I love that after my nails were shaped, I was asked to go wash my hands at their sink. Gave me the chance to get it clean under the nails! This step made me feel like the final nails were perfect because I didn't have to go home and clean out all the dusty bits under my nails which is what I'm used to at other salons. I went in with a reference photo for an orange French gel mani and they had the shade of orange I was looking for. I'm so happy with how my nails turned out. Thank you Ivy. Go here if you're looking for a clean salon, good color selection and great service.

    Holiday gel manicure!

The gift that keeps giving, all year round! Another beautiful gel manicure! Ask for Ivy, her work will not disappoint!

Unprofessional and extremely rude. I was visiting this spa every 2 weeks with the same nail tech. In preparation for my vacation, I scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance since I was leaving the next day. When I got there they said they had scheduled another customer a little later than me and I wouldn't be able to get my normal nail tech. Although I was there first and scheduled first they favorited another customer. I chose to leave rather than be disrespected. I also tip much more than the average customer. I guess I don't look like their "ideal" customer. I'll be in search of another nail salon who will appreciate my business and generosity. Let's demand better from our nail salons that we religiously visit.

I'm so happy that Tutti is open again! It's been a rough last 3 months with everything shut down! I love how sweet all the girls are in the salon and when I arrived my dear friend Debbie and I were literally jumping up and down to see each other and air hugging haha They were taking all the proper precautions to maintain cleaning in between clients and not allowing more than one customer per nail tech in the salon. Now about the salon and my nails I love getting my gel mani and spa pedicures here, the Green Tea Spa is my favorite! So relaxing, so comfortable I can spend hours here. Debbie always does a top notch job on nails. Taking her time and she always has me cracking up. It's such a nice distraction from all the day to day craziness and certainly a treat to pamper yourself in a beautiful salon. There are also a TON of colors to choose from which I have been to salons where you have a limited selection. They are always adding to their color sets and I love that I can match my toes with regular colors to my gel mani! The shopping center is also great if you want a coffee and treat or a slice- it's all right next door or even if you wanted to do a beauty and movie day with iPic there as well.

Let me tell you something, Tutti Nail Salon and Spa undeniably deserves more than 3.1 stars. I happened to visit once during an impromptu trip to Fort Lee and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. They were beyond kind, gentle and patient, paying careful attention to detail. It was this service that made me travel from upstate NY just to do my nails. I had my nails done my Ivy and she spent TIME on me. I would definitely go back again, and recommend her to anyone.

Had a great experience at Tutti Nails! I usually come and get a french manicure but I saw a cute nail art picture that I wanted to try. Ivy was my nail tech and she did amazing! Service is great and price is reasonable - will definitely be coming back :)

It was my first time trying this place. I went to go get my mani and pedi done for my wedding day. Ivy did such a great job on gel nails for both my fingernails and toenails. I got white and pink ombre for my nails and it came out so beautiful and perfect. I have short nails so I know it's really hard to work with my nails and make it look nice but with her long experience in this industry, she knew what she was doing. Definitely recommend IVY!! won't be disappointed by her service :)

I did the pedicare and milky foot spa on Friday. Make appointment and go here with my friend. When I sit down the lady changed to another one. She charged me additional $10 to remove the gel from pedicure even just for the two toes. After she remove the gel I felt very hurt and tell her, her told me that is because of my previous color. When she start the foot spa, it is very very hurt and she still said it was not damaged. I cannot see my toes clearly BUT when I back my car and check my toes closely I saw my skin was off AS in third photo. Now after 2 days the cut on my start to scab AS in first photo. Indeed, she made my skin damage when she used foil to remove the gel. By the way, I choose the same spa- milky spa as my friends. However, the spa water for my friend is white as milk but for me is blue. And changed to blue milk, the lady did my friend foot spa told me because she thought I did regular foot spa. I cannot understand why she did not change the water when she noticed she made mistakes. I am very very angry about this lady who named maybe Bamance?(cannot remember her name clearly, but sure to start with B). I clearly remembered It is the second time she serviced me, the first time she did my manicure and cut my skin near thumbnail and even bleeding. I forgive her last time because she said sorry and it was the first time. This time I cannot keep silence because she lie to me, and for me this lady cut my skin EVERY TIME I went here!!! I DO NOT WANT HER DID MY MANICURE or PEDICURE AGAIN!!!

Today was my first time here and walked in without appointment so I had to wait fifteen minutes. Sherry did my mani and she was very professional. She also did an awesome job. I will be back next week but I will make an appointment.

I had the most fabulous experience here. I was hesitant at first looking at the negative reviews but they did not match with the service I received. I was welcomed in as a walk-in. Super friendly service and attentive staff. Listened to all of requests and delivered a GREAT gel manicure & regular pedicure! Thank you Tutti Nails I can't wait to come back.

This place is one of the fanciest looking nail salon that i went in Bergen county. Staffs are all friendly, lot of choice the different polish brands. Debbie did my pedicure and she took her time and put much effort to it!! The price is pretty reasonable as well. Oh, they have 3 hour free parking at the garage which is a big plus for us.

European Facial with Ivy--amazing, clean results + feeling rejuvenated afterwards. Barely need any makeup.

