First time a Mazda owner, we Just pick up our 2016 Mazda CX 5 GT by Denise who was awesome. She went above and beyond to get us our dream car. She was able to hold two different color so that my wife can see which color she like. Differently will recommend friends and family. read more

We walked in to check out the new 2016 Mazda CX-5. Jim Young helped us answer all the questions we had. He was not at all pushy and did not force us to buy the car. We test drove the car a couple of times. We wanted a configuration that was not immediately available. Although the after market upgrades took a week, Jim kept in touch with us and letting us know the status of the car. The finance dept was very responsive and our finance process was completed quickly. read more

Customer service is amazing and everyone is really helpful. Steven Daniels helped my husband and I get our CX9 and even picked us up from the airport to bring us to the dealership. Easy transactions! Thanks! read more

First time ever leasing a car after having my clunker for 10 years and to be honest I couldn't be happier. The staff was extremely accommodating making sure that all of my desires were met and concerns were extinguished. Glenn made sure that I received every rebate and discount possible in order to get the cheapest payment. I went in there paying almost 25% less than I anticipated paying. So if you're reading this and contemplating getting a car, I'd stop reading right now, head down to Tuttle click Mazda and pull the trigger on a new vehicle, I did and could honestly say my happiness and quality of life has increased. I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda6 from Tuttle Click and was amazed how simple it was. I had been looking for a new car for about 2 months, and talked with numerous sales reps and various dealers (not just Mazda). Most of them made me want to beat my head into a wall. They wouldn't answer me directly on specific questions and were always trying to work their magic to get me to agree to a deal I didn't want. Not Tuttle Click. Denise Boger was my consultant and she was wonderful. She answered all my questions directly and was straight to the point in making a deal that made sense to everyone involved. No fast talk or shady sales tactics were employed. I suggest you ask for her. read more

So, I purchased a Mazda 3 here back in February, as soon as I pulled into the Irvine Auto center, I was greeted by Oscar, I told him I wanted something sporty, practical and reasonably priced, Oscar pointed me in the direction of a 2010 Mazda 3, it was love at first sight. After test driving the vehicle I knew I wanted it! 2 hours later I walked out the proud owner of a 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback, I got home and my girlfriend fell in love too, her lease on her current Nissan was coming to an end, she wanted to get out of her lease early and get into a Mazda 3, we weren't sure if she could do so considering she had 5 months of her lease left, I insisted on going to Tuttle Click and seeing what we could do considering they work magic, and actually care about the customer. I contacted Oscar and told him my girlfriend was interested, explained the situation he told me to come in and that he would get her into a new Mazda. Oscar was true to his words, we drove off with a brand new 2012 Mazda 3 sedan, fully loaded with cheaper lease payments then my girlfriends base model Nissan. On the drive home I was full of envy considering she got a fully loaded brand new Mazda with leather, moon roof, bose stereo system and all the bells and whistles. The next day I decided to go back to the Mazda dealership to see if I could trade my well equipped but not fully loaded Mazda in. I walked in doubtful considering the fact I had just financed my Mazda only 6 months ago. I worked with Shahin who is awesome, you tell him what you want and you get it, no pressure, he's more like a family member, and looks out for your best interest. After spending a couple hours at the dealership and Chris doing his magic and drawing up a deal, I walked out a proud owner of a brand new 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback fully loaded with everything. I don't know how they did it considering I was negative in my car, but they did. They truly care about you and go above and beyond. I've always dreaded going to dealerships because the salesman are always so ruthless, but at Tuttle Click Mazda they make you feel like family, I actually look forward to come in and getting my regular maintenance because you get to talk and hang out with the wonderful staff. I will, and have been referring friends and family to Tuttle Click Mazda. I just want to thank the wonderful staff for everything, I look forward to doing more business with you. Thank you Oscar, Shahin, Chris don't know your last name but, Matthew McConaughey look a like, and Chris Ekert? Anyways you guys are the best! read more

Purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 Hatchback from Tuttle-Click Mazda. Received multiple quotes from dealerships in Orange County and San Diego, Tuttle-Click was the cheapest . Showed up to the dealership and met Brian, who had given me the quote online, and was shown the car. Filled out the paper work and found out the price was even $300 cheaper than quoted. Before pulling away, Brian showed us how link our iPhones to the bluetooth and the audio features. Overall, a great experience and sales team was not too pushy in selling the extended warranty and other options. read more

