Not many dining choices in Albuquerque after 9 pm. I feel their food and service is on par or better than the other bar / food places during the late hours. They have 10-close happy hour so that is a plus. It is not terribly busy at these times, so food is not a very long wait, especially if you sit at the bar which is where I feel you will be best served. read more

I went in with Family, we got our menus but it took 15 minutes to get our order, the place was not busy, we got our drinks and then 15 minutes later we got our order, u had to request another steak because mine was undercooked, it took another 20 minutes to get my order, we never got an explanation nor an apology, I asked for Manager he was unprofessional, he needs training and he shouldn't be working customer service with that poor response, I had tried reaching out to corporate but no response, not recommend going to this restaurant again there are many other options just around the same area, not getting my business again. read more

Laura tended to my table and was awesome. Bar was a little backed up and she thoroughly explained that and kept us up to date and always made sure we were good. Food was good, Ribs, adult Mac, mash potatoes, billionaire bacon the meatballs good choices. When drink did come they were great! Atmosphere is chill sports bar like. Service: Samantha did a good job. She constantly checked on us and made sure we had drinks and if our food was to our satisfaction. Food: Definitely needs work. Ordered the cheeseburger with side salad. The burger meat was lacking some major salt and meat appeared to be dry and over cooked. Salad dressing was drenched and made the salad almost inedible. Drinks: Ordered Maker Mark with Diet Coke. Received regular Coke 2 times. Not sure where the disconnect was but bit annoyed by it. Beer definitely cold. Smoked wings pretty good. Female bartenders spend too much time on phone and adding lip gloss ect. to themselves. Service from bartenders was bad and it was slow. Of course they spent most of the time talking to the regulars and not paying attention to other customers at the bar. read more

I want to start this review by saying that I am always a go with the flow type person. I always understand if a place is slammed and the server is busy. I am completely understanding when it comes to normal things however every bit of our experience at Twin Peaks, with the exception of the service staff was Very disappointing. We ordered the chicken fried steak and we were excited to try it because of the jalapeño gravy when we opened the box in our motorhome there was no gravy. The chicken fried steak was cold and the vegetables were greasy, but it was good food for our dogs I guess. Next was the salmon Caesar salad there was so much dressing on the salad that it was barely edible, but I tried to eat it anyways, and the lettuce was so bad and soggy either from the dressing or that it needed to be replaced. It was just disappointing, and the salmon was dry and beyond overcooked . Lastly, was the lemon pepper wings. They were so dry that there was hardly any meat on the bones and the chicken almost smelled bad so it just seems like there is a little bit of attention could be made to the food. I wanna make it very clear that the wait staff was lovely. The girls were great security was wonderful. Just the food was a real letdown after driving for 10 hours across country. When they first opened, I was very excited to have a local tavern next to my home. I don't exactly know what has happened. I think they had a "opening crew" during that time. Unfortunately I find Albuquerque workers lack work ethic. Someone else mentioned "Albuquerque effect". I totally agree. Service has become dismal at best. Servers have become "make the least effort possible". Sports bars in area are very competitive and I just don't see a future in this one under current management. read more

Came in today to enjoy some food and laughs. The hostess, Miq, was polite, hospitable and fun. She gave great recommendations for food. Our server, Miranda, was attentive and very amicable. I've given this place several chances to change my mind. And they have failed each time. The atmosphere is not the best but I'll chalk that up to an Albuquerque vibe. The food is absolutely horrible, how do you mess up chicken wings. The wings were under cooked and you can tell on the first bite. That's not only gross but it's unsafe. The waitress was pretty cool and we didn't have to wait long for much. However my beer mug was dirty, which is an absolute fail during a pandemic. The food sucks and its not for a lack of menu items but poor execution. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this establishment which sucks because I like the twin peaks franchise. I'm a server myself and I understand being busy, but only seeing your server a total of 5 times in the span of 2 hours is insane. The closest bar located to my hotel this past week. Only came by to grab a few drinks before we left the next day. We were seated after a 5 minute wait and served a couple minutes after. Work peers said "Hey, let's meet over at Twin Peaks for a beer". Ugh!!! Well at the very least, I know the beer will be cold and tall! At least that expectation wasn't screwed! We are 62, and 63 and have never been kicked out of a restaurant in our lives. Manager is suppose to listen to what customers have to say and we were not even given the opportunity to talk. if I could give less then one star I would!!!! Had a really rough past week, was looking forward to coming to twins and eating some food and having a few drinks with good company. I Was denied by management (some gentlemen that was super rude to me and I'm obviously 32 and not driving) because all I had was my paper ID. My purse was stolen and I didn't have my hard copy ID yet. As an alcohol certified card holder and a restaurant manager of 2 restaurants, he lied straight to my face saying New Mexico is a hard copy only state. Incorrect on so many levels. I do not appreciate the lie, nor do I appreciate the fact that he was rude asking for a passport when I just explained that my purse was stolen and this was all I had. I do understand laws are laws but when it's up to the managers discretion to approve the order, you don't have to be rude and lie. I'm disappointed and will not be recommended anyone here. read more

I absolutely love to watch football games here at Twin Peaks! It is a great atmosphere and they have a tremendous amount of tv's. I like to go here during football season and get some cold beers and appetizers. The service here is really good. We always get seated quickly and the food comes out fairly quick! I love how cold the beers are and the selection they have. Last time I went I ordered the avocado smash burger and it was amazing! I added bacon to it and it was nice and crispy. I wish they would serve some more fries with the meal but other than that it was great! Will def be back. read more

On July 21st I had just arrived in Albuquerque, it was late, I was hungry and there was not too many restaurants open. I found Twin Peaks open and up my alley with food and drinks. Upon my arrival I had a short 15 minute wait to be seated. The restaurant and bar was packed and had a good vibe. My waitress Nicole "Nicki" was friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs. Even though Nicki had been working at Twin Peaks for only 2 weeks, she was already a pro with great food recommendations. I ordered the pulled pork bbq sandwich which was fantastic. My cocktail was delicious and tasty too. Thank you to Nicole for hitting a home run with great customer service. I went for the karaoke. It was awful. Simple songs like Annie Lenox missing. Since I Fell for you by Reba McIntyre and Natalie Cole , Melody too fast and chopped up. The last time I was there , the DJ said he was adding new songs. Now, remind you that all my songs are old songs. The owner is too cheap to put in an updated system like KaraFun. The DJ told me to talk to the bartender and she was snotty. I'll never return there again. I sing in several places in Albuquerque and in dozens All over Mexico. The Mexicans have this place beat in spades. This place is very amateurish in something that the public wants.
