While the space itself is beautiful and I live directly across the street, the service is lacking greatly. As soon as you sit down, once you've already told them you only want a manicure, pedicure or both - they always try and up sell you with a separate menu for additional add ons to your experience. While in theory that sounds nice, once you politely decline they actually tell you that your pedicure will only last 30 minutes and put on a timer, I think they miss the whole relaxation aspect. I asked the owner if she could change the channel on one TV to watch the hurricane coverage on CNN, when they have five 60" screens in the shop when only one other person was getting her nails done and she told me she couldn't control the TV. It's a national emergency, I couldn't believe that she felt hgtv was more appropriate on 5 screens. For pedicures, they don't do a great job - I still have really dry feet after and they don't bother cleaning up the dry skin on your nail beds. Although for manicures, they do an okay job. I only go to the salon if I'm desperate because it's not relaxing at all, the owner needs a lesson is customer service. I even had a random manicurist yell at me once (who wasn't doing my nails). I came in at 7:15 and they close at 8pm, because of my service, the salon stayed open later and the whole staff carpools back home together, so one staff was upset that I was taken for my nails at that hour which made her late getting back home. My friends who live in my building all try our best to avoid this place, it's really too bad that such a beautiful salon with so much potential is managed so poorly. read more

Horrible deceptive experience. Am literally crying in pain. They swore that the "tips" would not damage my real nails. The tips were pretty while I had them on. But extremely time consuming....I am not a house wife but a full time student & attorney, so I do not ever budget 3-4 hours for nails. They lied, the fake nails were actually gel, when they came off, the stunning real hard nails I had 13 days before were almost gone - so thin and ugly. Then they forced me under cool air - now my fingers hurt so badly with very little natural nail to protect them. Don't fall for the conspiracy of fake or gel nails. My second time there. I live right above the salon so it is super convenient...the moment you walk in they make you feel welcomed. The place is super clean, which I love. The decor is beautiful. the 5 star rating you can see across the board here is true to its unanimous reviews. i was visiting family in the area and walked just a little bit further to get to this gem, and it was totally worth it! (you cant go wrong walking in williamsburg anyway!) the salon is so spacious, clean, and modern looking. when you walk in the door you are immediately greeted by a smiling face and can see the extended bar to sit at for manicures w/brand new flatscreens playing HGTV of course! the nail color selection was never ending including regular, "longer lasting", and gel polishes. i knew i wanted the $45 mani/pedi and after i turned down the desk lady's offer/suggestion for the longer lasting color which is $5 extra - she did not push for it at all. my mani/pedi was quick but efficient. i dont know her name but she was a professional and the customer service was amazing. brought me water, tea if you prefer, carried my belongings while my nails dried and even put my shoes on for me! i have a hard time keeping manicures intact and it's been 1 week with 1 small chip on 1 nail...amazing! highly recommend!! read more

Extremely disappointed about my experience here: I deviated from my usual go to-Ph7 Salon on Grand, which is amazing. I headed to Tutti because of a time constraint and this location being in closer proximity. Big mistake. The salon was pretty but the quality of manicure and pedicure is total crap. The guy left so much cuticle behind its a shame to even refer to it as a "manicure". The energy of the staff member doing my service was negative and unpleasant, not so much by anything that was said but the general vibe. To top off making matters even more apparently rude and distasteful, before I could tell the man doing my service I had to run home to get cash, because they only take cash for tips, the man doing my manicure rudely approached me to ask if I was going to leave him a tip. Are you freaking kidding me? Yes, I will but don't ask- it's rude. When I got home and took off my shoes, my whole pedicure was smeared despite the man telling me I was dry. The redeeming part was when I returned to give the cash tip and show my smeared pedicure, the manager, Julia, was very kind and apologetic both for the poor pedicure job and for for the man asking me for a tip. She gave me a complimentary manicure voucher because I didn't have time to stay for a new manicure, as it was clear the cuticle wasn't properly removed the first time. Had a great experience at this location. Came in for a manicure with the OPI shine. They have a pretty good selection. The prices are a little higher than most nail salons in the area but the service is also much better. Many salons I've been to they're constantly trying to up sell you on a specialized treatments or nickel/dime you for no reason. The costs that is laid out are fair and clear. You feel less like they're speaking about you behind your back. The place is nice and clean. Everything is very organized. The post manicure massage is perfect! Only thing I don't love is tip is cash only but most places are like this, but its still inconvenient. Would and will go back :) read more