I hit this dealership up for an internet quote for the CX-5 I just bought. Brian Kader gave me a call within a few minutes. He gave me straight forward info and his best price. I ended up buying closer to home but Brian was a pro. If I was in O/C, or if the price was low enough to make the drive, I would have bought the car there. read more

I am on my second Mazda that I bought from this dealership. I just went in for another oil change and they are always courteous and very personable. I want to thank Tyler and Aaron for always taking care of me! The sales person Marchon is exceptional and I will be buying another Mazda (Sports Car) from him next year! read more

It appears that this dealership caters to the younger crowd based on the rather high school atmosphere on the sale floor. While we had a good experience with one sales person, the rest of our experience left us wanting. We will not be back. read more

Denise was fantastic! She was prepared for our visit and was extremely personable and pleasure to work with. Unbelievable how she was juggling multiple clients yet managed to ensure we were priority and always with a smile. Great personality and loved her enthusiasm. I love my CX-5 read more

Worked with Denise on a vehicle for my son. Outstanding sales person with good product knowledge.

STEVEN DANIELS is probably the most ideal car salesman you'll want to buy a car from. This was my first time getting a car on my own which was pretty daunting in terms of negotiations and all that. I was down from San Francisco visiting family and needed to get a car to take back home with me to the bay. So, I met Steven and immediately we looked at the 2015 Mazda 3's, and after naming my criteria he found the exact car for me. I really commend the way he took his time explaining the features of the car, all the while not selling me on it but informing me. He had recently purchased the same car and trim so he gave me a consumer's take on how the car is wearing in. Once negotiations started, I felt totally taken care of by Steven, who repeatedly worked with his manager to get to the price I wanted. Once the deal was done, I signed the paper with not even an ounce of hesitation. Also, Steven hooks his clients up with a free car wash whenever you visit the dealer which I'm always down with. Thanks again, Steven, I am absolutely loving this car. read more

I had a terrible time at another dealership in Riverside. I thought It ruined my car buying experience forever. This all changed at Tuttle Click Mazda and more specifically the hard working and very knowledgeable Daniel Nguyen. He is the internet manager and made my experience very good and smooth. He was attentive and answered all my questions without the hard sell of certain others in Riverside. Ask for Daniel because he is a straight shooter. Thanks Daniel read more

This review is long overdue! Went in with my daughter right before Thanksgiving to look at the Mazda 3. Worked with Minh who is GREAT, answered all our questions, not pushy, spent lots of time with us. I would highly recommend this dealership!! read more

Pretty fast and smooth car buying experience. Worked out all the prices over email and got a deal I was satisfied with. I worked with Daniel Nguyen and Carl Yazbek and they were very friendly and nice. Would recommend buying here! read more

Terrible customer service. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful until I showed the slightest knowledge regarding cost, features, and ratings and reliability of their cars. (Check out auto trader, dmv license schedule, edmonds, and any other primary source reviews before you buy a car). They were reluctant to give a break down of costs and had constant excuses regarding discrepancies on fees and features. For a mazda dealer they were really unknowledgable about their products including safety ratings, customer concerns and reviews, and available packages and accessories. According to NHTSA safety ratings the cx5 front passenger safety rating went down to 3 stars, two associates said they had never heard of this. Dishonesty or lack of knowledge? If you don't care much about the car buying experience I'm sure you could walk away from irvine-Tuttle click happy and blissfully unaware. If you are the type who spends significant time researching on your investments, you'll find yourself very disappointed with their service. This is no criticism of mazda, and Tustin mazda offers a significantly better customer experience (but that's for another review) read more

BEWARE OF ANYTHING TUTTLE CLICK TELLS YOU! I put down a $500 deposit for a 2007 Jeep Commander on a Monday night, with an agreement that I could pick up the Jeep on Friday morning because I live over 2 hours away. We had a deal. On Wednesday, I sold my Subaru Baja to help pay for the Jeep. I called Brian, the salesman, and told him I sold my car, and that a friend would drive me the two hours from Idyllwild to Irvine to pick up the Jeep on Friday morning. On Thursday morning, I get a call from Brian telling me another salesman sold the Jeep. This leaves me furious and carless. They are trying to sell me another car on their lot, acting like this breach of contract is ok. Bottom line is that they have no credibility, are unscrupulous, and I would NOT recommend doing business with any of the Tuttle Click chain. read more

