Was an ABQ for a week for work and came here probably 4 times. Tipped well, Spent a lot of money and made a handful of friends at the bar. Exactly what I came here for. Service was good some days and decent the the other, but never terrible. Came back a couple nights before I left and ordered 2 beers and 2 shots and some wings. Well after the meal was over and drinks were done, I met another pal at the bar and wanted to order another beer before I left. Come to find out I had to order more food to get this beer. And the receipt I was given (which bartender gave me a deal on) *Riley was taken back and added all my drinks back on. Try to pay with my card and they tell me it's fraud. Go to a bar right after that and my card works just fine. All in all , manager is terrible and looks out for his friends and local people and picks and chooses who he doesn't like/ after reading reviews and seeing *manager brought up over and over. It makes a ton of sense. Beers cold wings are good. In need of new management or dude needs to not discriminate. read more

I am beyond livid! I went with some coworkers on 9/12 for some drinks at around 10pm. When our server came to take our order I asked for a Shot and a Margarita, and in a very rude way she said I could only order one. Which makes no sense because previously when I've gone, I've ordered 2 drinks at a time, whether it's a beer and shot or cocktail and shot. She brought back our drinks and I finished my shot right away, and had to wait a good 10 mins for her to come back so I could order the margarita! Then my friend and I ordered the same thing (Peak Sampler) but my plate had considerably less than my friend's.. and on top of that, since the service wasn't great I didn't leave a tip! But when I wake up today I find the transaction posted to my account along with a tip! Something has got to be done about that! I clearly did not leave a tip! Got seated right away on a Saturday afternoon. My problem is getting service after that. I usually go to twin peaks for the beers. I've been to many locations. Albuquerque being the worst one. The bar is usually always full since it's so tiny so I have to go sit at a regular table which is ok. It's getting the beer there. If you're not at the bar good luck getting more than 1 beer. They taking forever to bring us beer. I literally got my food before my first beer that I ordered when I sat down. Also they don't give you any beer coasters and my table is all wet, especially when the beer is ice cold like they promote it. I have to ask for napkins at least! Overall this place is not organized. I went with 2 friends to use my free entree birthday coupon. Our waitress was super bubbly but not at all interested in serving three women. Showed up at 10:34pm on a Sunday. Sat at the bar top, waited for 8 mins for one of the bartenders to notice and take my order. She did see me but was busy making drinks. Did not acknowledge me on saying, "Hello, my name is ____ sorry we are busy but me or someone well get to you as soon as possible." One regular customer sat next me and got his drink under 13 secconds. Both bartenders talked to the regular customer for a solid 1-2 mins before doing their tasks and duties. Bartender Jordan had good customer service though but lacked in some areas. After I finished my first and only beer, waited 4 mins but that's when she only grab the empty glass and did not offer me another one. Time was 11:17pm. I went with my two girlfriends this week, and the manager was super kind from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. We had some problems with a couple men pressuring us to take shots, but the manager was right there making sure we were okay. This is definitely a girl friendly restaurant! The reason I say this is because it's a sport bar, it is important to make sure none of the TVs have a delay and every seat can watch the games going on. Poor management! Our family of 5 had sat down, ordered drinks, ordered an appetizer and our food! There was a fight on tv and they were charging everyone at the table $5 to watch the fight. No problem. As we were waiting for the appetizer and being there around 30 minutes the manager came up to our table and said that anyone under 21 couldnt stay (mind you we have 3 children at the table). I told her we were unaware and no one had told us that. She said we had 30 minutes but had to leave. I then proceeded to tell her we just ordered our food?? She said she could cancel it for us or take it to go. I told her just to cancel as we had three hungry kiddos. The manager said there was a sign posted on the door. The waitress came over and apologized and said she didn't know that children couldn't be there???? As we were walking out we had other servers tell us sorry and they knew NOTHING about this rule. As we were leaving there were children at other tables, doesn't make sense? When we left we took a picture of the sign that was posted on the door and it said the following: Must be 21+ OR be accompanied by an adult!! I went back in and asked to talk to the manager again. The girls at the front were nice and apologized again and said they had never done this before and didn't know about this rule. After waiting another 10 minutes the manager came back up. I said on the sign it says "be accompanied by an adult!" She said yes and I asked her if we could of stayed and she said yes. She never apologized for kicking us out or anything. Slow, bugs, noisy, illness..... Ate dinner here last night on our way through town. Food was slow (20-30 min) and we weren't told until after the meal that it was due to only having one chef in the kitchen. We understand lots of places are experiencing a shortage of workers so we sympathize, just wish we were told that at the beginning of the meal so we could have expected the wait. However the real issue was noise-the music was so loud it was disturbing; there were ants and other small bugs crawling on the table (we sat inside); and both my husband and I got sick from something we ate there. Major improvements need to be made on all levels. We will not be stopping here again. read more
