Bottom line is the value for what you get is simply not there. Yes, the food is good! Hot, prepared fresh, and tasty. I got a Buffalo chicken, my boyfriend got a pepperoni pizza, and my roomie got the BLT one with a fried egg. We also shared fried pickles. I drank the fountain root beer by Stubborn Soda, same for the boyfriend. My roomie got the Twisted Tea (not what you think). The place is cool - I love the bespoke wall art, shout out to @armandoarts_5 for the local inspiration and style. It was clean, the guy who helped us was very friendly. But guys...it's JUST grilled cheese with extra stuff on it. My roommate and I agree that our sandwiches didn't eat like a grilled cheese, more like just a sandwich. The crispy tender bite with ooey gooey cheese didn't seem to happen, though it did for the pepperoni pizza one. It's all decent, it's yummy. But...we spent almost $60 for the three of us...on grilled cheese. It's almost...embarrassing to have to write that out loud for the internet to see. The soda is good! I tried the twisted tea and it's very good, but it toes the line of toothpasty. It doesn't quite turn me off, but it makes me think about toothpaste, which is probably more than enough to turn others off - and you don't get refills, by the way. The fried pickles were very good! Generic ranch in a plastic cup, though. This place isn't reinventing the wheel. Sorry to say I won't be coming back. They just aren't doing anything that will draw me back there again.

So I came here once before but this spot hadn't opened yet. Bummer... I happened to be driving by last Saturday and noticed it was open!!! Obviously, I made a U-Turn bc I had to check it out. So, walk in and place is new, clean still got the little bling to it. Smells great and I was warmly greeted by personnel. All is well, and I proceed to check out the menu and decide to get the original. I need to know if you can make a basic grilled cheese before I venture to other items. I'm about ten minutes, and $11.00 poorer from when I walked in, I walked out with my grilled cheese and like the impatient person I am, I tried it in the car, had too. I'll just say, the buttery, crispy golden bread was just right with all the five cheeses promised! Man, I'm a fan. I usually don't do reviews like this but I didn't appreciate how they were getting low stars. I don't care what the price, if it's good... I'm buying! I gave four stars because I still think they can be better. Like Chick-Fil-a better.. y'all know what I mean by that.

We stopped in on a whim and I'm so glad we did!! Jose was the only employee working and he made our food quickly and it was SO DELICIOUS! Do yourself a favor and order the waffle fries, they were perfection! I had the pepperoni grilled cheese and my fiancé had the double patty cheeseburger. Both were excellent choices! As I write this review, I'm growing increasingly hungry for all of the things I've mentioned so far. Give this restaurant a try, you won't be disappointed! The customer service was just as good as the food!!

Man I really loved the food truck they had! Now, with them at a brick and mortar, I'm super happy. However, it's crazy that they have food truck pricing (you know what I mean!) versus brick and mortar prices. 2 people, almost $50 was a little up there for the meal. I was also disappointed that my meal took almost 20 minutes to make since I watched others get there's. I will however say that the wait was WORTH IT! The brisket was a hit and not a miss. I would hands down come back. Especially since they are getting a bar built inside. But I'm afraid to see those prices as well. Time will tell!

This place is pretty mediocre. The food is okay, but it's nothing I would write home about. This place does have a "bar" like the other locations, but there is no one there, and not functioning. Some of their signature drinks such as twisted tea were not available as well (pretty disappointing). Overall, I would only come here for the lunch special, but not to this location!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!! The filing cheesesteak was gross that is it in the photo there was barely any meat and there was more veggies (tomatoes) and onions than the meat inside. We bought 4 grilled cheese and our total ended up $72 . There was a sandwich with bread and burger patty and cheese and another bread and the total that ended up for that was $15 for something that you could have made at home.They had like 4 employees working in the back so the came out extra slow. The music was super loud and we had to try and speak louder and the restroom was unsanitary there was no toilet paper in the stall .We bought four drinks and the total for the drinks ended up to $9 . I would not recommend to my family and my friends just save your money please.

