Ketchup should pretty much be automatic, or at the very least they should ask if you want some. I know it sounds like a small thing, but it's annoying when it keeps happening. Really bad customer service and honestly just a stupid policy if that's what they're being told to do.

Two items were missing from my order. I called the store to resolve this, but the staff told me to wait and she put me on hold for 20 minutes with no help. At the very least, I expect better customer service. Two missing chicken fingers shouldn't be a big deal, but the poor service and 20-minute hold completely ruined my late dinner after a long working day. Also, some of the chicken tenders were noticeably small, were barely half the size they should be. Customer service, if you're reading this, you have my order number and I paid by card, so you should be able to process a refund without asking me to call back.
