The Wagyu was a big piece of meat that my family of 4 shared - I appreciated the big slab of butter that they left on top of the steak, mmm so good. We finished off our meal with the sticky toffee pudding which was sooo good! It was gone in seconds and if I had an unlimited budget, we definitely would've gotten more. Highly recommend coming to Hearthstone for a nice meal in Breck. Service and hospitality were very nice - a manager came around to check in on every table to ensure that everyone was having a good experience. The restaurant is interestingly located inside an antique house!

There is no place better to watch the sunset in Breck than at Twist. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and well, of course the food is amazing. I had the special tonight: Buffalo sloppy Joe. Perfect twist on comfort food. It was fantastic. I've heard it might be added to their Fall menu. I can't wait to enjoy some warm food while the crisp air outside lends itself to some snowfall on the mountain. Overall, its the perfect addition to dining in Breckenridge. The folks at Relish really put together something special when they opened Twist. read more

Meatloaf was served cold and the curry with tofu was bland. Like they didn't even try. But, what ruined it for us was the service. The waitress with the Sarah Palin glasses was horrible. Rude, didn't refill our drinks or ask if we needed more beer, then shoved the check in our face about a quarter way through dessert. However, I should say that the desserts were excellent. If I had to pick my "last meal" today it would be the Potato Chip Crusted Ruby Red Trout with fingerling potato hash, sweet pea puree, gaufrettes, and lemon butter sauce at Twist! Twist was an amazing place to grab dinner. We had the pork shoulder and there is nothing else to get once you try this meal. It was a 10/10 on my taste buds.
