Was seated promptly. Server was nice and attentive until she was cut and asked us to close out. She said she'd bring her replacement which never happened. We sat there for about 45 waiting. I asked another server she said she'd bring someone else but never did and just ignored us. I had to go to the bar to ask for a Togo box. If you like wings from Wingstop, order the Bone-In Naked. I ordered 12 for 2 people but TRUST, just order the 18! They are fried right. One of the best casual places to hang out with friends to watch a sporting event. Either you want to watch Monday night football, Thursday night football, the Astros World Series run or the Rockets. It's the place for a casual get together. Atmosphere 7/10 Food 8/10 Prices 6/10 TV's. Plenty Restroom 7/10 Negatives: Parking 2/10 Security 5/10. At night it can be a little sketchy. I never see security around and sometimes there are some drunks that approach you but just want to talk a little. On Monday night, parking is pretty difficult. I love coming to Twin Peaks. The food is really good, especially the Texas Philly and the wings. The service is also great, especially Mariann. She is always fantastic when I sit in her section. I tend to avoid UFC fight nights because it gets super crowded, but overall Twin Peaks is the best sports bar in town. read more

I have only came to this establishment twice and each time it gets worse. The first time was an extremely busy packed night because of a boxing fight, so it took almost 15 minutes until someone actually stopped to get my order for a drink. So I will let that slide. But tonight, it was not very busy. I don't mind that the waitress serving me has zero knowledge on their beers. I don't mind that the nachos I got was just good enough to be edible. What really grinds my gears is that after I finished, and notified my waitress that I was done, I've been waiting for my check for more than 20 minutes. The table to my right, came in after me and got his check before me and left. The table in front of me got their check not too long after the table to my right. And here I was, completely ignored. I had enough of it and walked up to the front and just paid my bill. I was half tempted to leave no tip but she did bring my beer and nachos. So I left two bucks. I don't normally write reviews but this place was a disaster. The Waitress was horrible all she did was sit down at another customer table majority of time. It was a group of 5 of us, We put in an order and the waitress never submitted the order. When we ask about our order the waitress stated we never put in an order. Diabolical. We Requested the manger she was dismissive and even expressed that the waitress was not one of the good waitress. Here is the kicker, I was paying the entire bill. Per Twin peaks website they honor and give a military discount. When I asked to get a military discount, the discount was 2 dollars off the bill . The bill a little over 200 dollars. When asked why was the military discount only 2 dollars which is an insult. The manager stated I can only get a discount because I'm the only one who is a vet at the table and it's only for the food I consumed and no military discount for drinks. ( Sounds like BS to me) When the website clearly states and it's express on the website that there is a 20 percent military discount. The website doesn't give an itemize a break down of what's discounted and what's not. The manager stated this is a franchise and she is only going by the rules of the owners. When asked to speak to the owners they were not available at the restaurant. The service at this location sucked, and the customer service sucked. Never again will I spend a dime at twin peaks. We went to watch a Rockets game. We got there about half an hour before game time and the wait was about 15 minutes. After being seated, our waitress quickly arrived and took our drinks. Our high table was positioned right under some tv's and in an angle where it was difficult to have full access of some other screens. I had to twist and turn various directions to see couple different screens. Unfortunately, the food was sub-par. The steaks were overcooked, dry, and chewy. We had a Medium Rare and they cooked it well done, with no red in center. The wings were small and dry, the flavors were tasteless and rubs were extremely salty. Tried the 12 smoked wings and they were awful. I ate 1 smoked wing, told our waitress O didn't like them- she ordered 6 fried wings to sub. This is my go to spot to watch any game, ppv boxing/mma. The staff is friendly and the waitresses are always making sure you have everything you need. I like to order the triple play which consists of warm chips with a red spicy salsa, a delicious guacamole and queso. The triple play goes great with any beer but if you're looking for a deal , try the ziegenbock for $2.50. You get a tall frosty mug full of this tasty beer. I ordered the cheeseburger and was surprised how good it was. The cheeseburger was very flavorful. I do have to warn about the parking. The parking lot gets full by 7ish. Especially if the big game or a ppv event is showing that night. If parking is full you will have to park in the back, across the street from the parking lot.
