I just purchased a vehicle a couple of days ago from this dealer and wanted to share my experiencing. I was in the Market for a 2014 IS350 F-sport CPO and had gone to several of my local dealers (Longo Lexus/Glendale Lexus) to try to pick up the two identical CPO models with the same color. I left these two dealers pending on deals but after about two weeks of not hearing back from them I contacted Tustin Lexus who also had the same equipped vehicle as the other two dealers. I dealt directly through the internet Sales Manager Ray Aisian who quickly responded to my internet quote I sent over. I provided him the details of the best deal I had so far and he was able to match/beat the best deal. After agreeing through email the price of the vehicle, my Trade in (Carmax Appraisal) and down payment. I drove down to Tustin Lexus two days later with the financing already worked out and was in and out of the dealer in less than two hours. Throughout these two days Ray was in contact with me every step of the way with several means of communication even on his day off. (A++ in my book). Just bought a CPO GS from Tustin Lexus, and very happy with the process, especially with Dave Peterson. He spent a good few hours with me until after closing, test-driving various cars and going through a multiple-back-and-forth negotiation process. He was friendly, honest and patient throughout, especially given that I was still not sure what exactly what year or model I wanted when I stepped on the lot. Afterwards, Dave still spent time making sure the car was detailed properly, showed me the car's technology features, and spent some more time with me the next day going through more details, and making sure that any paperwork or otherwise loose ends and concerns were taken care of. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to buy a car from this dealership since my family bought and owned Lexus cars from Tustin Lexus years and years ago, with good though not outstanding experiences. I would go with zero if possible. To be fair my experience with Tustin Lexus is all of 5-10 mins. I stopped by one day, hoping to test drive a couple vehicles. I had never been to a Lexus dealer and I had never driven a Lexus. Well now I've been to a Lexus dealer and I STILL have never driven a Lexus. I was planning to purchase a BMW M4 and a friend said I should check out Lexus LC500 and maybe an RC-F. So, I went to Tustin Lexus. Salesperson came out as I was looking at the LC500's they had parked in front. I told him I was in the market for a new car and was thinking of getting a BMW M4, but thought I would check out a couple Lexus vehicles before making my purchase. I told him I would like to drive a LC500 and an RC-F. He proceeded to tell me that the LC was more expensive than an M4 and that he didn't have any RC's. I said, well I'd still be interested in driving the LC, it looked pretty nice. He said that he couldn't/wouldn't let me drive the LC without coming to terms on price. I was confused because in all my trips to dealers (and I have been to quite a few), I've never had any trouble getting to drive any car. I hear about Lexus service or whatever, but I really don't believe it. One of the worst dealer experiences I've ever had. So Lexus, you had your chance, I won't waste my time again. read more

GO TO NEWPORT LEXUS...worth the drive excellent service I would never go to this dealership ever again. Poor service time and time again. I bought an battery with an 84 month warranty, which went bad under 2 years which is supposed to be free replacement, but when I arrived the parts dept told me they don't keep any records of parts sold, even ones with warranties, unless they install them. I even had to give them all my info for the warranty when I bought the battery, I guess they don't know how to keep a customer database for purchases which i think is pretty standard these days especially for lexus. Even as I stood there, i saw another customer who was frustrated for waiting for 20 minutes to be helped by anyone. Newport lexus did a $3000 repair on my car under warranty and were determined to make sure my car ran perfectly. read more

My coworker and I went to Tustin Lexus on Wednesday to research the 2014 IS350 F Sport. Immediately after arriving, Damon Motley greeted us. I explained to Damon that I was an Audi enthusiast and was not familiar with Lexus vehicles. Damon was extremely patient with explaining the different features on the vehicle. Not once did Damon pressure me into making a commitment. I asked Damon for a quick estimate on a lease. While conversing with Damon, the GM Mike D'Amato introduced himself. Mr. D'Amato welcomed us and chatted with us for a few minutes. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Damon gave me his business card and two days later I called Damon to get some serious numbers on a lease and purchase for a 2014 IS250 FSport and a 2014 IS350 FSport. Damon obliged and had the numbers ready by later that afternoon. I drove down to the Tustin Lexus dealership and Damon had both vehicles ready for me to test drive. After the test drive, Damon had the numbers I had requested. I reviewed the different options/price. Once again, Damon never pressured me into making a deal. Within 45 minutes, I was on my way home. Unfortunately my personal vehicle broke down as I was leaving the dealership. Damon assisted me in getting my vehicle running again. The following two days, I communicated with Damon to obtain more information on the numbers I was given and information on the vehicle I wanted. Damon was extremely patient and answered all my questions. Saturday afternoon, I went to the dealership and closed the deal. The Sales Manager, Whitry Chism and the Finance Manager, Bradley Grebel made the process painless. Within an hour, I drove away in my new 2014 IS 350 F Sport (white/red interior).
