I see the reviews, unanimously, from 06/25/2017 thru 07/18/2017 were in the dumpster! Wow, what a contrast to our visit here! Maybe the managerial staff woke up to some of your grievances, but those that blew this site up with 1 star ratings would have to go back (if they dare) and try the place out again. We came on opening NFL Sunday, as we were in town for the MNF game. The three of us arrived early to catch the morning (afternoon your time) games. Our waitress was excellent and I wish I knew her name to give her props. We were attended to promptly and had the coldest (shards to ice from the cold glasses I presume) beer on tap I have ever had a restaurant! I was quite refreshing to say the least. Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak for lunch and the wait was reasonable. As for the sandwich itself - I would say it fell within the TOP 3 which I have ever eaten! It was great! The bun was soft and the innards plentiful, and it was NOT drenched (which makes the bun fall apart). The fries I received with it were warm and crisp. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, as did my son and his buddy (who is like another son to me)! We left for a quick tour of the Coors Brewery, but returned for the second half of the late afternoon games. Although the waitress changed, the service and food did not. Had chicken wings for dinner (as I was still semi-full from the earlier lunch). The wings were quite tasty and I would order them again (as I would the sandwich) if I ever had a reason to be in this neck of the woods again (I doubt that will happen though). Every television set was playing football games and not one of them was on the blink, like someone else posted in one of their negative reviews. The place was fairly packed, yet the service did not suffer. There were some great fans (except one Turd fan), supporting their respective teams, in the place and we had no problems whatsoever. This is really unfortunate, but I can no longer recommend this place. Please read below. I was in this place on 6/22/2017, it was happy hour, or $1.00 off the price of beers. The normal price of a beer is $6.25, meaning the happy hour price should be $5.25. After I got home I noticed on the bill they charged me $6.00 for the beer. If you read my previous review you may have read how they rarely, if ever, give you the correct change and nearly always round the bill up to the next dollar, they have never rounded it down. After experiencing a bill that was incorrect I decided to write to the company. The only thing worse then a company denying an incorrect bill is a company that won't even have the courtesy to respond. This is the second time they have not responded to my email. For that reason I say stay away from this business or any business that just charges what they feel like charging. You can never know what your bill might be. read more

We really enjoy coming here. The food is good, always consistent. The service is great! Ambrosia's customer service was spot on!

The wings were actually really good! We were concerned about the spicy-ness of everything we ordered and ended up getting that were way too spicy for us. The chili was ok but way too spicy. We wished Leslie would have been more knowledgeable about the things that were recommended and/or to help us understand that we may not like the chili for example. Decor was awesome, employees friendly, food well portioned and a good temperature. We ordered a bacon burger which my son liked, unlike other restaurants there was an abundant amount. My daughter got the Chicken Quesadilla and it was AWESOME super flavorful!! We had boneless and bone in wings- both were tasty however we were served drumettes only, no flats and those are my favorite. A bit pricy IMO but definitely worth a visit. Had lunch there this afternoon Bella was my server. I told her I had to send out a couple hundred emails before I could look at the menu, she said that was fine and asked me if I would like something to drink while I got my work done? I replied yes I would love an Arnold Palmer. While I continue through my emails she came back and asked me if there was something I would be interested to snack on while I finished up my work. So I decided to have some fried pickles. It was the perfect Amount of food while finishing up busy work. After I got done with my work I ordered my meal, moms pot roast, and it was delicious. This is the best place for sports, cold beer, and great wings. We sat with Lauren on a busy Friday, but she still offered amazing service. She was very attentive and recommended some of the new menu drinks which were delicious. Great sense of humor and was really awesome to talk to, brought my kids in and she was great with them. Service was okay, our drinks were not strong at all, we ordered 3 shots and 3 cocktails each and didn't even leave with a buzz. The drinks were straight sugar and water. I have been here several times and have been disappointed everything. It took like 5 mins to get acknowledge. Manager is disconnected from the dinning room and bartenders are too busy gossiping to take your order. After I got someone's attention I ordered a side of fries. I went to this restaurant with pretty low expectations and left completely underwhelmed. With this being a new restaurant, I can understand if the waitstaff is new and a little unfamiliar with everything. It quickly became apparent that many of the servers had no restaurant experience and we're hired clearly for their looks(or attempted looks). All of the beer is touted to be served at a near freezing temperature and in a frosted mug. For the small selection of decent beers that they have on tap, I certainly do not want it served tastelessly cold. The food was mediocre overall; we sampled several appetizers and no one was very impressed with their entree. My tacos were awkward, soggy and forgettable. I get this place is not all about the food, but the food has to be better. On the plus side there are a lot of televisions around, so you can watch a game or two over drinks. Our server was polite, and did her best to help. The decor is kind of like a rustic lodge. For my meal I ordered The Hangover Burger. It comes topped with fried egg, American cheese, bacon, red onion, mayo and lettuce. It normally comes with tomato but I chose to go without. All of the ingredients sound great separately. The burger was quite filling. It just lacked flavor. I was hoping for more. The fries were ok. If you want to catch the game with friends over drinks, this is an ok place. read more

So coming in with my boyfriend, I knew what type of place this was and was actually excited. I have been to tilted kilt and hooters. But each time I don't always expect the greatest service. Same here. Food great and atmosphere great! Service horrible. I'll go for the food again but will have to bite my tounge on the crappy service. Great ghost sauce wings tho! I was just in this place. I absolutely never do this but the service had me buy one beer and leave. I sat at the bar and the bartenders got me a beer real quick. They asked if I was eating and I said yes give me about two minutes with the menu. That was it, I literally say there for 40 minutes waiting to place a food order. I'm not one to yell out and be annoying to get the bartenders attention. 40 minutes is ridiculous even during tough staffing challenges these days. I really wanted to like this place.