If they and they did - tell your customers ahead of time. The service was just okay and has fallen off considerably. There was no other customers and I could tell why. Our choices were staying in the city and going to one of the other Korean Spas or check out this heavy influencer/IA one -- we decided to try this one since it was conveniently outside of the city, but not far. Parking is annoying but not hard. They do have valet, but that area was a bit congested to get in and out. It was a bit pricey just for admission, but I guess it could be worse. The facility is beautiful. I just hate how overcrowded it was. We could barely find a spot in the pool. When we did, we decided not to leave for a while from that one spot. The pool with the view of the construction across the street and then the water was beautiful. Just really have to ignore the construction site, but where else you going to get a pretty view of the NYC skyline, wading in a pool on some upper floor? When we had our fill, we went to check out the other sections. The outdoor garden pool area was cool. I liked the different types of heated water and the nice waterfall. Still crowded. Went upstairs to the different saunas - they were really nice! My favorite was the K-body scrub. For 30 minutes, it was $75, which was totally worth it! All other places I've been to, made you do it for an hour with all this other foo-foo stuff and I loved that this K-body scrub was just a K-body scrub! Oh the feel of cleanliness! The food court area had really good food! Although overcrowded, it was well organized and thought out with how they serviced. (I've been to worse spas). We went to the quiet area to catch a nap before our 4 hour drive. People do NOT know how to be quiet in a quiet area and they had attendants shushing people but that didn't really do much. There was a cool Japanese sand experience that you can see from the food court window, watching all these people get buried under the black sand for treatment. Maybe I would try on a future visit. The infinity pool on the rooftop was beautiful. But once again crowded with people who were trying to get a break from the city. Young people who wanted a social place to eat, drink, hang out and get a tan while wading in the pool with the beautiful skyline of NYC. Yes, I would definitely go back even though it was so crowded. It was a great experience. I would have given 5 stars if not for how annoyed I was with people. I really enjoyed the esthetics of the place, the food, and the bath house inside with the hot tub and cold plunge. My favorite is still the K-body scrub. If I'm in that area again, I would definitely give it another go.

I just don't understand the hype…read more My husband and I had another massage place cancel on us unexpectedly, so we were on the hunt for another place that could accommodate us last minute. I was heartened by the happy reviews and surprised to see how affordable the massages were. That should have been my first warning sign. Upon arrival, the space seemed clean enough. The first floor is more of a waiting room (with a couch upon which the proprietor was laying down and phone scrolling when we arrived), and the upstairs space is dedicated to the actual massage rooms. There are a few rooms with multiple beds, and these, too, were laid down with towels and clean looking blankets. But the massage itself was terrible. My male masseuse's technique had zero finesse. The first part of my hour-long massage was through a thin sheet, and his general method was to rub the same spot over and over again until it felt raw and I was plaintively begging him to use less pressure. You'd think adding oil would make things better, but no. That's when he turned my various limbs into a clumsy slip-and-slide experience for his hands and forearms. I quickly regretted adding the extra 10 minutes for a foot massage, during which he somehow uncovered all the pain points of my feet with his knuckles. At one point, he even smacked my bottom. I'd like to see the massage training book that recommends that kind of practice. Over on the other table, my husband had a slightly better experience. But during a couple's massage, it never feels good when the two masseuses whisper to each other in another language and burst into barely disguised snickers throughout. The final nail in the coffin was when my husband's masseuse laughed outright after he yelped because she put freshly hot stones on his back. Since our experience was so different from all the other customers, it's possible we just pulled the short straws from the deck with our masseuses. But I believe we got what we paid for and suffice it to say it won't be a repeat experience.

I wish I can keep this gem all to myself but then I thought why not share the love and promote supporting local businesses such as this massage place. Don't be misled by the current storefront name "Moonlight Spa." It's legit and no-nonsense spa that really does the service impeccably and the place immaculate. Front-desk: Cindy or Jordan in the front does not push for services. I personally love the hospitality and no frills kind of welcome I get and the nice gesture of their offering of room temp Poland Spring water post-massage. It's no Pelligrino but hey in Asian culture you should not shock your system with cold water especially after a massage. Massage: I like the deep and hard tissue massage thrice in this place so far usually by older women and they are strong and know where to dig through your knots. Being in a cavewoman posture and hands tingling pins and needles from my "desk" job, I find relief with their technique -- it's like they know where to ease the pain and address my pressure points. All in all I feel like a pretzel from the massage and I sleep like a baby that night afterwards. Of course, you can request them to go deep or go light with the massage! I find them very attentive. Place: It's accessible by public transpo (there's Uber, too). I like to be on peds though, you'll pass by local shops regardless which direction you are coming from. The place itself is very clean, minimalistic (I find clutter anxiety-provoking.) I find zen here though the seats for foot massage could use a visual update. The massage rooms are simple and neat. I love and feel comfortable with the thoughtful positioning of pads and sanitary covers because Covid and Monkeypox are real! I also appreciate the fact that they offered me a mask when I forgot mine. I really think wearing a mask for venues like this should be an ongoing practice. Price: It all comes down to the $ at the end of the day and I find this place up to my standards and meeting my price point for an in and out kind of place -- you can spend a whole day here but certainly if you are on the go and want to get a message in during your lunch break, this is a good place for that. I think it's reasonable and they do give discount cards like loyalty points. Honestly, I'd love for them to have a loyalty program by referral! Other incentives: I love love how the hot stones come with the body massage. The sheets smells and look clean - trust me, I have high standards. The floors are mopped (you can tell) and the music is serene and calming. All in all, kudos to this establishment for what it offers and the service they give. I feel like a new person every time I leave this place and in better spirits than when I'm about to open the door. And yes, it is that good! This place is on top of my self-care list! When you go there, say Michelle's post on Yelp sent you here! :)