There are so many negative things that went down at this dealership I am not sure where to begin. I guess I would STRONGLY ADVISE against purchasing a vehicle here. Suffice it to say that the general manager, Brian is incredibly rude, dishonest and condescending and it doesn't get better from there. I had a trade-in which they apparently sold without taking me off of the vehicle's registration. Up to 6 months after they had my Volvo (trade-in) and I had purchased a brand new CX-3, I was getting tickets sent to me for various infractions. When I called this to their attention they blamed everybody else and said it would be taken care of. It was not and I continued to receive those little gifts in the mail. When I called a third time, I was told "it's no big deal, not a lot of money and I should go to the DMV personally and pay the tickets off to be done with it". What?!? Then they said they needed to have all of the paperwork (which I only had duplicates of) if they were going to do anything. I was out of town so my elderly mother was put in the position of having to take on this task. She brought in everything (of which THEY had the originals). When I continued to get citations the manager denied ever speaking with her and told her she was lying. What?!? I don't want to go on, although I most assuredly could, because nobody wants to read a pedantic commentary. I am just putting this tidbit out there to hopefully save someone A LOT of time and money better spent elsewhere. read more

I just want to say my exprience here was by far the BEST of the BEST of the BEST. I truly have to personallly thank JR for providing a friendly;welcoming; superb;spectacular service. I can not convey enough how really genuine he is and how much care he puts into each of his customers (he stayed even after closing hours) for my unexpected MAZDA 3 surprise! That is true dedication. Guys if your looking for great service and a great deal go to Tuttle Click and speak with JR he was the best, he found me the exact car I wanted in LA had it there that day and gave me a fantastic price, but besides that he was professional and never tried to sell me on any one car we test drove several cars and was just great. Only 10 days prior did I buy a car at 17 Mazda 3 from Tustin Mazda for my 16 year old son and was set to buy a second one from them a 2017 Mazda 6 for myself when Omar offer me a 2500 factory discount, but before I went to check out the car I check with Truecar.com and found the car Omar was selling me was being offered for $4600 off sticker when I called him on that he tried to explain it away as miss understanding. He became very unprofessional and rude. So I over paid at Tustin Mazda lesson learned. Mazda a great car Tustin Mazda is not a great place to buy a car. Please go to Tuttle Click speak with JR and you will save money and be treated with respect. Always check Truecar.com first before shopping any dealership. read more

I just purchased a car from Tuttle Click Mazda. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Daniel Nguyen. I had interest in the CX-5 and the Mazda 6. Daniel took the time with me and walked me through all the options each different model had. After I went on a test drive in each car I decided to go with the Mazda 6. Daniel then went through all the options between the Sport and Touring models and I made the decision I wanted the Touring. Unfortunately they didn't have a grey one in stock but Daniel took it upon himself to find me one at another dealership. After locating the car and having his transporter go pick it up, we found out that someone at the other Mazda dealership ran into the car they were picking up for me. Daniel immediately handled the situation and found another one for me and I got it the same day!! I couldn't be happier with the service from these guys!! Highly recommended if you're looking to buy a car!! read more

I would drive a little further in L.A. for a better Mazda dealer, if I were you. I bought a Mazda 3 there and after the salesperson was done, Brian the manager took over and proceeded with the add-on sales portion of the transaction. He said that the brakes are known to wear out on this particular model because the manufacturer is trying to save weight on the car and even had another employee chime in to say that his brakes wore out within 30k miles. I initially didn't want it, but wanting to protect the investment I got suckered into buying it since it covered brakes. It was a total BS plan where I knew that I had to take it to a Ford dealer in my local area and almost everything he mentioned that they covered did not get replaced, brakes were nowhere close to needing replacement, not to mention the poor service and long wait every time I went there (probably because they don't work on Mazdas or have the foresight to have the parts needed for my service on hand). It was pretty much 4 very expensive oil changes. I spoke with a couple of Mazda techs in my area and both of them said that they had never seen brakes wear out within this amount of time. I'll NEVER buy any service from Ford (or one of their cars) ever again and I would advise that you steer clear of the shady manager at the top of this operation. Caveat Emptor. read more

