He's very knowledgeable and humorous (been in the biz for 50 years); so I called him to make an appointment (free pickup/dropoff included) and he came by like 2 hours later. While rolling up the rug he gave me a bit of history and info about this style of rug (and joked that it's still white and not discolored after almost a decade). Absolutely the only business I will hire to clean my rugs! They come back smelling fresh and without any evidence of the damage my dogs and cats have inflicted on them. Michael is hilarious, and at some point during our interaction I know I'm going to laugh uncontrollably. He has successfully cleaned my rugs which reeked of cat/dog pee and poop, and once, he came through on cleaning rugs which had been tainted with tear gas (this is a long story, but the upshot is that the rugs came back in a pristine state). The second time my pet had an accident and I made that clear that I understood it might not come out. Upon delivery of the rugs the guy delivering mentioned it went great and the price would be $600. He also advised me on a good pad to go under my carpet which I appreciated because the material that the company gave me to put under my carpet when I bought it did not prevent the border from staining my carpet underneath.
