My hubby and I like to come here...he loves the frozen mugs of Budweiser, in particular... the service is always really good, the girls are very attentive, which for a non drinker like me is great!! We enjoy the burgers, they are always really fresh. The Philly cheesesteak is excellent. The chicken fried steak comes with 2 huge steaks, big enough to share the meal...we also enjoy the smoked and grilled wings... extremely tender and tasty. Went and met a few buddy's. Got greeted nicely and felt welcome. The service was great by Bella. Food was better than I expected. Prices weren't too bad for food. Food was good but too expensive ($14.50 for two fish tacos, total). I hate having my bill ROUNDED UP. This just irritates me and turns a 20 t0 25% tip to a 15% one! Also, if I ask for an extra sauce, TELL ME it going to cost extra. Also, I asked what I could SUBTITUTE for French fries, not getting charged extra for something else without being told. After I finish writing this review I'll be writing to the company and contacting a district manager. DO NOT GO HERE IS YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. 6/12, between 7-7:30 some friends and I waited at the bar to be helped. After about fifteen minutes of no help, we finally got to order drinks. After another fifteen my friend made a joke about us waiting so long and how I "better have not forgotten my epipen after all this," because I have a severe nut allergy. They estimate I have five minutes to live and an extra five if I have my epi pen, so I need to be rushed to a hospital. At this point we still didn't say anything. Celeste finally peeled herself away from trying to flirt with an older man for better tips to ask "what do you want?" I said "hey, I'd just like to look at the allergen menu. "Allergy? Allergen? What?" Was the response I got. "I have a severe Allergy to peanuts, tree nuts..." and I trailed off because there's more and she said "yeah, AND? What else?" Before telling me that they didn't have an allergen menu and that she didn't understand why I needed one. She walked away and stood in the opening to the kitchen, visibly angry yelling at her boss and pointing at me, before the manager came over and said "what's the problem? Why do you need an allergen menu? We don't have one." This was where I had to explain to the MANAGER OF THE RESTAURANT that they do have an allergen menu, it says "ask for the allergen menu" on the menus AND I explained to him that I had already clicked the link to the allergen menu on the website, but I didn't have the reception in the restaurant to bring it up. The manager's response to this was "if we do, let me know because I don't know anything about that." But it's a law that they're required to have allergen information. This is wild. I'll make sure to post on all the allergen forums about the Twin Peaks in Colorado. read more

First time coming into twin peaks for lunch today I heard some great things about it and ordered some breaded wings and fries, the food was great and I loved it all but I wanted to talk ab the service, I had a beautiful young girl amerissa come and take care of me today and all I gotta say is give her a raise! She was the sweetest and was so humbled and polite , she had about 5 more tables ahead of me and she still made sure to check up on me if I needed anything, she brought me my food at a good time made sure I got refills when I needed and all the above. This is my Third review for this place. The majority of this review will be focused on my waitress Meagan. As far as servers go, she was not only on top of her game, she went above and beyond. There was not a moment where she was inattentive or where her superior server skills lacked even in the slightest. She was bright and friendly, suggested items on the menu that I would like and quickly and promptly brought out my food with a smile. She never let my water glass even get to half empty before she filled it again. I would with out a doubt and without any hesitation recommend that she get promoted to lead server. This was my first visit to Twin Peaks. I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I am a huge fan of Hooters and many of my friends compared it to Hooters. They have been bugging me for years to visit one. I was surprised of how limited the menu was. We went to Twin Peaks for lunch. The girls were very friendly and the quality of the food was varied. I had the smokehouse burger, which was great. But the fries were horrible. They tasted old and no one in our party liked the seasoning. My wife had the chicken tenders which were good, but again she hated the fries. My friend has the Philly Cheese steak sand which. Which he enjoyed, except for the mushrooms. Who puts mushrooms on a Philly? My biggest complaint was the overall dull feel of the restaurant. The atmosphere had no energy and the place felt like Denny's. The music was putting me asleep. I realize it was lunch time, but they could put more effort into making the place lively. The "peaks" that Twin Peaks is so famous for were also disappointing. They were more like hills for amateur hikers. Even my wife commented on it. Most girls did not wear the standard Twin Peaks uniforms which probably added to the disappointment. read more