Working with Alison and Nick made this by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I walked away from the same car at two other Mazda dealerships because I was displeased with their service and hard-selling approach. At Tuttle-Click, Alison was SUPER knowledgeable about the car, very personable and easy to work with, and most importantly, did not get aggressive or pushy, but simply worked really hard to make a great deal on a really sharp, awesome car. I would recommend working with her and Nick (in finance) to anybody who wants a Mazda... and I would recommend anybody who doesn't know if they want a Mazda to check them out - I am fully obsessed with mine already. Nick was also super knowledgeable, aware of his customers' needs, and hilarious. This part of buying a car is often a nightmare, but working with Nick was more like hanging out with a really funny friend who just happened to be selling me Gap Insurance. Thank you Alison, Nick and Tuttle-Click for a really smooth car buying experience and for my beautiful new CX-5! read more

After visiting multiple dealerships for cars within my budget, I went in to this dealer as I would any dealer looking for a nice Mazda 3 hatchback. As I approached the lot of the model I wanted, salesman Alex Mendoza greeted my friend and I, as well as politely asking what we were shopping around for. We told him the specific model and budget for the car and he got to work right away with helping us negotiate a deal. He is the most honest car salesman I have ever sat down to talk with and a genuine individual. Overall, this gentlemen helped my family and I get the car we wanted with the best deal. As opposed to visiting Tustin Auto center beforehand for the car I was looking for, the salesman who dealt with my friend and I was not so friendly. As soon as we told him our budget, he immediately went to his manager who came out to talk to us and kicked us out of the dealership without negotiating the price. Please save yourself some trouble and go to see Alex at Tuttle-click, you will have a better buying experience! read more

I've always been under the impression, based on multiple experiences, that buying a car from just about any dealership is a grueling process . Well based on my purchase of a new CX5 from Tuttle-Click I now believe car buying can be a great experience. I knew what I wanted coming in in terms of a Mazda vehicle and I knew what I could afford. The sales and finance team I worked with was professional, considerate and displayed a 'we'll work with you to get a deal done attitude and approach.' It was great! I did not have to deal with a succession of offers, counter offers and layers of sales managers. Jim Young, Sha Daneshfar and Nick Sterlachini teamed it up to find a vehicle that met my needs and quickly get a deal we could work with. The culture here is unlike any dealership I have ever dealt with; such a refreshing experience. Great job guys, thanks for your efforts. Mr. Click, you are building a great organization at this store. read more

My MAZDA3 engine burn died destroyed due to MAZDA MANUFACTURE using cheap components to make the V V T (variable valve timing assembly) . They have bought time so my warranty would expire and I would be totally responsible for payment when they asked me to take my MAZDA3 2008 in for inspection and "if" they would fine anything I might and might not be resposible. So, they knew how to drag my time out in order to whipe their responsibility on to me from warranty time. So, please do not get MAZDA autos because they know the game and will never admit they knew of problem with engine. I reviewed 15 complaints with same out come and ticking sounds in engine grinding and loosing power. These cars just age in half of others their age! I thought I had an awesome car wanted to keep forever but now! NOT!!! I believe 2006 to 2009 MAZDA 3 - 6 and CX 5. Are defected! Then they change their engine in 2010 to 2.5. Only wish I could trust them again! But since they do NOT stand behind the consumer I Will Never Buy A MAZDA again and will tell everyone of what is going on!!! I would just love for them to PAY for my new engine I want to keep my car but, they won't even do that! They need a CLASS ACTION SUDE this would be great but recall better! Also, in the cases thrown out of court in New York was because they said car is out of warranty and they cannot fix something that's passed its term! They have complied with the warranty of life on car!!! Jack asses!!! They again have been called before warranty was or has been expired, and they would not care to do the work and be resposible for payment! The reason WE ALL bought a new car was to avoid this! Spending money to fix a car over and over!!! read more