This evening was our first time to visit. We had four different orders and everyone enjoyed everything ordered, including the sweet potato fries. My Philly Chicken Sandwich was a great combination of flavors and toastiness and cheesiness. My daughter's Avocado BLT& E(gg) looked like it will be my next order. Jose recommended a few dishes but we settled on the twisted burger and halal Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and did not regret it. Absolutely excellent food without any heavy grease you may get from a gourmet burger, etc. Give it a whirl and see if you agree. Tell Jose I said what's up! read more

What a disappointment! When we walked in, I noticed lots of tables filled, but no one was eating. Only one person at the register and one in the kitchen. We ordered anyway, but had to be told first that they were out of waffle fries and several other items. So a burger with no fries and then found out they couldn't (or wouldn't) make a milkshake for my granddaughter. Supplies hadn't come in we were told! Crazy! Register lady asks the cook if she could make one, she didn't know how. Ordered a 5 cheese sandwich and tomato basil soup (way too spicy and came in two small Styrofoam cups--guess no supplies?). Child's burger ordered with meat, cheese and catsup. No catsup says the cook in the kitchen, so we go to condiment station and none there either. Register lady managed to get some from under the counter, but the whole trip to this new place was a fiasco! Prediction: they won't be in business long. Too bad, because I really like a good grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup! Prices too expensive especially for having no fries, no milkshakes, etc. read more

The space was quaint and clean. The staff is friendly. The manager, José, made sure everyone had what they needed. The food was tasty, although I wish the bread was toasted/grilled to a golden brown on both sides. I had a side of waffle fries that were wonderfully cooked. My wife had the truffle onion rings that teased my palate perfectly. Overall, I give it a thumbs up! read more

This place is the definition of hole in the wall. I got the Halal philly cheesesteak, and words cannot begin to describe how amazing and delicious it was. I'm no Keith Lee, but wow, this place had my eyes rolling to the back of my head after each and every bite. The cheese was hot and creamy and the meat was flavored perfectly. The service was amazing, 10/10. Since it was my first time, the staff was very patient with me and cracked a few jokes. They also answered my questions without fail. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Jose greeted me and was very genuine. He reviewed the menu and also recommended I try the Texas tea (glad I did!) The tea is very refreshing with a minty flavor. I ordered the Tarragon lobster and it's seasoned to perfection. You are not missing out on anything. Popped in there with two hungry teens that eat practically anything, one ordered the burger, he said it was dry and disgusting (didn't finish it) other ordered the philly cheese steak and i think they forgot to add the steak, pretty much a grilled cheese with onions and tomatoes (didn't finish it), i got brisket grilled cheese (it was blah) wife got avocado blt(she didn't finish it) left just as hungry as we arrived was not worth the 70 dollars i paid. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Where to start, first off after standing there for 5 mins I was finally greeted to take my order. Literally 30mins after ordering I get told that they don't have o e of the items that I ordered and was offered a cookie or brownie in replacement but I denied because my mind was set on on what I ordered. But besides the fact they never offered to refund me for it she just walked away, surprisingly 15 mins after still waiting she approached me again saying that they actually do have what I ordered and that it will be a couple more mins to make them to make them, mind you I'm 50 mins into my hour lunch. So I finally received my food and rush back to work thinking I'm going to get a bit or two of my food before clocking back in and boom of course my order is wrong -_- so I just wasted $35 on food that I'm not going to eat and this place has no phone number to call and complain to so here I am in complete disappointment Ps I'm a huge Houston foodie and they have lost my reappearing business and any referrals I ever had to give read more

He seemed a little put out at first but, in the end was pleasant to deal with. Nice place worth trying. I settled on the double bacon burger with avocados and tater tots with barbecue sauce for dipping and a flavored lemonade. He offered to add a jaggers sauce and explained with the expertise of a trained sommelier the ingredients and flavor profile of said sauce. True to his word, it was indeed smokey with a hint of pepper. The line moved quickly, payment was easy, and I was on my way. The burger was juicy and had all the right proportions for the condiments. I checked and it had mayonnaise and mustard, but it was still a bit bland. In hindsight, I should have added some of the jaggers sauce, but I didn't want the sauce to overpower the avocado and bacon flavors. Tots were good and seasoned. The drink was about 1/3 beverage and 2/3 ice so I made a mental note to ask for light ice next time. Overall, great meal with lots of options to try later. Excellent customer service and a great first impression. This was a car in the driveway after a long day meal so unfortunately, I didn't take pictures.

They were both slightly salty, so we also got the clear broth refill which made them just right. The ramen had a perfect chew, and the toppings were flavorful and delicious. I usually don't like bamboo toppings in ramen because of the ammonia smell, but I tried some bamboo from the Spicy Ramen that my boyfriend got, and it had no strong bamboo smells at all.