If you come to Twin Peaks make sure you ask for Mia!!!! She's vibrant, funny and will always get your food and drink order placed right away. From the time I've been coming here all of the waitresses are good. (Marsha and Chiarra I would recommend). Friday nights are always packed because it's LINGERIE NIGHT!!!. Talk about scenic views Saturday nights are calm unless there's a fight night. Sundays are always good to come in for football and the staff here always does there best to get you seated right away. Been here two times to give it a second chance. Food is terrible. First time: nachos were flavorless and hamburger was salty. Second time: Spinach dip was burnt so it was hard on top. Chicken had freezer burn. Philly cheese steak was way too salty even though the manager said they don't add salt to that food. Traded the philly out for a breakfast taco and food was not cooked well. We only made the complaint on the philly cheese steak in person. When it came to the salty problem we had everyone in our group try it so it was not just one opinion. For tv watching. Twin Peaks is a Hooter with much better food and much better TV. The servers are friendly, engaging but smart enough to leave you alone when your attention in on the TV. In fact, most of the folks that come here, do not really attempt to talk to the servers. We kinda like to be left alone with a beer and our TVs. read more

I was in town on business and came here to have a beer after a long day of meetings. Twin Peaks is open late, which is exactly what I was looking for. They had a handful of micro brews on draft which is my go to. I didn't order food but from looking at the plates others around me had, their portion sizes were larger than expected. Twin Peaks has a ton of T.V's to catch any sporting event you wish to see. I would recommend checking out twin peaks, I will be when I'm in the area again. read more

If you want service go to the Lakewood location. Sunday 11/27/2022 @1:30pm @ The Broomfield CO location. Even though the Bronco's where playing it was not busy. The hostess was nice, and put us in a booth ( Table 92/1 ) right away. Waitress ( Emiliana ) came by 15 minutes later and asked if we wanted any appetizers, we said no. She walked away. Another 15 minutes she came back and asked if we where doing ok ? No, can we order our drinks and food. She acted put off that we wanted something to drink and eat. 15 minutes later received our drinks. 45 minutes later received cold chicken wings. Asked for more ranch, it never came. We seen her standing in kitchen area doing nothing for most of the time we where there, so again she was Not busy. I walked out and then she finally brought my wife the bill. Also a side note: In Lakewood a manager stops by and makes sure all is well, not at this location otherwise would have shared with manager. First time at this establishment, and I had an amazing experience. I sat at the bar Friday night and I was instantly greeted by both bartenders. The menu was easy to access and the bartenders recommended the naughty burnet, which is now on my favorites. The food came out almost immediately and my beer was never empty. Hooters is still my go 2. Manager at this location was very nice over the phone and strongly advertised the MMA Bellator live fights + No Cover Fee at his location. Thank goodness for 0 dollars at the door, because the televisions were NOT airing the game at all for 20 minutes. My boyfriend was not as enlightened, as his cousin felt that they should be taking care of patrons with the false advertising. All the waitresses were not being up on service because they all were mostly doing the standard job, but were avoiding 99.9% of all patrons to avoid being questioned about when, why and how are they not airing the live fights? The girls didn't know how to answer, naturally. In the middle of the fights, the full house of Twin Peaks were filled with moans and grunts because the televisions were constantly pausing and freezing. Most people were screaming for free drinks, free appetizers etc,. Our waitress was a darling and I haven't touched anything negative on her. She actually made us feel very welcomed, but I understood she was busy. Thanks for a positive in this negative experience, Jordan. The food is semi-cold and horrendous. I was absolutely disgusted with the wings, fries and celery. Boneless wings, sweet mild BBQ were not hot and were semi cold. Horrible, horrible, horrible. The fries were burnt!? how? and the celery just looked dull. The whole lobby was freezing, because the patio windows were opened when not a lot of people were dining out there. There was no temperature adjustment. It was an ice box. The night was not as fun here. We do love other locations even competitors entirely different like Buffalo Wild Wings, and of course, Hooters. The sandwich was scrumptious from first bite i couldn't put it down had a little kick with every bite. The sweet potato fries had the perfect amount of sweet and salty.
