I try to make this a regular stop if I'm heading by on 80. Have had their yogurt at least 3 times now and it has always been a fantastic treat. Love the fact that you have a choice of yogurt made with or without cream so it has a softer consistency too like soft serve ice cream...healthier too! Of course when I like to make it a real treat then I take advantage of all the toppings they have to offer and pile it on! I go here almost once a week. There chocolate isn't consistent in flavor or color from one week to the next. And I used to like their tapioca drinks but its diff in flavor each time because diff people make it...sometimes there's no ice, other times its too watery, sometimes the tapioca tastes off. I've frequented a lot of boba places out in the Bay Area so this place does have fresh tapioca but I'm only giving 1 star because of the service. The young girl in there wasn't very pleasant. She didn't seem to enjoy being there which is okay. Not everyone loves their job but in retail/food service, even an acknowledgement that you are in the store would be ok or even a thank you after you paid would have been nice. First time trying this place out last night. My daughter and I went to the counter to ask for a few sample cups but the male employee was in the back room playing with his phone and couldn't be bothered. We got two small cups of yogurt and the flavor and texture was not very good. It wasn't smooth and creamy like froyo should be, it was more of a chunky/icy texture. I take my siblings here every wednesday and it's ALWAYS clean (especially the counter where it can get kind of crazy). The people working there are really helpful and friendly. Besides a couple of the girls that work there and don't have the greatest customer service, everything is perfect. Mango slushie- My brother LOVED it and it came with one of those vacuum sealed tops like boba tea. A very large serving for 2.99. Strawberry shaved ice - typical shaved ice with strawberry flavoring and it came in a really cute little plastic flower cup and there was even some left over. Frozen yogurt - THE BEST! They have anywhere from 4-6 boba ball toppings (blueberry, mango, strawberry, yogurt, etc). Fresh strawberries, fresh mango, rice krispys, cocoa puffs, captain crunch, 10 different flavored syrups, 5 different nuts, and the list could go on forever! Don't forget to ask for whipped cream! This was 1st time here with my daughters. It was no one else there but us as customers. The cashier rang me up a proceeding to making my tea. Before she finished my tea, 4 more people came in, and she stopped making my tea to ring up the other customers. I was like wow, but understand she was doing the best she could while her manager sat out front enjoying the sun. I order an Oolong peach tea with boba; which was very refreshing. I also had a strawberry, vanilla, & almond flavored yogurt it was good as well. I would have given more stars, but management ruined it with the lack of support of their worker. Nice little place. My boyfriend and I come here if we are craving something sweet and are in the area. They have a decent amount of toppings, yogurt, etc. The yogurt is alright-nothing special. I've had better. However, I love their Tuesday special! 2.99 for a large smoothie. Their smoothies are the BOMB! Our favorite is the blueberry smoothie. Very refreshing. I like their rewards program as well. You can easily rack up points and get discounts on future purchases. read more

I am a everyday customer for the last 2 months. But what ii have noticed since going is that the flavors rarely change and i am beginning to get discouraged and not go so often. For the past 2 months Taro, cookies and cream, pistachio, chocolate, tart,and coffee is always there. It seems like they rarely change the flavors at all. especially the sorbet flavors like: lemon,pink lemonade,grape,green apple,guava, kiwi, mango. staff is very rude. nobody there to greet you when you walk in. signs say to ask staff for samples. but there isn't any staff around to ask for anything. the guy that was there today around 5pm stayed in the back til people were ready to get rung up. even in front of customers he wasn't very welcoming. asked about their stamp card. and her just handed me a plastic card and told me to put in my email. just rude. seemed like he hated his job. i almost walked out but my daughter was excited about getting frozen yogurt. idk if all the staff is like this. but the guy i encountered needs to be trained on customer service. read more

This place use to be good until they got people in here that dont know what they are doing. Ordered at 6:38pm. Finally got 2 milk tea pomegranate 16oz at 6:55pm. The excuse given by the brown haired girl was....."oh it wasnt made properly the first time". We had to ask 2 x's for our drinks. On top of that my sons smothie was made and was just sitting in the back melting and was made too sweet! My husband asked for the money back on the 2 teas. The girl looked at him like he was crazy...took the 2 teas from him and went to the back and said "i will see what i can do". I stood up and watched the white girl with colorful hair pour some of the drink into a water cup and 'sampled' it for herself. Then short dark hair girl turned around and thats when I repeated that we want the money back. She gave the money back and when i asked for my reciept she said she needed to keep it. I made my first and last visit a couple of weeks ago. The girl that helped my fiance, children and I was rude. When we asked her what flavors the yogurt behind the glass were she acted annoyed that she had to describe the unmarked yogurt to us. OK so they had the $1.99 special on yogurt only this evening (thursday) and only 1 person working but boy was she slow to help. I waited by the register for at least 5 minutes or more while she talked to a friend. So now it's about 10 min. to closing and just now learned that they had the special going on, we wanted to sample other flavors but that didn't happen. My little boy was reaching over the table to try to get a cup and the unstable, granite top heavy table fell on him. Being in severe pain at the moment he cried loud so with respect to the customers in the store, we took him out. While outside the closing hour hit so the girl locked the front door without bothering to ask my sons condition or to see if we wanted our unfinished items on the table. She just threw them away. Shortly threafter the owners arrived. I felt, what an opportunity. I could warn them about the unsafe table. I told them what happened. Instead of being thankful for my concerns, he replied "and where were you" as if to insinuate that we are neglectful parents. All I can say is that had I known that this place is not child friendly, that their furniture is unstable I would not let my son loose for a second. He didn't even apologize or show any concern about his condition but instead defended his table by saying "this never happened in the 2 yrs. that he owned this place". So as some have commented, the drinks are horrible but not any worse than the employees and more so the owners. There are much better frozen yogurt shops around town. I hope the owners read this and change their attitude towards their customers. read more