My friend and I went to Tutti; my friend had a really nice lady to do her nails but I got a Chinese guy and he's the worst. Although he did all what he should do and did it ok, you can easily tell how he didn't want to do his job by his attitude. He was rude, careless, kept talking to his colleagues about how he wanted to go home and eat, and impolitely pointed me where should I put my hands like having him do my nails was such an honor. But this is not the worst. He kept staring at my friend's breast for so many times(she was wearing a little dress), and his Chinese colleagues knew and laughed at him about this right behind my friend. My friend and I can speak Mandarin so we both knew what they were talking, and this is very very very ungraceful. How could you make fun of your customer's body in front of her/him? Not to mention we also heard how they described the other customers. I can't believe I even paid tips for this guy. Honestly, if you don't want to do your job, that's ok, just go home and no one forced you to do it anyway​ so that you wouldn't make me so disgusted to have you do my nails. I recently moved to this neighborhood and decided to check this place out. I was hesitant to give it a try due to the prices being on the higher side compared to other areas in Queens. This is the best nail salon. It is very clean and has a pretty, spa-like decor inside. All of the staff are very professional and do an amazing job. I always go for spa pedicures and regular manis (though I used to do gel here and that was great as well, I'm just taking a break). They have the best selection of polish you'll ever find, and they apply it correctly so it lasts a long time. Terrible. I came in to get a manicure. Bonnie was helping me. In the middle of the manicure she stopped MADE me pay for the service I had no choice because they were closing the register (she said ) but the white lady that came 15 minutes later did not get charge her for her services whatsoever. Once the manicure is done Bonnie starts asking me very insistent if I needed change or if I was going to leave a tip I was confused because since they already made me pay I thought the tip was included or something nobody walked me trough that. She insisted so much that she made me tip her trough Venmo once she saw the amount I sent. she got upset and threw her phone. Mind you all of this happened and the other customer that came after me didn't get charged right away and she was getting a regular manicure just like me. Very clean, plastic wrap lines the pedicure tubs so it's sanitary. I have gotten a pedicure and 2 manicures here. All lovely people working there, so doesn't matter which technician I name as they were all delightful. Manicure is $15- not bad at all!! And the first one lasted about a week (not bad considering I'm lucky to get 3 good days!) Pedicure is still going strong and approaching week 3 this Sunday. I'll get another one, but it's still totally fine even if I didn't. Wide range of colors, and some fancy Chanel polishes that you can upgrade to ($). Other fancy polishes exist. I went for the regular. They also have Zoya which I appreciate - natural is always nice to have. :) All in all - fabulous place. Very clean and nice place but some of the staff is very rude and the quality of the services is really bad. I went three times and consistently had bad service. Got a manicure and cuticles were not removed, the nail polish was uneven, started chipping next day. They rush through all the appointment and some of the staff will try to up-sell the services and be rude if you decline. Also overpriced when compared to other salons. Nice space but worst manicure ever. Uneven and cut far too short (even after instructing otherwise). Best part is an extra $5 fee for buffing - which every other nail salon I've visited includes in their fixed price. Manager at the front desk offered to fix- which you really can't do when they've been cut too short. She gladly ran my credit card for the full price and offered no other gesture to compensate. Other nail salons in Williamsburg are around the same price point (especially with their nickel-and-dime fees comparable to Spirit Airlines) - and offer a much better manicure and experience. read more

There are not a lot of good clean nail places in Williamsburg and unfortunately, no other options if you live on the north waterfront. I've been coming here for years because it's clean and convenient, but recently it's been awful. The staff here openly grumble and make faces when you don't want to get the upcharge pedicures (the regular pedicure is 30 and the next option is 60). I've also seen eye rolls and attitude when they aren't happy with their tip. Really makes you want to go somewhere else so you can relax and not feel badly. read more

Mocked me for being a man getting my nails done. Gave me a massage that was not 10 minutes. Ran the hot stones over my foot once. Perhaps they were uncomfortable with hairy legs? Barely touched my cuticles and left me feeling like I'd been swindled after they refused to honor the free manicure I had earned with several visits.
